Abstract

Pendidikan kejuruan di Indonesia, khususnya di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), memiliki peran strategis dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda untuk menghadapi dinamika pasar kerja yang semakin kompleks. Di tengah upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan kejuruan, sebuah tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah tingginya angka pengangguran di kalangan lulusan SMK. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dalam rangka mengedukasi siswa SMK bahwa kewirausahaan adalah membangun karakter (mindset & mentalitas) dan pengelolaan diri. Kewirausahaan tidak hanya pelajaran teknis tentang membangun bisnis namun juga membangun karakter produktif, adaptif, kreatif, kemandirian, keberanian dan pantang menyerah. Metode edukasi dilakukan melalui kegiatan seminar kewirausahaan yang mengangkat pentingnya mindset dan mentalitas wirausaha, serta personal branding untuk kesuksesan masa depan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membangun kesadaran siswa SMKN 1 Labuan Bajo akan pentingnya membangun dan menguatkan karakter untuk kesuksesan karir. Selain itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini juga memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengelola dan guru SMKN 1 Labuan Bajo agar tidak hanya memberikan pelajaran kewirausahaan yang bersifat teknis dan teoretis, namun juga perlu memfasilitasi pembentukan karakter melalui project-based learning seperti pengalaman riil berwirausaha.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the leader in the era of digital technology at the Sudamala Resort Komodo hotel, Labuan Bajo and how the impact of the role of the leader has on improving organizational performance. This research uses a qualitative research design by conducting interviews with the General Manager at the Sudamala Resort Hotel and the Human Resources Manager, also collecting data with documents owned by the company. The results of this research are that the role of the leader greatly impacts on improving the performance of organizational members. Especially in the era of digital technology like today, the role of a leader is very important. Leaders with strong character, with the ability to lead by example, provide positive energy through a motivating presence, and become partners for team members, have a positive impact on the organization. The team members become more with integrity and responsibility. This atmosphere makes an organization in any situation, including in the development of digital technology, all members of the organization have resilience, are always innovative and creative, also work together to advance the organization.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan Program Local Creator Lab di SMAK Loyola Labuan Bajo yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan pembuatan konten kreatif di kalangan siswa Generasi Z. Program ini terdiri dari berbagai tahapan, seperti survei awal, pengembangan modul pelatihan, sosialisasi, kuliah umum, lokakarya, dan kompetisi konten kreatif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (Project-Based Learning/PjBL), siswa dilatih dalam keterampilan teknis seperti storytelling, editing, dan desain grafis. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat pemberdayaan dan pengembangan diri, memungkinkan generasi muda menjadi kreator konten yang produktif dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi komunitas mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis profil sentra IKM yang ada di Kabupaten Manggarai dengan menggunakan studi eksploratif. Ruang lingkup studi adalah sentra IKM yang bergerak di bidang tenun dan olahan ikan, sedangkan ruang lingkup substansi profil sentra IKM dilakukan berdasarkan pendataan lapangan, FGD dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kekhasan dan karakteristik pada masing-masing sentra dimana sentra IKM tenun memberikan penekanan pada sejarah, struktur organisasi, produk unggulan, keunikan motif tenun dan pemaknaan, proses produksi produk unggulan dan produk turunan, dan media pemasaran produk. Sedangkan pada sentra IKM olahan ikan kekhasan dan karakteristik ditemukan pada sejarah, struktur organisasi, produk unggulan, proses produksi produk unggulan, dan media pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan penilaian terhadap profil, sentra IKM tenun memperoleh skor 51 dan sentra IKM olahan ikan memperoleh skor 31, yang menunjukkan bahwa produk sentra memiliki banyak kelemahan dan perlu pendampingan yang intens. Hasil analisis SWOT juga mendukung hasil penelitian dengan memberikan rekomendasi spesifik mencakup perbaikan, penguatan dan peningkatan sentra IKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the readiness of human resources in order to support the development of the tourism industry in the super premium destination Labuan Bajo and the quality of the resources needed to support the development of the tourism industry. This research uses a qualitative research design by conducting oral and written interviews with leaders of tourism actors, leaders in government agencies and communities in Labuan Bajo. The results of this research are that human resources in Labuan Bajo must be continuously improved so that they can be more ready to work in the tourism industry. Besides that, it is also important to improve the quality of service with the principles of excellent service so that the tourism industry in Labuan Bajo can have a positive impact on the development and welfare of the community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja dan peran Pemerintah Manggarai Barat dalam mempromosikan pariwisata budaya yang berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara secara lisan dan tertulis kepada para pegawai dan jajaran pimpinan Dinas Pariwisata, Ekonomi Kreatif, dan Kebudayaan, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi pariwisata budaya oleh Pemerintah Manggarai Barat harus dioptimalkan dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Selain itu, promosi pariwisata budaya berdasarkan kearifan lokal juga dapat mendukung terwujudnya pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan di wilayah Manggarai Barat.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Variety, Display Layout, and Packaging on Purchase Intention of Perumda Bidadari UMKM Gallery. By using a descriptive explanatory research approach, data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with visiting tourists. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, T, F hypothesis testing, and correlation coefficient testing on data processed with the SPSS 26 program. The results of multiple linear regression show that Display Layout (X2) and Packaging (X3) have a significant influence on Purchase Intention (Y), while Product Variety (X1) is not significant. The T test confirms that Display Layout and Packaging have a significant influence, while Product Variety is not significant in predicting Purchase Intention. The F-test results show that the overall regression model is statistically significant with variance in Purchase Intention. The coefficient of determination of 74.5% indicates how much of the variability in Purchase Intention can be explained by the three variables together. This analysis confirms that Display Layout and Packaging have a significant role in influencing Customer Purchase Intention at Perumda Bidadari's MSME gallery. While Product Variety, although not statistically significant, remains relevant in certain contexts.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research investigates the implementation of digital marketing in start-up entrepot service businesses in the Greater Manggarai region, particularly focusing on the use of social media as the main marketing tool. Against the backdrop of the rapid development of information technology and the increasing popularity of the trust services business, this study aims to understand how businesses utilize digital marketing strategies to expand their market and increase their brand exposure. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach using data from online observations and interviews with drop-off service owners and customers. The results show that the majority of businesses use social media such as Facebook and Instagram as the main marketing tools, with the implementation of digital marketing strategies such as search engine optimization (SEO) to increase their online visibility. The implementation of digital marketing aims to increase brand awareness, customer numbers, and sales. Although competition in the market is getting tougher, innovation and effective marketing strategies are key to winning the competition. In conclusion, the implementation of digital marketing is a must in the growth strategy of a delivery service business in this digital era, allowing businesses to win the trust and preference of customers through consistent and relevant interactions on social media.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between motivation and capacity, based on entrepreneurial self-test, as predictors of entrepreneurial potential among vocational students at Politeknik eLBajo Commodus. With the growing emphasis on entrepreneurship education in Indonesia, this research investigates whether motivation as an internal drive and capacity as a enabling factors are sufficient to foster entrepreneurial readiness. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected through an Entrepreneur-Self-Test consisting of 27 indicators, and analyzed using JASP for descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation, and regression analysis. The findings reveal that while both motivation and capacity significantly influence entrepreneurial potential, capacity exhibits a stronger predictive power. The study concludes that motivation and capacity are necessary but not entirely sufficient for predicting entrepreneurial potential. Therefore, entrepreneurship education must integrate contextual skills and experiential learning to bridge mindset and execution. These insights contribute to the ongoing refinement of entrepreneurship class and curriculum, for broader inclusion of environmental and structural factors in student development strategies.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays an important role in supporting organizational performance to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Good management is the key to the success of organizations such as the Directorate of Counseling, Services and Public Relations (Dit. P2Humas) of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) to achieve good organizational implementation and achieve the set work targets. Therefore, this study aims to review the implementation of organizational culture in developing employee performance at DGT. P2Humas. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, which is descriptive in nature by conducting a study based on theory and previous research, and data collection is carried out using the interview method, and direct observation of employees at DGT. P2Humas. Qualitative data analysis uses the Miles and Hubermans model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques and source triangulation. The results of this study explain that Dit. P2Humas has implemented organizational culture (values of the Ministry of Finance and the Directorate General of Taxes Code of Ethics) well. The practice of this organizational behavior has a positive effect on the development of employee performance which is a reflection of the practice of organizational culture. If the process of internalizing organizational culture into personal culture has been successfully carried out, employees will be integrated with the organization and there will be no obstacles to achieving optimal organizational goals.
