Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is an educational innovation that aims to give schools the freedom to adapt their curriculum to students' needs and preferences. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the competency profile of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Palangka Raya in implementing the independent curriculum. This research method is quantitative research with a survey type. With data analysis techniques is percentages. The research sample was 50 Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Palangka Raya. The results of the research show that there are 37 or 74% of BK teachers who have in-depth knowledge of the independent curriculum; 39 BK teachers or 78% have the ability to map student potential; 33 guidance and counseling teachers or 66% have skills in designing individual guidance programs; 42 BK teachers or 84% have effective counseling and communication skills; 46 BK teachers or 92% have collaboration and partnership skills.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang marak terjadi dikalangan siswa pada saat ini salah satunya adalah bullying. Hal ini bisa disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman bullying siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman bullying siswa kelas VIII 9 di SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya dengan cara memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media cinema therapy. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimental dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental designs menggunakan one group pre-test post-test design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 29 siswa kelas VIII 9 di SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya dan sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan cara melihat pertimbangan tertentu (Sugiyono, 2019). Peneliti memilih 7 sampel dengan kategori siswa yang kurang memiliki pemahaman bullying dan sering melakukan bullying. Alat pengumpul data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket yang dibagikan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya peningkatan pemahaman bullying siswa. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dari Uji Paired Samples T-tes dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan uji-t dengan menggunakan uji paired sampel t-test diperoleh nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan perbandingan nilai thitung dan ttabel yaitu 11,714 > 2,365. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman bullying yang signifikan pada siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media cinema therapy. Artinya hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan media cinema therapy dapat meningkatkan pemahaman bullying pada siswa kelas VIII 9 di SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

Korban bullying adalah seseorang yang memiliki ketakutan tersendiri, sejalan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Sestiani & Muhid, (2022) korban bully seringkali menyembunyikan masalah yang dihadapinya atau tidak melaporkan ancamannya (dalam  Nurshafilla, R.S. Dini, R. & Mustianah 2023). Hal ini pastilah memiliki dampak buruk bagi korban bullying secara verbal terkhususnya, maka dari dampak itulah, peserta didik pasti membutuhkan Solusi untuk setiap permasalahan yang ada, dari permasalahan ini  dengan melalui penerapam layanan konseling kelompok Teknik desensitisasi sistematis, bertujuan agar peserta didik dapat memecahkan permasalahannya. Pada penelitian kuantitatif ini, dengan jenis penelitian ‘pre-eksperimental,  dengan Grup Pre-test and Post-Test Design’ sampel diambil dengan Teknik Purposive Sampling, sehingga sesuai dengan kriteria pemilihan sampel, yaitu 5 peserta didik dari kelas VIII.6 – VIII.8 SMPN 3 Palangka Raya yang ditetapkan menjadi sampel. Alat pengumpul data utama yang digunakan peneliti adalah kuisioner, kemudian data analisis menggunakan (SPSS V25). Hasil penelitian t table 6,458 > 3,182 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti  Layanan Konseling Kelompok Menggunakan Pendekatan Behavior Dengan Teknik Desensitisasi Sistematis Bisa Diterapkan Untuk Mengobati  Perilaku Bullying Verbal Peserta Didik   Di SMPN 3 Palangka Raya dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan, sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan Dengan R Square 11%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Guru sangat diharapkan guna kepentingan efektivitas dan efisien layanan informasi di sekolah. Guru pun dapat bertindak sebagai pembimbing bagi anak didiknya. Untuk membantu proses pendidikan dan kualitas sumber daya   manusia salah satu kebijakan dari pemerintah adalah mengangkat bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah-sekolah sesuai dengan SK Menteri pada tanggal 15 Januari 1975 No. 008d/1975 dan 008e/1975, berikut dipertegas lagi dengan SK maupun No. 84/1993 dan No. 118/1996, dan terakhir terkandung dalam kurikulum 2013 adalah peminatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini "ingin mengetahui partisipasi guru dalam melaksanakan penggunaan permainan "perjalanan tiga orang cacat" melalui layanan informasi di SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA ", Sampel berjumlah 57 orang guru di sekolah. Alat pengumpulan data utama menggunakan teknik Check List, yaitu: suatu cara untuk memperoleh data dengan membuat daftar pertanyaan yang ditujukan kepada seluruh guru pada SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA. Cara menganalisa data untuk menguji kenyataan yang ada partisipasi guru di sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan layanan informasi, pengabdi menggunakan perhitungan presentase. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua komponen tujuan dalam pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan presentase 100% cukup tinggi oleh guru-guru di sekolah. Ini berarti guru sangat berpartisipasi dan mendukung Layanan informasi di SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA.  Kata Kunci: Layanan Informasi, Permainan "Perjalanan Tiga Orang Cacat", Keterampilan Komunikasi,   SMP NEGERI 6 PALANGKA RAYA.  Abstract: Teachers are highly expected for the sake of effectiveness and efficiency of information services in schools. To analyze the data to test the reality of teacher participation in schools regarding the implementation of information services, the service uses percentage calculations. The results of the service show that almost all components of the goals in the service are implemented with a fairly high percentage of 100% by the teachers at the school. Abstrak Guru sebagai pengajar dan pembimbing di sekolah berkewajiban membantu pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolah, seperti: turut serta aktif dalam membantu melaksanakan layanan BK, Memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok kepada siswa, Berpartisipasi dalam pertemuan kasus, Meneliti kesulitan dan kemajuan siswa, Melihat hasil kemajuan siswa dari nilai raport, Mengadakan hubungan komunikasi dengan orang tua siswa, Bekerjasama dengan guru mata pelajaran dalam pengumpulan data siswa, mengidentifikasikan masalah, Membantu memecahkan masalah siswa, Mengirimkan (refral) masalah siswa yang tidak dapat diselesaikannya kepada orang yang berkompeten dalam mengatasi masalah, Mengidentifikasikan, menyalurkan, membina bakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini “mengetahui bagaimana Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Penggunaan Permainan Kalung Kertas Di SMAN 1 Kurun? Sampel berjumlah 30 orang siswa (kelas 10). Alat pengumpulan data utama menggunakan teknik Check List, yaitu: suatu cara untuk memperoleh data dengan membuat daftar pertanyaan yang ditujukan kepada seluruh siswa pada SMAN 1 Kurun. Cara menganalisa data untuk menguji kenyataan yang ada penggunaan permainan kalung kertas dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok, pelaksana menggunakan perhitungan persentase. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua komponen tujuan dalam pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan presentase 97,67% cukup tinggi oleh siswa. Ini berarti guru sangat berpartisipasi dan mendukung Program Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMAN 1 Kurun. Kata Kunci : Permainan Kalung Kertas 1, Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok 2. Abstract Teachers as instructors and mentors in schools are obliged to help the guidance and counseling services in schools, such as: actively participating in helping BK services, providing group guidance services to students, participating in case meetings, researching student difficulties and progress, seeing the results of student progress from report cards grades, Establish communication relationships with parents of students, Cooperate with subject teachers in collecting student data, identify problems, help solve student problems, send (refral) student problems that cannot be solved to people who are competent in solving problems, identify, channel , build talent. The purpose of this service is “to find out how the Group Guidance Service With the Use of Paper Necklace Games in SMAN 1 Kurun? The sample consisted of 30 students (grade 10). The main data collection tool uses the Check List technique, which is: a way to obtain data by making a list of questions addressed to all students at SMAN 1 Kurun. How to analyze data to test the reality that there is a use of paper necklace games in group guidance services, implementing using percentage calculations. The results of the dedication show that almost all components of the objectives in the service were carried out with a percentage of 97.67% high enough by students. This means the teacher is very participating and supports the Guidance and Counseling Service Program at SMAN 1 Kurun. Keywords: Paper Necklace Game 1, Group Guidance Services 2.

Abstract

Teachers are expected to be useful for the effectiveness and efficiency of Guidance and Counseling services in schools. Teachers can also act as mentors for their students. To help the educational process and the quality of human resources, one of the government policies is to promote guidance and counseling in schools. The purpose of this community service is to want to know the participation of teachers in implementing the use of the self-portrait game through information services at SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya, a sample of 81 teachers at the school. The main data collection tool used the Check List technique, namely: a way to obtain data by creating a list of questions addressed to all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. How to analyze the data to test the reality of teacher participation in the school towards the implementation of group guidance services, the community service used percentage calculations. The results of this community service show that almost all components of the objectives in the community service are implemented with a fairly high percentage of 100% by teachers at the school. This means that teachers strongly participate and support Information Services at SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Learning habits are methods or techniques that settle in students when receiving lessons, reading books, doing assignments, and setting time to complete learning activities. To get good learning achievement, students must have good study habits. The phenomenon obtained by researchers at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya is (1) Students do not have structured learning habits, (2) many students do not understand the lessons conveyed in teaching and learning activities, and (3) Students are less active in asking questions if they do not understand with the material delivered by the teacher. This study aims to determine how the learning habits of students who excel in class XI SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. This study uses a qualitative method. The population in the study were all students of class XI using a sample of 5 (five) students who have good learning achievement and study habits by looking at the student achievement index. In this study, researchers used 3 (three) data collection techniques, namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed that class XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya have good study habits. This can be seen from students' good understanding of methods, techniques, skills, or efficient learning methods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether behavioristic techniques can increase student learning independence through group counseling in class VIII of SMP Isen Mulang Palangka Raya. This type of research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest type. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics from the paired sample T-test (SPSS version 25 program). The population in this study were 11 students in class VIII with a total sample of 4 students. The results of the calculation of the average score of learning independence before participating in group counseling services with behavioristic techniques an average of 65 then after being given group counseling with behavioristic techniques increased to 86.75 with an average increase of 21.75. Then from the calculation results of the pretest and posttest values using the Paired Samples T-test is 0.003 < from 0.05, then the null hypothesis is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect from the application of group counseling with a behavioristic approach to overcome the low learning independence of students at SMP Isen Mulang Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Self-confidence is the belief that each individual has in themselves for everything they do. The problem experienced by students is low self-confidence related to belief in their own abilities, optimistic, objective, responsible, rational, brave and able to adjust. The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of group guidance services using Cinematherapy techniques to increase the understanding of self-confidence in students in class XI MIPA 6 SMAN 2 Palangka Raya which is still low in the understanding of students related to self-confidence. This research uses experimental research with a one group pretest- posttest design. The population in the study was 50 students and the sample amounted to 6 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation, books, articles, journals. Calculation of normally distributed data, using Kolmogrov-Smirnov parametric statistics and t-test calculations using paired sample t tests with rocks (SPSS Program Version 25). Data analysis using normality test and t-test. with negative hypothesis testing criteria, the t-table value is 22.345 less than 2.015. It can be concluded that group guidance using Cinematherapy techniques is effective for increasing understanding of self-confidence in students in class XI MIPA 6 SMAN 2 Palangka Raya.
