Abstract

Fenomena yang ada, sejak dibuka dan beroperasi sampai hari  ini,  perolehan  laba di  setiap  unit  kantor  cabang  BRI Medan  –  Gatot  Subroto  banyak mengalami peningkatan. Hampir keseluruhan di kantor unit mampu memperoleh laba yang baik dan menambah   jumlah   nasabah   serta   menjalani   persaingan   bahkan   membuka   unit-unit   lain diwilayahnya. Obyek penelitian dilakukan di tiga belas kantor unit BRI Kantor Cabang Medan - Gatot Subroto. Dalam sistem manajemen, kantor unit BRI memiliki unit kerja seperti mantri, teller dan deskman yang dipimpin oleh Kepala Unit (Ka. Unit) dan Supervisor.Peran kepemimpinan sangat strategis dan penting dalam sebuah organisasi sebagai salah satu penentu keberhasilan dalam pencapaian misi, visi dan tujuan suatu organisasi. Maka dari itu peran kepemimpinan  sangat  penting  dalam  meningkatkan  kepuasan  kerja  dan  kinerja  karyawan. Pemimpin yang efektif adalah pemimpin yang mengakui kekuatan-kekuatan penting yang terkandung dalam individu.Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang dijembatani oleh komitmen organisasi. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hampir seluruh indikator dari variabel konstruk eksogen  dan  endogen  perlu  dicermati  dan  dijalankan  guna  mencapai  hasil  yang  baik  dalammembangun kepuasan dan kinerja karyawanKata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk memoderasi pengaruh inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk memoderasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui secara pastik jumlahnya, sehingga diterapkan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian dari menerapkan teknik cluster random sampling yakni, UKM di pusat kuliner yang berada di 5 Kecamatan tersebut, dengan masing-masing Kecamatan adalah 20 UKM sehingga jumlah keseluruhan 5 Kecamatan yaitu, 100 UKM sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan MRA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, kualitas produk tidak memoderasi pengaruh inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing, kualitas produk memoderasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing.. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio and non-performing loan on return on equity in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is causal associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The data used is obtained from the company's financial statements that have been audited on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression of panel data. The population of this study is banking companies for the 2016-2020 period, which totals 40 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 36 companies. The results of this study indicate that the capital adequacy ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on return on equity, loan to deposit ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on return on equity, non-performing loans have a negative and significant effect on return on equity. Capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio and non-performing loan simultaneously have a significant effect on return on equity.

Abstract

The data of this study were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the aim of knowing the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in property and real estate companies. This research uses causality research method with quantitative approach with secondary data documentation data collection techniques. The total population of this study were 40 companies and the number of samples was 30 companies. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure variable has a significant positive effect on firm value, firm size has a significant negative effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant negative effect on profitability, firm size has a significant negative effect on profitability, profitability has a significant negative effect on firm value and profitability is not able to mediate capital structure and firm size on firm value.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the presence of non-financial aspects such as morality, religious, and the forms of social capital that can be applied as the important things in the increased competitiveness within the MSE. Increased competitiveness and encouraging impact on promoted business performance. Business performance can be viewed from two perspectives, namely the success of the business and entrepreneur performance. To that end, the study aims to describe: (1) The dimensions of social capital are associated with moral behavior, (2) frequency of participation rate religious that produce social capital level, (3) Effect of religious and capital dimensions social to moral behavior by demographics (gender, age) as a control variable, and (4) the effect of religious, social capital dimensions, and moral behavior on performance of SMEs. The research population was the MSEs in some industries who live in Medan city. They were food and beverage industry, the fashion industry, textile industry and textile products, handicrafts and goods from the industrial arts, industrial furniture, as well as pottery and decorative ceramics industry. Sampling technique in this study was conducted in 2 phases (two stage sampling). The gathering data in this study used field survey techniques directly by visiting the respondent. Based on calculated statistically showed that there was a significant relationship between the social capital dimensions and moral behavior. The entries of religious variables into the influence of social capital on moral behavior that controlled by the demographic factors, showed that only confidence and share your view variables have no relation to moral behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interactional justice and human relations to worker performance moderated by organizational citizenship behavior at Dinas Ketahanan Pangan and Peternakan Propinsi Sumatra Utara. This study using absolute difference technique to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable by involving the moderating variable. There were 207 as the population and 136 employees samples. The results indicate that the interactional justice have no significant effect on worker performance, human relations have a positive and significant effect on worker performance, organizational citizenship behavior does not moderate the interactional justice and worker performance. Then, organizational citizenship behavior does not moderate the relationship between human relations and worker performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi interaksional dan Human Relation terhadap kinerja pekerja dengan perilaku “memiliki’ organisasi sebagai variabel pemoderasi di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji selisih mutlak untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan melibatkan variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 207 dan sampel 136 responden. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel keadilan interaksional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja, hubungan antar manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja. perilaku ‘memiliki’ organisasi tidak memoderasi hubungan interaksional dengan kinerja pekerja. Demikian pula perilaku ‘memiliki’ organisasi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara hubungan manusia dan kinerja pekerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the North Labuhanbatu Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) office. The path analysis research design is used as an analytical tool to determine the direction of the variables being studied and to justify how significant the influence of the independent variable is on the dependent variable, both directly and indirectly. This research uses a descriptive analytical method with a cross sectional approach. In this study, the entire sample population was 113 employees who worked at the North Labuhanbatu Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Office. The research results show that the Leadership variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership, work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
