Abstract

The study program is an absolute thing and must be chosen by prospective new students when registering to become a student, the lack of knowledge of the courses offered by the campus becomes a difficulty in determining study programs that match their interests. The first research method of analyzing data uses the association rule to get the relationship of study programs with other study programs, and subsequently classifies the study program using decision tree j48, and is followed by examiners using confusion matrux. The results of this study are to use the association rule Fp-Growth method obtained 10 best rules, namely for the first rule D3 Informatics with International Relations. Of the 10 rules obtained as a reference or basis for determining classes on the j48 algorithm, from the results of the 10 rules, analyzed according to the rules applied in Amikom, then obtained into 11 classes where the rules are based on the origin of natural science or social studies schools. By using the j48 algorithm, 99.8% accuracy is obtained with the highest hierarchy in the decision tree, namely the D3 Informatics study program and for the origin school, namely IPS high school

Abstract

Patient Safety Incident Reporting for improvement of the service system and prevention of recurring patient safety incidents is a very important part and affects the quality of service, so it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the ICP reporting system at the hospital. Objective: To ascertain the elements that impact hospital patient safety event reporting.  Method: This article was written utilizing a literature review methodology. Data was gathered from database sources, and 20 articles between 2018 and 2023 were examined for PICOT analysis using the keywords patient safety incident, reporting, and health service. Results: There are three elements that affect the reporting of patient safety incidents that take place in hospitals: government, organizational, and human factors. It can be observed from features of nurse skills and patient safety culture in addition to environmental influences (individuals, organizations, and government). Cultural barriers (avoidance of conflict and fear of being blamed and penalized) and practical barriers (lack of expertise, so officers do not know how to report occurrences, lack of feedback, and lack of socialization connected to reporting incidents). Discussion: As a result of the existing literature review, no one has discussed the existence of organizational/hospital and government targets in efforts to achieve the target percentage (%) of PSI reporting. In order to improve employee motivation and involvement in reporting patient safety incidents and, ultimately, raise the standard of care provided to hospital patients, more research is required regarding the implementation of patient safety incident reporting in hospitals. Conclusion: The reporting of patient safety incidents in hospitals is influenced by three factors: personal, organizational, and governmental. Lack of feedback has been recognized as one of the weaknesses in incident reporting.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the background of the problem at State Junior High School 3 Bantarsari, which is evidenced by the results of the questionnaire recapitulation. The percentage of student behavioral deviations at State Junior High School 3 Bantarsari falls into the high category, partly due to the influence of deviations at 34.7% and factors contributing to student behavioral deviations amounting to 88%, which are categorized as dominant. The researcher observed that students tend to have inconsistent Intrapersonal Skills and Interpersonal Skills, which affects physical education learning. Dominance occurs in the factors causing deviations in student behavior, namely individual and group factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the integration between intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills on physical education learning. This research is a quantitative study. The approach used is descriptive, correlational, and experimental, consisting of experimental group I: integration of intrapersonal skills; experimental group II: integration of intrapersonal skills and control group. The research data source is the eighth-grade students of State Junior High School 3 Bantarsari for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used paired and independent simple t-tests. This research produced significant data on the influence of Intrapersonal skills and Interpersonal skills on physical education learning. The study also found the development of an integration program through physical education learning, namely 1) Intrapersonal Skills (Goal Setting, Time Management, Leadership, Emotional Skills) and 2) Interpersonal Skills (Teamwork, Interpersonal Communication, Social Skills, and Problem Solving & Decision Making).(L. D. Cronin & Allen, 2017). The conclusion is that the application of the experimental group integrating intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills through the paired sample t-test shows a difference in the average learning outcomes of students for the pre-post test experimental class with intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills compared to the post-test control class. (non integrasi). In the independent sample t-test, the significance value was found to be < 0.005, concluding that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the effect between PJOK learning integrated with interpersonal skills and intrapersonal skills and non-integration.

Abstract

Event olahraga tingkat nasional membutuhkan fasilitas dan layanan penyelenggaraan lomba yang optimal untuk memastikan kenyamanan serta performa maksimal bagi atlet. Namun, masih terdapat kendala terkait sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai serta manajemen event yang belum sepenuhnya optimal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada atlet yang mengikuti event Pertamina SAC dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan atlet terhadap fasilitas olahraga dan layanan penyelenggaraan lomba dalam Pertamina SAC National Championship pada tahun 2024-2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang diberikan kepada atlet peserta event. Penelitian ini memiliki variabel independen berupa fasilitas olahraga dan layanan penyelenggaraan lomba, serta variabel dependen yaitu tingkat kepuasan atlet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan atlet terhadap fasilitas olahraga dan layanan penyelenggaraan lomba berada pada kategori sangat puas, dengan rata-rata tingkat kepuasan mencapai 88%. Event Pertamina SAC National Championship telah berhasil memenuhi ekspektasi atlet dalam hal fasilitas olahraga dan layanan penyelenggaraan lomba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak latihan kombinasi antara plyometrik dan akurasi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan jump shoot pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMA Negeri 1 Dukun. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode eksperimen serta desain One Group Posttest-Pretest. Sampel meliputi 25 siswa yang ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen mempergunakan tes kemampuan jump shoot yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program latihan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa melalui uji t berpasangan (paired sample t-test) berbantuan SPSS V.26. Temuan ini memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada rata-rata nilai jump shoot, dari 5,43 pada pretest menjadi 7,74 pada posttest. Uji hipotesis menghasilkan nilai t hitung yaitu -9,307, yang melebihi t tabel 2,064, melalui signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasanya kombinasi latihan plyometrik dan akurasi berdampak positif serta signifikan kepada peningkatan kemampuan jump shoot siswa. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan praktis untuk guru PJOK serta pelatih untuk menyusun program latihan yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan performa shooting siswa di tingkat sekolah menengah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the coaching management implemented at the Rookie Basketball Academy in Klaten City in 2025. This study is motivated by the importance of structured coaching management in non-formal basketball academies such as the Rookie Academy in Klaten, in order to overcome the challenges of coaching young athletes and support the improvement of sports achievements professionally. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The main instruments used in this study were interview guidelines, observation sheets and documentation sheets. The subjects in this study were administrators consisting of 1 coach, 1 assistant coach and 15 athletes who are members of the Rookie Basketball Academy. The selection of subjects was done purposively. The results of the study show that coaching management at the Rookie Basketball Academy has implemented the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising with a fairly good commitment. The implementation of training is carried out routinely and has received positive responses from athletes, although the level of attendance is still fluctuating and the training methods are considered less varied. This finding emphasizes the need to strengthen the documentation aspect, data-based evaluation system, and organizational structuring in order to improve the effectiveness of coaching as a whole. Suggestions that can be given to the Rookie Basketball Academy are that it needs to develop a more structured documentation system related to training planning, attendance, and periodic evaluation of athlete development.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the performance development process in handball extracurricular activities at the junior high school level, specifically at SMP Negeri 1 Juwana, Pati Regency. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation studies involving coaches and the school principal. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model to explore the dynamics of coaching comprehensively. The study population includes all individuals directly involved in the handball extracurricular program, such as coaches, students/athletes, extracurricular coordinators or physical education teachers, and the school principal. The findings reveal that the coaching activities are being carried out, though the quality and intensity vary. Most of the training still focuses on mastering basic techniques. Student enthusiasm and coach dedication emerge as key supporting factors in the process. Nevertheless, the study also identifies several significant challenges, including limited facilities and infrastructure, insufficient time and funding allocation, and a lack of local competitions. These factors hinder the full realization of students’ performance potential. Despite these obstacles, the coaching program contributes positively to students' character development. As a follow-up, the study recommends improvements in facilities, increased training hours, enhanced coach competencies, stronger collaboration with stakeholders, and greater financial support.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran antara mental toughness dan kecemasan kompetitif terhadap performa atlet bulutangkis kota Semarang yang mengikuti Sirnas Jateng. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuanitatif korelasi dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling.  Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 24 atlet bulutangkis kota Semarang, berusia 17 tahun yang mengikuti kompetisi Sirnas Jateng. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dikumpulkan melalui google form. Mental toughness diukur menggunakan Sport Mental Toughness Questionnaire (SMTQ) sebanyak 14 peryataan, memiliki validitas 0,371-0,735 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,697. Kecemasan Kompetitif diukur menggunakan kuesioner Sport Anxiety Scale-2 (SAS-2) terdiri dari 15 pertanyaan memperoleh validitasnya 0,77-0,81 dengan reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,71-0,88. Performa Atlet Bulutangkis diukur menggunakan Athlete self-efficacy scale (ASES) sebanyak 17 pertanyaan dengan memperoleh nilai validitas sebesar 0,87 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,89. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis desktiptif, normalitas (Shapiro-Wilk), uji korelasi, uji linearitas dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peran antara mental toughness, dan kecemasan kompetitif terhadap performa atlet kota Semarang pada kejuaraan SIRNAS Jateng tahun 2025. Mental toughness memiliki hubungan terhadap performa atlet dengan nilai sigifikansi p= 0,024 (< 0,05). Pada kecemasan kompetitif terdapat hubungan linear signifikan terhadap performa atlet memperoleh nilai signifikansi p= 0,048 (< 0,05). Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,585, menunjukkan hubungan yang cukup kuat antara Mental Toughness dan Kecemasan Kompetitif terhadap Performa Atlet. Sementara itu, nilai R Square sebesar 0,342 mengindikasikan bahwa 34,2% variabilitas performa atlet dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel psikologis tersebut. Oleh karena itu, atlet harus selalu menjaga mental, serta pelatih klub perlu mengembangkan pemahaman serta kemampuan terhadap psikologi atlet.

Abstract

Pembinaan prestasi kelas khusus olahraga SMP Negeri 01 Bodeh di KabupatenPemalang merupakan salah satu Sekolah yang menerapkan Kelas Khusus Olahraga padasiswa guna mencapai prestasi, Dalam pencapaian prestasi di KKO  tersebut harusmelewati proses pembinaan olahraga. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhipembinaan dalam Kelas Khusus Olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipembinaan prestasi kelas khusus olahraga SMP Negeri 01 Bodeh di KabupatenPemalang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengkajipembinaan prestasi olahraga kelas khusus olahraga di SMP Negeri 01 Bodeh KabupatenPemalang. Sumber data dari penelitian ini yaitu dari data primer dan sekunder, Untuksumber data primer peneliti memperoleh data penelitian secara langsung observasi danwawancara dengan perwakilan 4 atlet, 5 pelatih, dan 1 pengurus di lokasi penelitian.Kemudian data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. analisisdata melibatkan reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan, dan membuat hasilpenelitian. Hasil penelitian, pembinaan prestasi KKO di SMP Negeri 1 Bodeh KabupatenPemalang berjalan dengan baik. Ini terwujud melalui program latihan yang terstrukturdan berkelanjutan, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, termasuk pelatihyang kompeten, serta adanya struktur organisasi, sarana-prasarana yang memadai, danpendanaan serta manajemen dari sekolah yang mendukung adanya Kelas KhususOlahraga.

Abstract

Wita Witarsa ​​is a lecturer in sports and a long-distance athletic trainer in Indonesia. In this research, the researcher will discuss Wita Witarsa's personality, the writing of which focuses on important things in Wita Witarsa's life in the field of long-distance athletic trainer. Using qualitative descriptive research methods with ethnographic methods. The population of this study were coaches, athletes and supporting informants. The sampling technique used was side purposive so that 5 people were obtained with criteria according to research needs. The results of this research show that Wita Witarsa ​​has a good personality and is always willing to learn things that can improve the training process. The key that Wita Witarsa ​​applies is mutual trust between the coach and the athlete, the coach creates and applies it to the athlete with the belief that the athlete is able to complete the program that has been prepared, and the athlete believes in the coach that the program that has been designed is appropriate to the needs and targets set. achieved. Wita Witarsa ​​is inspiring because she has succeeded in producing a number of athletes with various achievements that have made Indonesia proud on the international stage. Based on the research results obtained, it can be said that the coach's personality has a great influence on athletes and their achievements.
