Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the example non example learning model in learning to write narrative essays in class VII students of SMP IT Nurul Ikhwah, Nagan Raya. The informants of this study were 20 female class VII students. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of research, classroom action research (CAR). The design of PTK includes the steps of planning, action, observation, and reflection using two cycles. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and tests. Observation or observation is a data collection method used to collect research data through observation and sensing. The test is a data collection instrument to measure students' abilities in cognitive aspects or the level of mastery of learning material. The use of examples non examples learning models is very effective in learning to write student narrative essays, in addition to higher student activity when the learning process takes place, student scores also increase after using the examples non examples learning model. This can be seen from the grade VII students of SMP IT Nurul Ikhwah who can meet the minimum completeness criteria which is higher than the assignment to write descriptive essays without using an example non example model. Before using the example non example model, there were 11 students out of 20 students who did not meet the minimum completeness criteria, after using the model, there were 3 students out of 20 who did not pass.

Abstract

This research is based on a theoretical concept that views literature as a medium for realizing educational values ​​for every community group. The research objective is to describe the educational values ​​contained in the novel. This research uses a structural approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection uses documentary techniques. Data analysis was carried out with the following steps: (1) carefully reading the novel which was the object of research; (2) noting the parts of the novel in the form of words, phrases, sentences, expressions and statements that contain educational values; (3) classifying the data based on the types of educational values ​​contained in the novels read; and (4) describe educational values. The results of the study show that the educational values ​​contained in the novel Api Tauhid: Cahaya Keagungan Cinta Sang Mujaddid are (1) the value of honesty, (2) love of peace, (3) the spirit of nationalism, and (4) the value of appreciating achievement. These four values ​​are categorized as educational values ​​because they contain teachings that form the basis of the ideals of the Indonesian nation in general which are integrated through various educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, as well as various literary works such as novels.

Abstract

Language politeness is the key to good communication, including in communication in student WhatsApp groups. However, violations of the principle of language politeness often occur among students, especially in WhatsApp course groups. This study aims to discuss violations of the principle of language politeness among students in Indonesian language course class groups. This study uses a qualitative method with research data in the form of WhatsApp message media. The results showed that there were four violations of the maxim of wisdom, one violation of the maxim of sympathy, five violations of the maxim of generosity, and one violation of the maxim of humility. These violations occur because students think that WhatsApp groups tend to be informal and pay less attention to language politeness. The results of this study are expected to increase students' awareness of the importance of language politeness in communication, especially in WhatsApp groups.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan mendesak untuk memastikan penerapan sistem informasi pemerintah daerah mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan daerah guna mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang akuntabel di badan pengelolaan keuangan daerah kabupaten Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi pemerintah daerah (SIPD) serta kontribusinya terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada (BPKD) Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak di lingkungan badan pengelolaan keuangan daerah (BPKD) Kabupaten Nagan Raya yang terlibat secara langsung dalam proses pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Mencakup Kepala BPKD sebagai pengambil kebijakan strategis dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah, Sekretaris BPKD yang berperan dalam koordinasi administratif dan teknis penerapan sistem, serta kepala bidang dan kepala subbidang yang membidangi perencanaan anggaran, penata usahaan keuangan, dan akuntansi pelaporan. Selain itu, operator atau staf teknis SIPD. Analisis penerapan SIPD dilakukan menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan Van Meter dan Van Horn, sedangkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah dianalisis berdasarkan teori efisiensi Max Weber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIPD di BPKD Kabupaten Nagan Raya telah dilaksanakan, namun belum sepenuhnya optimal. Penerapan SIPD memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah, khususnya dalam meningkatkan ketepatan waktu pelaporan, akurasi dan transparansi data keuangan, serta mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapan SIPD, antara lain keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang belum memadai, serta kurangnya pelatihan yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan penguatan sarana pendukung agar penerapan SIPD dapat berjalan lebih optimal dalam mendukung efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Secara keseluruhan, optimalisasi SIPD melalui peningkatan kompetensi SDM dan infrastruktur teknologi menjadi kunci penting untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel berkelanjutan.
