Abstract

The Patuh Angen Tampok Farmer Group is a farmer group in Tanak Awu Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This farmer group is known as a pioneering farmer group who harvests watermelons every two years after the rice harvest.However, in its development, watermelon farmers in Tanak Awu Village have experienced losses from year to year. Selling the crops cannot cover the costs incurred by farmers while the watermelons are stored. This is caused by several factors, including (1)the increasing number of farmers growing watermelons outside Tanak Awu Village, and (2) the monopoly of local contractors or buyers which prohibits buyers outside the area from having direct transactions with buyers. farmer. Caused by trade problems in the fields forcing farmers to move their crops outside the area to find buyers. Ofcourse,this adds to the costs that must be borne by farmers. (3) Prices offered by contractors or local buyers are very low. For this reason, five years ago, the Patu Angen Tampok Farmers Group planned to switch to planting corn, because they thought that corn was easier to plant and care for and more profitable. However, this farmer group did not understand the process of planting and caring for and fertilizing, so they did not have the courage to plant corn. What's more, the members of this farmer group are still beginners and don't know where to sell their crops, so they are afraid that no one will buy their crops. The solutions provided to overcome the problems faced by the Patuh Angen Tampok Farmer Group using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method are 1) Providing counseling to farmer group participants through Collaboration Partners from corn seed companies to offer expertise regarding the potential advantages of R7 hybrid corn compared to other types of corn, 2) provide counseling to farmer group participants to start switching to natural Eco Farming fertilizers that have been tested the best and the prices are also cheap as an effort to open the horizons of farmers who always rely on chemical fertilizers, and 3) offer assistance to participants of the Patuh Angen farmer organization Tampok Tanak Awu Village in the procedure for planting and caring for corn, and the best environmentally friendly natural agricultural fertilizers. The outcomes that have been produced from this community service activity include: 1) increased expertise of the Patuh Angen Tampok Farmer Group in Tanak Awu Village in the procedure for planting and caring for R7 Hybrid Corn, 2) increasing the ability of the Patuh Angen Tampok Farmer Group participants in making starter and application of Eco Farming Organic Fertilizers, 3) increasing farmers' understanding of the benefits of using organic fertilizers for flora and the survival of microorganisms, 4) Formation of pilot farmer organizations that are starting to realize the advantages ofnatural fertilizers, especially Eco Farming natural fertilizers and may have the capacity to build a marketing network

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini menitikberatkan pada "Pendampingan Siswa dalam Pengembangan Usaha Pemanfaatan Kulit Buah Naga Sebagai Pewarna Alami dalam Lip Scrub dan Lip Balm" dengan tujuan mengintegrasikan pendekatan multidisiplin dalam pembuatan produk kosmetik yang berkelanjutan. Program ini melibatkan 62 siswa dari SMKN 1 Mas Ubud serta mitra bisnis dari sektor terkait, yang kemudian dievaluasi keberhasilannya melalui jumlah mitra yang terlibat. Metodologi pelaksanaan program ini meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Dimulai dengan sosialisasi program, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan praktis dan teoretis tentang ekstraksi pewarna alami dan formulasi produk, serta diakhiri dengan evaluasi untuk mengukur pencapaian tujuan program. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup pengembangan produk lip scrub dan lip balm bernama "Leora", menggunakan agen pewarna alami seperti ekstrak buah naga. Program ini menekankan pentingnya komponen alami dan organik dalam produk kosmetik, serta strategi pemasarannya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, direkomendasikan pengembangan infrastruktur, penguatan kerjasama antarpemangku kepentingan, dan model bisnis yang berfokus pada keberlanjutan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas usaha kecil dan mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Kesuksesan siswa dalam meraih juara di tingkat kabupaten dan provinsi menjadi bukti efektivitas PKM dalam mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan. Community Partnership Program: Business Development for Using Dragon Fruit Skin as a Natural Colorant in Lip Scrub and Lip Balm This Community Service Program (PKM) focuses on "Student Assistance in Developing a Business for Using Dragon Fruit Peel as a Natural Colorant in Lip Scrub and Lip Balm" with the aim of integrating a multidisciplinary approach in making sustainable cosmetic products. This program involved 62 students from SMKN 1 Mas Ubud as well as business partners from related sectors, whose success was then evaluated based on the number of partners involved. The methodology for implementing this program includes preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. Starting with program outreach, continued with practical and theoretical training on natural dye extraction and product formulation, and ending with an evaluation to measure the achievement of program objectives. The results of this activity include the development of a lip scrub and lip balm product called "Leora", using natural coloring agents such as dragon fruit extract. This program emphasizes the importance of natural and organic components in cosmetic products, as well as marketing strategies. Based on these results, it is recommended to develop infrastructure, strengthen cooperation between stakeholders, and business models that focus on sustainability to increase the capabilities of small businesses and support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The success of students in winning at the district and provincial levels is proof of the effectiveness of PKM in encouraging sustainable innovation

Abstract

Program Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PGP) berperan krusial dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendukung 19 Calon Guru Penggerak (CGP) dalam memahami, mengidentifikasi posisi, serta merencanakan pengembangan kompetensi mereka. Tujuan utama pengabdian ini adalah memastikan CGP memiliki pemahaman komprehensif tentang alur PGP, peran tim pendukung, serta kompetensi yang diharapkan dari lulusan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui lokakarya dengan metode presentasi, diskusi interaktif, evaluasi formatif, dan refleksi bersama. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 89% CGP berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman, sementara 85% peserta merancang rencana pengembangan diri sebagai Guru Penggerak. Meskipun tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan akses internet dihadapi, program ini tetap berhasil mendukung pertumbuhan profesional CGP. Kesimpulannya, pengabdian ini menekankan pentingnya investasi dalam pelatihan guru untuk meningkatkan pendidikan berkualitas dan hasil belajar siswa.   Workshop Mentoring to Enhance Teacher Competence in the 8th Cohort of the Teacher Leadership Program in Mataram City.  The Teacher Leadership Program (PGP) plays a crucial role in improving teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. This community service activity aimed to support 19 prospective Teacher Leaders (CGP) in understanding, identifying their position, and planning their competence development. The main objective was to ensure that CGP have a comprehensive understanding of the PGP structure, the roles of the support team, and the expected competencies of graduates. The program was delivered through workshops involving presentations, interactive discussions, formative evaluations, and joint reflections. Results showed that 89% of CGP improved their understanding, while 85% successfully developed their personal growth plans as Teacher Leaders. Despite challenges such as limited time and internet access, the program effectively supported CGP’s professional development. In conclusion, this activity highlights the importance of investing in teacher training to enhance education quality and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of the Inquiry Based Learning model which can increase interest and understanding of mathematical concepts in class X students at SMKN 1 Dompu. The type of research is classroom action research (PTK). This research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this research were 27 students. The research instruments used were interest questionnaires and test sheets. The results of research in cycle I showed that the students' learning Minar was in the Poor category with a percentage of 58.82% and students' conceptual understanding was in the Good Criteria with a completion percentage of 81.5%. Furthermore, in cycle II there was an increase in students' interest in learning to be in the Active category with a percentage of 64.78%, and students' understanding of concepts also increased to be in the Very Good Criteria by reaching a classical completion percentage of 90.92%. Thus, it can be concluded that through the application of the inquiry based learning model in mathematics learning, it can increase interest and understanding of concepts in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Dompu. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to increase students' understanding of mathematical concepts through the application of CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) at SMKN 2 Mataram. This research is classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles and had four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were students of class X RPL I SMKN 2 Mataram, totaling 32 students. The research instruments used were observation sheets and test sheets. The techniques for collecting data in this research are test techniques and observation techniques. There are two data analysis techniques used, namely quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The result of this research is an increase in understanding of mathematical concepts for class X RPL I SMKN 2 Mataram students after implementing CORE learning capital. The test results increased students' understanding of mathematical concepts in cycle I by 50% (fair) while in cycle II it increased to 93.75% (very good). Observation results in cycle I were 65% (good) and observation results in cycle II were 100% (very good). Thus, it can be concluded that this study shows that the implementation of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) model in mathematics learning at SMKN 2 Mataram can significantly improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for developing better similar research.
