Abstract

The Problem that lifted in this research comprehension undercommunication about goods supplying information system concept that is used in company so that the happening of goods delivery slowness from warehouse to consumer. this research is done in customer PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi, aim to detect to how goods supplying information system quality influence towards customer satisfaction at PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi. problem that studied in this research how does goods supplying information system quality description, customer satisfaction description at PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi, how big goods supplying information system influence towards customer satisfaction at PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi. This research uses method survey explanation, the data collecting technique by inquiry distribution. instrument that used scale model inquiry likert. data analysis that used regression analysis. total consumers PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi as much as 100 consumers so that the population size 100 person. data analysis is known that correlation coefficient between variable x (goods supplying information system) towards variable y (customer satisfaction) in tall category with value as big as 0.655. determination coefficient (kd) demoes that customer satisfaction is influenced by goods supplying information system as big as 42,9%. regression coefficient between variable x (goods supplying information system) and variable y (customer satisfaction) real existence. if mengonfirmasikan with hypothesis denial criteria demoes that ho aversed and h1 accepted. Research result conclusion demoes positive influential goods supplying information system towards customer satisfaction at PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja Sukabumi with value 16,799 + 0,660 (x). matter this means valuable customer satisfaction 16,799 otherwise there good goods supplying information system but if there good goods supplying information system so performance will increase as big as 0.660. marginally goods supplying information system conditon at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motorcycle Parts Delivery Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (Case Study on PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja Sukabumi). Both primary and secondary data were gathered. Secondary data were gathered from various sources such as journals, books, and other related publications. Primary data were gathered using questionnaire that were distributed to the respondents. This research design is using causal relationships.Research population is 110 customers of PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja Sukabumi. By using Slovin formula and a simple randomsampling technique, a total sample of 87 respondents were acquired. The Research Result is that the delivery service qualityvariable and the price variable are very influential on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This research result suggests PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja Sukabumi to focus on delivery service quality and price especially the pricing reasonable and timely delivery to create better customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA sudah melalui tahapan prosedur pelaksanaan sesuai dengan standar metode pembelajaran Blended Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam penerapan pembelajaran Blended Learning pada peningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa di mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan serta upaya-upaya mengatasi kenadala-kendala penerapan metode pembelajaran Blended Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning di AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA dilaksanakan dengan cara membagi mahasiswa dalam setiap kelas menjadi dua jurusan program studi masing-masing mahasiswa memiliki jadwal pembelajaran daring dan luring. Kendala-kendala dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning adalah kurangnya pemahaman mahasiswa tentang materi ajar saat berada di rumah, pada saat pembelajaran tatap muka kurangnya waktu belajar. Upaya-upaya mengatasi kendala tersebut yakni dengan melaksanakan diskusi dan menjelaskan kembali materi ajar saat tatap muka dengan membuka LMS Google Classroom dan melaksanakan intruksi pembelajaran sesuai dengan panduan pengerjaan tugas-tugas pada materi ajar ke dalam aplikasi Learning Management System Google Classroom tersebut, dapat mendorong minat belajar mahasiswa AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dapat mengoptimalkan serta sebagai sarana evaluasi penerapan penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning pada mata kuliah pendidikan kewarganegaraan di AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA sudah melalui tahapan prosedur pelaksanaan sesuai dengan standar metode pembelajaran Blended Learning. Upaya-upaya mengatasi kendala tersebut yakni dengan melaksanakan diskusi dan menjelaskan kembali materi ajar saat tatap muka dengan membuka LMS Google Classroom dan melaksanakan intruksi pembelajaran sesuai dengan panduan pengerjaan tugas-tugas pada materi ajar ke dalam aplikasi Learning Management System Google Classroom tersebut, dapat mendorong minat belajar mahasiswa AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dapat mengoptimalkan serta sebagai sarana evaluasi penerapan penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning pada mata kuliah pendidikan kewarganegaraan di AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA.

Abstract

Lanskap bisnis global yang dinamis menuntut adaptasi berkelanjutan terhadap kemajuan teknologi. Dalam konteks ini, perusahaan multinasional di Jakarta, Indonesia, berada di garis depan dalam mengubah praktik akuntansi melalui adopsi teknologi mutakhir, termasuk Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI), Analisis Data, dan Blockchain. Penelitian ini menyelidiki sejauh mana adopsi teknologi, manfaat dan tantangan yang terkait, serta implikasinya terhadap proses akuntansi dalam konteks perusahaan multinasional di Jakarta. Melalui pendekatan metode campuran yang mencakup survei dan wawancara, penelitian ini mengungkapkan tingkat adopsi teknologi yang tinggi yang didorong oleh motivasi seperti mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan. Meskipun adopsi teknologi menawarkan manfaat penting, termasuk peningkatan efisiensi dan akurasi, adopsi teknologi juga menghadirkan tantangan terkait privasi data, kompleksitas integrasi, dan manajemen perubahan. Budaya organisasi dan perbedaan spesifik industri memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk strategi adopsi teknologi. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perusahaan-perusahaan di Jakarta, menekankan pentingnya keamanan data, manajemen perubahan, dan pengembangan keterampilan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyarankan penelitian di masa depan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak jangka panjang dari adopsi teknologi dan teknologi baru dalam praktik akuntansi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada wacana yang berkembang tentang transformasi berbasis teknologi dalam akuntansi dan menawarkan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk perusahaan multinasional yang beroperasi di lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak modal sosial, keterampilan manajerial, dan akses terhadap teknologi terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Bandung, Jawa Barat, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 125 pemilik dan manajer UMKM berpartisipasi dalam survei yang memberikan data tentang variabel-variabel kunci seperti modal sosial, keterampilan manajerial, akses terhadap teknologi, dan kinerja bisnis. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan analisis jalur Partial Least Squares (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis. Temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara akses terhadap teknologi, keterampilan manajerial, modal sosial, dan kinerja UMKM. Secara khusus, akses ke teknologi muncul sebagai prediktor terkuat dari kinerja UMKM, diikuti oleh modal sosial dan keterampilan manajerial. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya adopsi teknologi, pengembangan kapasitas, dan jejaring sosial dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pendorong keberhasilan usaha kecil dan memberikan wawasan berbasis bukti bagi para pembuat kebijakan, praktisi, dan pemangku kepentingan yang ingin mendukung pengembangan UMKM di Bandung, Jawa Barat, dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

The misuse of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in international business has emerged as a significant risk in global money laundering schemes. This study explores the mechanisms, risk factors, and regulatory challenges associated with SPVs, emphasizing their dual role as legitimate financial instruments and potential tools for illicit financial activities. A comprehensive literature review highlights key vulnerabilities, including opaque ownership structures, jurisdictional arbitrage, and regulatory inconsistencies. The findings underscore the necessity of enhanced transparency, international collaboration, and technological adoption to mitigate these risks. Proposed strategies include mandating beneficial ownership disclosure, leveraging blockchain and artificial intelligence for transaction monitoring, and strengthening global anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. By addressing these challenges, this study contributes to safeguarding the integrity of financial systems and promoting ethical practices in international business.
