Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of co-worker support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were employees of the Grage Jogja Hotel. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between co-workers support for OCB. The findings have implications for company leadership to increase co-worker support items and low job satisfaction so that employee OCB will increase

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and work experience on employee performance on disaster management staff in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses a saturated sample with a population of 43 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with a census. The data analysis method used the classical assumption test, multiple linear test and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously the variables competence, work discipline and work experience have a positive effect. and significant to employee performance. urgent. significant to employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of strategic resource management practices and employee performance on company performance. This type of research is quantitative research and uses saturated sampling techniques. The sample used in this study was employees of the Yogyakarta Oki Rejeki Company. The results showed that strategic HRM practices had no significant effect on company performance, while employee performance had a significant effect on company performance.Keyword: HRM strategic practice, employee performance, and company performance

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) pada anggota organisasi meningkatkan kontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi. OCBpada organisasi publik menjadi perhatian terkait kinerja yang buruk atau baik dirasakan secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik sebagai anteseden OCB. Penelitian dilakukan pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Yogyakarta,  data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa  kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada OCB.Kata kunci:Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Intrinsik, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, price perception, and location on repurchase intention through the intervening variable brand image on Rocket Chicken customers. The population in the study were 100 Rocket Chicken buyers. The sampling technique in this study was an online questionnaire via Google Forms which was distributed randomly to Rocket Chicken customers. The results show that product diversity and price perception have a significant effect on brand image with each significance value of 0.000 and 0.017 which is smaller than 0.05, then for locations that have a significant value above 0.05, namely 0.316, it does not have a significant effect. to brand image. Significant values of brand image and location on repurchase intention are 0.000 and 0.002 where a significant value below 0.05 means that these two variables have a positive influence on repurchase intention, while product diversity and price perception have a significant value on repurchase requests. are 0.098 and 0.245 have no significant effect on repurchase interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and commitment on employee work performance. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Licensing and Investment Service (DPPM DIY), both permanent and contractual. The number of samples taken in this study were 50 employees. The results of this study indicate that the effect of motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, commitment has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and motivation and commitment have a positive and significant effect on work performance of the employees of the Licensing and Investment Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DPPM DIY).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of human resources, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, with as many as 50 employees at Kantor Pusat Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. Primary data was taken by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of human resources, work environment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication directs the leadership to maintain or improve the implementation of the antecedent variables of employee performance.

Abstract

SMEs in Kasongan Bantul have a good reputation as SMEs that are able to penetrate in foreign markets. How OCB and Employee JE formed so that it can pull SMEs performance is the main issue being discussed in this research. Asking for 107 employees of SMEs in Kasongan craft industry bantul to fill in the questionnaire, this research can prove that value congruence directly or indirectly affects employee JE on OCB. Unfortunately, this research is unable to prove the effect of CSE on OCB direcly or indirecly.Keywords: value congruence, core self-evaluations, job engagement, organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment with employee job satisfaction as a mediator. The study used a population of all employees of Kantor Dinas Perdagangan Lampung Tengah. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling on 52 respondents who were determined from the population using the Slovin formula. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The research findings indicate that the work environment has a direct effect on affective commitment and an indirect effect on job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation does not affect organizational affective commitment directly, but intrinsic motivation can affect organizational affective commitment if through job satisfaction or through mediation. The implications of the research results are discussed in the discussion section.Keywords: intrinsic motivation; job satisfaction; organizational affective commitment; and work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether dynamic ambidexterity capability mediates the relationship between trilogy leadership style and performance innovation. The study took samples in the business organization of a Youth Educational Center (YEC) tutoring institution located in the Wirobrajan area of Yogyakarta. The results showed that each component of the trilogy leadership style affected the dynamic ambidexterity capability variable and the performance innovations of its members. . The findings show that the trilogy leadership style can affect performance innovation directly or through mediating dynamic ambidexterity capability. This confirms that the dynamic ambidexterity capability is able to mediate the influence between the trilogy leadership style on innovation performance.
