Abstract

This research is the test of the mediation of job satisfaction to the career development towardorganizational citizenship behavior, and the test of the mediation of perceived supervisiorsupport toward organizational citizenship behavior. Samples taken were 322 respondentsusing the accidental sampling. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression test andsobel test. This study found that career development has a significant positive effect jobsatisfaction, perceived supervisior support has a significant positive effect to job satisfaction,career development has a significant positive effect organizational citizenship behavior,perceived supervisior support has a significant positive effect organizational citizenshipbehavior, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect organizational citizenship behavior.The result showed that job satisfaction has a mediate career development towardorganizational citizenship behavior. The result showed that job satisfaction has a mediateperceived supervisior support toward organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of work-family conflict, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation on the work performance of employees of PT MJOINT Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative research methods and primary data in this study were taken using a questionnaire obtained by census on 68 respondents. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The tests on classical assumption tests include normality tests, muticolonierity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests while multiple regression tests include t tests. This study shows that there is no influence from work-family conflict variables on employee work performance. There is a significant positive effect of instrinsic motivation variables on employee work performance. There is confirmation of a significant positive effect of extrinsic motivation variables on employee performance. Strengthening motivation is an implication to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with mediation of job satisfaction at PT Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta. By using a population of PT Adi Satria Abadi employees with a sample size of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Data obtained through questionnaires and processed by classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as the sobel test. So the conclusion is that LMX and work motivation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. LMX variables and job satisfaction are not significant on OCB. Work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on OCB. Job satisfaction does not mediate the LMX and work motivation on OCB. The object in this study only covers one branch of PT Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The Community Service Program is implemented at Gig's Batik, one of the MSMEs which produce batik in Yogyakarta. It is located in Kwarasan Village RT 08 RW 06, Nogotirto Village, Gamping District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. As a batik producer, Gig's Batik faces fierce competition in the batik market, especially the domestic market. In order to compete in the increasingly stringent batik industry, Gig's Batik must always strive to improve its business practices. One of the crucial aspects in the success of batik MSMEs businesses is marketing. Meanwhile, in the marketing aspect, there are many activities or elements that companies can improve to increase its competitiveness. Based on the situation analysis, it was found that the main problems in the marketing function faced by Gig's Batik lie in unattractive product labels and limited mastery of technology applications. A company must pay attention to labels because of their role as a medium for information about products, companies and logos. In the era of digital marketing, MSMEs must have the skills to use the latest technology applications and utilize them to advance their business. To help partners solve their problems, the service team held training on labeling and the application named CapCut. Training was held in August-September 2023 at the Gig's Batik showroom. The outputs resulting from this activity are: (1) more informative and attractive new product labels, (2) videos created with the CapCut application and used as an online promotional tool on Gig's Batik's social media. The training is expected to increase Gigs's Batik knowledge and skills regarding product labels and mastery of technology applications that can support marketing activities, and in turn, increasing their competitiveness in batik market.

Abstract

The purpose of this abdimas activity is to introduce and optimise digital platforms used in business activities so that partners are able to expand market reach and increase sales. This abdimas activity was carried out at Prima Mochi Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which started their business in 2020, the challenges faced by Prima Mochi SMEs are that the business activities carried out are still traditionally based, especially the marketing strategy activities carried out. The method used by the abdimas party in this activity is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method, which is adjusted to the conditions of the abdimas participants. The abdimas team chose this method because the PLA method is based on direct training practices related to digital marketing activities for business ventures carried out. The results of this abdimas activity are that partners are able to take advantage of technology by implementing digital marketing with social media, and building a market place so that partners are able to compete with other competitors who sell similar products, facilitate communication between sellers and buyers, and expand market share. The expected implications of this activity are that abdimas partners are increasingly interested in directly implementing digital marketing strategies, increasing innovation in business ventures and products offered by consumers have positioning compared to other competitors.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of work environment, work stress, and work motivation on organisational commitment at Permata Medika Kebumen General Hospital. This research uses quantitative methodology. The population size at Permata Medika Kebumen General Hospital was 300 employees and a sample of 75 employees was taken. The sampling method used is simple ramdom sampling, which is sampling that ensures each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample and to determine the number of samples using the Slovin formula. The research results show that work environment, work stress, and work motivation have a significant positive effect on organisational commitment. Furthermore, these factors collectively affect organisational commitment positively. This research is expected to be a reference and improvement for Permata Medika Kebumen General Hospital in improving employee capabilities, making policies for employees so that employee commitment will increase and make Permata Medika Kebumen General Hospital able to obtain services to consumers so that organisational goals are achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Field Work Practices affect Job Readiness. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study and questionnaires as a method of data collection. Grade 12 students of SMK Negeri 2 Sewon, Bantul as many as 237 students are the population in this study. The sampling technique in this study uses a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study is 74 determined using the Slovin formula. The data in this study was processed using a data analysis tool, namely SPSS 27. The data processing method uses several linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study show that Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Field Work Practices have a positive and significant influence on Job Readiness. In addition, Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Field Work Practices simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness.  The implication of this research is that this research is expected to be a reference and evaluation material for SMK Negeri 2 Sewon in improving the ability and quality of students and in making decisions related to the program to be implemented so that the work readiness of SMK Negeri 2 Sewon students continues to increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline on employee performance of the Bantul Regency Financial, Revenue and Asset management Agency. In the process of archieving organizational goals, employee performance is an important factor cannot be ignored. This research uses a quantitive approach by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents who are the entire population in the agency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between variabels. The results showed that three independent variabels namely work environment, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline have a positive influence on work performance, both simultaneousy and partially. These results show that a supportive work atmosphere, empuragement from within, and compliance with the rules, indeed play a major role in increasing employee productivity. The research is expected to be a reference and improvement for the Bantul Regency Regional Financial, Revenue, and Asset Management Agency in increasing employee motivation, work environment, work discipline and employee performance so that they can increase and organizational goals can be archieved.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, efikasi diri, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Andi Offset Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada CV. Andi Offset. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan menyebar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah hasil ini dapat digunakan oleh manajer dan pimpinan perusahaan untuk membuat rencana yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan mereka. Misalnya, mereka dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk mengembangkan program kesejahteraan karyawan untuk membantu mencapai keseimbangan kehidupan kerja yang lebih baik atau pelatihan manajer untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam kepemimpinan transformasional. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Efikasi Diri, Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
