Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa dampak signifikan dalam berbagai sektor industri, termasuk sektor otomotif. Salah satu aspek yang semakin menarik perhatian adalah prediksi harga mobil bekas. Dalam studi ini, algoritma Random Forest digunakan untuk memprediksi harga mobil bekas berdasarkan data historis. Faktor-faktor seperti model mobil, tahun produksi, kapasitas mesin, jarak tempuh, transmisi, bahan bakar, dan wilayah dimasukkan ke dalam model untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi. Aplikasi prediksi ini dikembangkan dalam bentuk WebApp, memudahkan pengguna untuk memasukkan parameter mobil dan memperoleh hasil prediksi. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan 90% variabilitas harga berdasarkan input pengguna. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat menjadi acuan berguna bagi penjual dan pembeli mobil bekas dalam menetapkan harga yang sesuai dengan kondisi pasar. Aplikasi ini memberikan wawasan tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi harga mobil bekas dan potensinya dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan. Teknologi Machine Learning terbukti efektif dalam menangani kompleksitas pasar otomotif yang dinamis, memberikan prediksi harga yang lebih akurat dibandingkan metode tradisional.

Abstract

PGP100 (Pratama Genuine Part) merupakan usaha yang bergerak pada penjualan suku cadang(sparepart) original sepeda motor Yamaha. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah pengelolaanpersediaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sering menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian antara stokfisik dan catatan, penumpukan barang yang jarang terjual, serta risiko kerusakan sparepart akibat terlalu lamadisimpan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, metode FIFO (First In First Out) diterapkan sebagaipendekatan yang mampu memastikan barang yang lebih dulu masuk menjadi barang yang lebih dulu keluar.Metode ini penting untuk menjaga kualitas sparepart yang sensitif terhadap waktu penyimpanan. Penelitianini merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen stok berbasis FIFO yang mendukungpencatatan persediaan secara otomatis, akurat, dan real-time. Implementasi sistem diharapkan dapatmeningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meminimalisasi kesalahan pencatatan, menjaga akurasi stok, sertamendukung kelancaran proses pengadaan dan distribusi sparepart di PGP100.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di perguruan tinggi mendorong pemanfaat system computer berbasis cloud sebagai infrastruktur utama dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran berbasisLearning Management System (LMS). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis performa cloud computing dalam mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran digital melalui pengukuran kecepatan akses, latency server, response time, serta persepsi pengguna. Metode yang digunakan mencakup survei terhadap 120 mahasiswa, uji performa jaringan, analisis statistic deskriptif, korelasi pearson, dan regresi linier. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa cloud computing meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran digital hinggga 34% dibandingkan system local. Nilai korelasi antara bandwidth dan response time sebessar r = -0,74, menunjukkan hubungan kuat dan negative, sedangkan model regresi (Y=480-4.2X) (Y=480-4.2X) mengindikasikan bahwa penambahan 1 Mbps bandwidth dapat menurunkan waktu respons rata-rata sebesar 4,2 ms. Temuan ini memberikan arah bagi peningkatan infrastruktur digital perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The development of the industrial revolution has brought human’s civilization in applying ICT (Information and Communication Technology) massively. The Indonesian government is trying to achieve “Indonesia Connected”. Unfortunately many Indonesian citizens don't have any access and enough knowledge about ICT itself. The research project presents a solution for the problem above. We hope the research project will be able to give a great description about how ICT-Volunteer helps people socializing digital literacy and helps people to access TIK in Indonesia. The research project uses the approach “perfective system”. The definition of perspective system is a study on a system by questioning: how and why the system can work properly. The researcher will enter the system doing an observation figuring out how ICT-volunteers of Indonesia work doing their volunteering job. Many activities have been done by Bapak Bambang Soeprijanto as the director of informatics empowerment since 2008. He has made some meetings, collaboration and coordination among stakeholders in building Indonesian informatics society. (relawantik.or.id, n.d.). The director of informatics empowerment, Ibu Mariam F. Barata, in 2011 continued the policy by supporting bigger meetings such as communication forum, coordination, collaboration and an event “Kerjasama Komunitas TIK“ (FK5T) national level. That event also established an organization, Relawan TIK on July 4th, 2011. It was witnessed by the General Director of Informatics Application. Kemkominfo, Ashwin Sasongko. It was decided as the anniversary of Relawan TIK Indonesia. (Indonesian ICT-volunteer). Being a member of Relawan TIK has many benefits such as an opportunity of sharing knowledge and skill of ICT, improving communication and leadership skill, building networking and positive social relationship.

Abstract

Petty cash reporting is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. Problems often occur such as late payments, errors in calculations, physical documents causing difficulties in data retrieval and potentially resulting in lost and damaged documents. The purpose of this research is to design a Petty Cash System to provide fast, timely and accountable financial reports. The research method is Research & Development (R&D) and the establishment of the Petty Cash Imprest Fund System. This system is made web-based and uses the Codeigniter framework. The results of the study show that the petty cash information system is useful in managing petty cash more effectively, accurately, safely, and efficiently in the financial administration process, as well as minimizing the potential for errors and data loss in petty cash reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based accounting information system for petty cash at PT. Jasa Marga Jalan layang Cikampek in order to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing petty cash transactions. The problem faced by the company is that petty cash recording is still conducted manually, which leads to potential errors, loss of transaction evidence, and delays in report preparation. This research applies a descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The system is developed using the CodeIgniter framework, designed with Unified Modeling Language (UML), and supported by a MySQL database. The results show that the developed system simplifies the recording process of cash inflows and outflows, enhances data accuracy, and produces financial reports more quickly and systematically. In addition, the system supports internal control through integrated and well-documented data management. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based accounting information system for petty cash provides an effective solution to improve the performance of petty cash management within the company.
