Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of service at PT Nusantara Rekreasindo in Makassar which is based on the level of importance (importance) of visitors to the performance (performance) services provided by PT Nusantara in Makassar.Penilaian Rekreasindo will be the quality of service developed by Leonaed L.Barry, A. Parasuraman and Zeithmal (Kotler, (2008: 53), known as service quality (SERVQUAL), which is based on five dimensions of quality that is tangilbles (direct evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee) and empathy ( empathy). Analyzing the quality of service by using analisisa namely Importance and Performance Matrix, which consists of four quadrants where each variable was analyzed in one quadrant will give a different meaning as well as the treatment is also different. The level of quality of service PT Rekreasindo archipelago Makassar that there is a difference (gap) between the level of visitor interest with the services provided by PT. Nusantara Rekreasindo in Makassar.

Abstract

Abstract

Industri pangan di Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan besar dengan implementasi Undang-Undang Pangan Halal. Kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan semua produk pangan yang tersedia di pasar domestik maupun internasional memenuhi standar halal yang ditetapkan. Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) menjadi elemen kunci dalam manajemen transformasi ini, mencakup seluruh proses dari bahan baku hingga distribusi produk akhir. Penelitian ini meneliti efektivitas manajemen SJH dalam mendukung transformasi industri pangan, dengan fokus pada regulasi, implementasi, dan pengawasan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi produsen dalam memenuhi persyaratan halal, serta peran pemerintah dan lembaga sertifikasi dalam memastikan kepatuhan dan konsistensi standar halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesuksesan transformasi industri pangan melalui UU Pangan Halal sangat bergantung pada manajemen SJH yang efektif, diharapkan industri pangan Indonesia dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan kepercayaan konsumen, baik di pasar domestik maupun internasional

Abstract

The increasing competition demands competitive advantage that should be owned by each company and requires a proper marketing strategy. The number of competitors is increasingly making consumers have many alternative options to get a product that is in accordance with expectations. BTN syariah is consistent in its core business namely housing finance in accordance with the visit of Bank BTN itself which is the leading bank in financing with mortgage products or residential financing. This purpose of this study aims to analyze and examine the factors of segmenting, targeting and positioning aspect on consumer purchase decisions of iB Platinum KPR product with murabahah contracts at BTN Syariah Mataram Branch Office. The research used the quantitative with regression analysis method. The sampling method used purposive sampling and the number of samples used in this study amounted to 55 respondents source was distribution online questionnaires via WhatsApp to Customers of BTN Syariah who had purchased KPR Platinum iB with murabahah contract. The data were analysed used IBM SPSS version 22 and analysis was carried out by several tests such as validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the segmenting, targeting and positioning, has a significant effect on purchase decisions of iB Platinum KPR product with murabahah contracts at BTN Syariah Mataram Branch Office. The findings of this study can be reference uses as a reference for future researchers  who will study similar problems. This research can also be a reference for companies to always be able to maintain aspects of segmenting, targeting and positioning aspect in designing and determining effective and efficient markering policies.

Abstract

Pemerintah daerah dituntut untuk mampu menghasilkan kinerja keuangan secara baik dan bertanggungjawab berbasis kinerja. Meningkatnya tuntutan pelaksanaan akuntabilitas publik oleh pemerintah daerah beserta unit-unit kerja diharapkan dapat mengurangi terjadinya pemborosan dana, kebocoran dana dan mendeteksi program- program yang tidak layak secara ekonomi, efisien dan efektivitas terhadap pelayanan ke publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Kota Makassar berdasarkan metode Value For Money (VFM) yaitu menganalisis pengukurun rasio ekonomis, efisiensi, dan efektivitas (3E). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu mengumpulkan data, disusun, diinterpretasikan, dan dianalisis sehingga memberikan kesimpulan mengenai kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah dengan menggunakan Value For Money. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan Anggran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Adapun hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk rasio ekonomis dan efisiensi sudah memenuhi standar Value For Money sehingga anggaran dapat lebih tepat sasaran dan dinikmati oleh masyarakat, sedangkan untuk rasio efektivitas belum memenuhi standar Value For Money tetapi tetap diperlukan adanya peningkatan pelayanan ke publik secara berkesinambungan agar efektivitas kinerja pemerintah tercapai lebih baik lagi di tahun yang akan datang. Namun kinerja Pemerintah Kota Makassar secara keseluruhan adalah baik.

Abstract

The growth of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia faces significant challenges, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that often encounter limitations in business management, marketing, and technology adoption. This community engagement initiative aims to assist the "Latimojong" coffee shop in addressing these issues through the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. This Community Engagement initiative serves as a replicable model for technology-based SME empowerment, potentially supporting sustainable local economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of professionalism and ethics in controlling the complexity of modern accounting practices at financial sector State-owned enterprises in Makassar City. The complexity includes the use of information system-based accounting technology, integration of financial data across units, and increasing pressure on transparency and accountability of financial reporting. The approach used was qualitative with descriptive methods, and data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants consist of internal accountants, auditors, and financial managers who are directly involved in the implementation of modern accounting systems. The results showed that professionalism plays an important role in encouraging adaptive attitudes, responsibility, and commitment to improving individual competence in the face of technological change. Meanwhile, ethics proved to be a moral foundation in making fair and independent decisions, especially when facing pressure or potential irregularities in reporting. Professionalism and ethics synergistically function as behavioral controllers capable of maintaining the integrity and quality of financial information. This research confirms the importance of internalizing ethical values and strengthening professional culture as part of the organization's strategy in managing modern accounting challenges in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Pembentukan struktur ekonomi yang berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip Islam menjadi fokus utama dalam rangka mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran penting sumber hukum dalam membentuk dan mengarahkan proses pembangunan kelembagaan ekonomi Islam. Pendekatan komprehensif dalam mengeksplorasi masalah ini mempertimbangkan konsep dasar serta sumber hukum dalam Islam, prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, dan aplikasinya dalam praktik pembentukan kelembagaan ekonomi yang sesuai. Pembahasan dimulai dengan memahami konsep dan sumber hukum utama dalam Islam, meliputi Al-Qur'an, Sunnah, Ijma, Qiyas, Istidal, dan Masalih al-mursalah. Penelitian ini juga membahas prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam yang menjadi landasan pembentukan kelembagaan ekonomi, seperti keadilan distributif, larangan riba, dan peran vital zakat dan wakaf. Peran sumber hukum dalam mengarahkan implementasi prinsip-prinsip ini menjadi fokus utama, dengan menyoroti bagaimana ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan Hadis Nabi memberikan dasar bagi kebijakan ekonomi yang adil dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahas berbagai aspek dalam pembentukan kelembagaan ekonomi Islam, termasuk pendirian lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah, regulasi pasar sesuai hukum Islam, dan pengelolaan zakat dan wakaf. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang pentingnya sumber hukum dalam pembentukan kelembagaan ekonomi Islam dan integrasi prinsip-prinsip Islam ke dalam sistem ekonomi modern secara efektif.
