Abstract

This community service focuses on counselling the extended family of Group C Paspampres Lawang Gintung, Bogor, West Java. It was carried out to optimize the use of Google meet and Zoom cloud meetings in official activities, organizational activities for the wives of Paspampres members, and distance education for the sons and daughters of Paspampres members. This community service is expected to be able to contribute in the form of benefits, namely the opening of an understanding of the use of the Google meet and Zoom cloud meetings applications about how the Zoom cloud meetings and Google meet applications can be optimally used in activities both formally and informally without having to meet face to face during the Covid-19 pandemic. The specific goal of this community is to train the participants so that they can transfer the ability to their children. This community service is aimed at representatives of Paspampres members, civil servants, and wives of Paspampres members in the Paspampres Group C environment to be able to operate the Google meet and Zoom cloud meeting applications optimally so that they can be adapted to their individual needs. To be able to answer the goals of community service, this community service activity was carried out for one face-to-face and demo. The meetings were more focused on limited discussions to gather information about current conditions and expectations in the future, followed by demos using Google meet and Zoom cloud meetings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the perceptions of Kosgoro 1957 Institute of Business and Informatics students' perceptions of the service quality of the Business Administration Study Program. The sampling method used is a simple random sampling method organized by educational staff. The research informants consisted of 100 students who had received and are currently receiving academic administration services. The perception assessment method uses the scoring method and continues with the perception category based on the score that has been generated. Student perceptions of service expectations are not matched by the performance of educational staff, they argue that the quality of services provided is quite optimal. These findings indicate that perceived service quality is less than student expectations on several service quality dimensions. Namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Therefore, to improve the quality of service to students, what needs to be improved is; (1) standard operating procedures (SOP); (2) speed and timeliness of service; (3) discipline of educational staff.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Juni 2023 di Balai RW 05 Kelurahan Sukatani Depok. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 20 ibu rumah tangga yang tinggal di wilayah RW 05 Kelurahan Sukatani Depok. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang literasi keuangan dan membuat administrasi keuangan rumah tangga. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan pada ibu rumah tangga agar dapat mengelola keuangan keluarga secara efektif dan mencapai ketahanan keuangan keluarga. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan, keterampilan, perilaku, dan ketahanan keuangan ibu rumah tangga setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini juga memberikan manfaat bagi ibu rumah tangga sebagai peserta, dosen sebagai penyuluh dan pelatih, serta pihak RW 05 Kelurahan Sukatani Depok sebagai mitra.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, distribution channels and promotions on metal purchasing decisions starting at PT. Pawnshop. The sample of this research is Pawnshop customers in DKI Jakarta who have purchased precious metals at least once. The calculation of the number of samples to be studied uses the unknown population formula, the calculation results produce 100 respondents who must be taken so that the research results represent the population. Data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, the collected data was analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPlS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, distribution channels did not significantly influence purchasing decisions, promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by HR expertise. Good employee performance is attained because people are highly motivated at work and possess HR competency. Field study with a quantitative approach is the research methodology employed. There were 99 employees of BNI Syariah Semarang City that made up the study's population. A questionnaire is used in the data collection process. Employee Performance (Y1) is positively influenced by the two research variables, Human Resources Competence (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), as indicated by their positive regression coefficients. Consequently, an increase in either of these variables will result in an increase in Employee Performance (Y1). The variables of Work Motivation and Human Resources Competence have a computed F value of 42.523 at the significance level of 0.000. Given that the calculated F value is 42.523 > F table 3.94 and the significance value is (Sig.) 0.000 < 0.05 with a positive sign, it may be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis of the coefficient of determination showed a R² (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.459, meaning that the independent variables of work motivation and human resources competence had a 45.9% influence on employee performance, with the remaining portion being influenced by factors that have not yet been investigated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan keluarga. Perusahaan melaksanakan CSR untuk memenuhi tanggung jawabnya dalam menyelaraskan nilai-nilai bisnis yang terkait dengan kebutuhan dan harapan pemilik dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. CSR diyakini dapat menghasilkan dan memelihara hubungan yang menguntungkan baik dengan pihak-pihak yang terlibat langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam aktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif yang mencoba menjabarkan implementasi CSR pada perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit milik keluarga yang berlokasi di Kalimantan Selatan. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan dan wawancara dengan informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah menjalankan CSR sebagai perwujudan dari perilaku legal, etis, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Secara tidak langsung, CSR merupakan bagian dari pemasaran menyeluruh yang pendukung keberlangsungan dan perkembangan aktivitas bisnis.

Abstract

Penelitian menguji dan menganalisis mengenai pengaruh umur perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap CSR dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Indeks LQ 45 di BEI pada periode 2016-2019. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 1) Size/ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap CSR, 2) Zize/ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas secara negatif, 3) Umur perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, 4) Size/ukuran perusahaan juga tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap CSR melalui profitabilitas, 5) Umur perusahaan tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap CSR melalui profitabilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi administrasi pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa pada divisi SCM PT. XYZ yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan. Hasil evaluasi secara umum menunjukkan bahwa divisi SCM dalam melakukan fungsinya sebagai pengadaan barang dan jasa sudah mempunyai standard operating procedure (SOP) untuk memudahkan bagiannya dalam melakukan tugasnya. Keberadaan SOP ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengawasi dan mengendalikan belanja perusahaan sebagai referensi manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan, sehingga potensi kerugian dapat segera diantisipasi oleh perusahaan. Administrasi yang baik dan benar dapat menghindarkan perusahaan dari potensi kerugian yang disebabkan oleh penyalahgunaan wewenang dan dokumen oleh oknum yang hendak mengambil keuntungan dari perusahaan. Secara keseluruhan ditemukan bahwa ada kesalahan administrasi pengadaan barang dan jasa pada PT. XYZ yang berpotensi merugikan perusahaan.

Abstract

The use of new media in communication shows a form of interaction that has added value. By training in communication skills through online media, creative and innovative ideas will develop, especially for promotions. This is the target of service activities for teachers at the Putra Fitri Foundation/An-Nabil Bojonggede PAUD school. Therefore, the aim of the activity is to provide digital literacy skills in using online media and the ability to write using computer media or smart devices to the teachers of the Putra Fitri Foundation/An-Nabil Bojonggede PAUD school so that they can increase their creative and innovative abilities in carrying out promotions. The form of activity is counseling and training. The results of the activity show that the development of online media in the form of websites, social media and mobile applications has had a positive impact in increasing interaction between schools and parents, the community and related stakeholders as well as increasing community interest in registering their children at An-Nabil Bojonggede PAUD School. The implication of this research is the importance of using online media as a means of communication and promotion in improving the quality of early childhood education services.

Abstract

So far, the management of orphan funds at Al-Inayah mosque has been made bookkeeping globally so that there are difficulties in making financial reports to the community, planning and managing funds that are not neatly organized so that the management is considered unaccountable and transparent. So that a mentoring activity or counselor is needed that can help managers more precisely in choosing and sorting out various priorities for orphan needs, can plan the use of funds properly, carry out appropriate activities, correct evaluation, neat organization, compile financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards, accountable and transparent. The methods used are problem analysis, formation & socialization of new management, provision of financial management materials &; financial transparency, coordination of orphan guardians & account creation, and evaluation. The result obtained is that the implementation of assistance in the management of orphan funds at the Al-Inayah mosque in Melik hamlet, Parijatah Kulon village has gone according to plan, runs in an orderly manner, smoothly and is able to provide benefits and convenience to mentoring participants and orphans. This community service activity needs to be continued in the future so that the ability to manage orphans' funds becomes even better.
