Abstract

Self-confidence is the belief that each individual has in themselves for everything they do. The problem experienced by students is low self-confidence related to belief in their own abilities, optimistic, objective, responsible, rational, brave and able to adjust. The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of group guidance services using Cinematherapy techniques to increase the understanding of self-confidence in students in class XI MIPA 6 SMAN 2 Palangka Raya which is still low in the understanding of students related to self-confidence. This research uses experimental research with a one group pretest- posttest design. The population in the study was 50 students and the sample amounted to 6 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation, books, articles, journals. Calculation of normally distributed data, using Kolmogrov-Smirnov parametric statistics and t-test calculations using paired sample t tests with rocks (SPSS Program Version 25). Data analysis using normality test and t-test. with negative hypothesis testing criteria, the t-table value is 22.345 less than 2.015. It can be concluded that group guidance using Cinematherapy techniques is effective for increasing understanding of self-confidence in students in class XI MIPA 6 SMAN 2 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Contextual learning is a method that emphasizes the relationship between the material taught and the real experiences of students, so that it can improve their understanding and learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the application of contextual learning methods in improving student learning outcomes in the material Belief in the Book of Allah SWT. The research method used is a qualitative approach with observation techniques, interviews, and evaluation of student learning outcomes. The results of the study show that the contextual learning method is able to improve student understanding because the material is linked to everyday life. Students become more active in learning, discussing, and are able to relate the concept of faith in the books of Allah SWT with their experiences. In addition, this method helps students develop critical and reflective thinking skills, so that they not only understand the theory, but are also able to practice the values ​​of faith in everyday life. Thus, contextual learning is an effective strategy in improving student understanding and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially in the material Belief in the Book of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the scaffolding method in improving learning outcomes on the material "Respecting and Appreciating Other People's Beliefs in the School Environment" at SD Negeri 095253 Talun Madear. The scaffolding method is a learning strategy that provides gradual guidance to students until they are able to achieve understanding and independence in learning. This approach is considered effective in building an attitude of tolerance and improving students' understanding of the importance of mutual respect in social life at school. This study uses a quantitative method with a classroom action research (CAR) design. Data were obtained through observation, learning outcome tests, and interviews with students and teachers. The results showed that the gradual implementation of the scaffolding method was able to improve students' understanding of the material being taught. This can be seen from the increase in students' average scores in each learning cycle, as well as a change in attitudes that are more positive in appreciating differences in beliefs in the school environment. In addition, students become more active in discussions and more confident in expressing their opinions regarding the values ​​of tolerance. Thus, it can be concluded that the scaffolding method is an effective strategy in improving student learning outcomes, especially in learning that emphasizes social aspects and values ​​of togetherness. The application of this method is recommended for teachers to create a more interactive and meaningful learning atmosphere for students

Abstract

The bureaucracy reform program aims to achieve high employee integrity, create responsible employees and the ability of employees to provide excellent service. The Citarum-Ciliwung Watershed and Forest Management Center (BPDASHL) has the task of serving the community in the field of forest and land rehabilitation along the Citarum-Ciliwung watershed so that its employees are expected to have good performance. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of BPDASHL Citarum-Ciliwung employees. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire results from 45 respondents who are civil servants of BPDASHL Citarum-Ciliwung. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel tools, analyzed descriptively and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method and the Partial Least Square approach. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while transformational leadership had no positive effect on employee performance. Motivation is influenced by the desire to work well according to performance targets. Employee performance does not depend on the way the leader leads because the employees perform well in accordance with the determination they have in completing the work. Satisfaction is created because the results are in accordance with the target both in terms of quality and quantity and have succeeded in the success of the office's performance.
