Abstract

Clean water is one of the major needs for human survival , the need for bathing , cooking, drinking , etc. However, of the many water contained in the earth is only 3 % in the form of freshwater contained in rivers , lakes , and groundwater.The distribution system strongly supports continuity of flow to the water service in a town , village or settlement population. Concomitant with population growth that resulted also increase demand for water . Shortcomings in terms of quantity , quality and continuity of clean water will lead to life becomes uncomfortable.Some of the problems that arise in meeting the needs of clean water is clean water distribution system to the residential quarters smooth. For not overcome it needed clean water distribution network that is well and able to serve the needs of clean water to residents in the area.So that in the area in the village of Besiq will be Pipelines Distribution Plan for Clean Water . In order to serve the purpose distribution in the village for 10 years.

Abstract

Nomophobia memberikan dampak negatif terutama pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara kepribadian introvert dan dukungan sosial terhadap kecenderungan Nomophobia di kalangan remaja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Tulangan dan SMP Al Islam Krian dengan total 211 subjek. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi Spearman-Brown. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel kepribadian introvert dan Nomophobia menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan signifikan. Demikian pula, uji korelasi antara dukungan sosial dan Nomophobia menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan signifikan. Kesimpulannya, tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepribadian introvert maupun dukungan sosial jika dihubungkan dengan kecenderungan Nomophobia.

Abstract

Abstrak Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah program yang memungkinkan mahasiswa berkontribusi kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Di Desa Ngarap-Arap, banyaknya gang jalan dan pos penghunian menyebabkan kurangnya informasi mengenai arah lokasi dan rambu lalu lintas, yang sering menyulitkan tamu dari luar daerah dan berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan. Program KKN ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak SD, mengenai rambu lalu lintas dan keselamatan berlalu lintas. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 29 siswa dan 1 wali kelas dari SD Negeri 1 Ngarap-Arap. Melalui serangkaian kegiatan terstruktur, seperti survei lokasi, sosialisasi, dan pemasangan plang penunjuk arah, mahasiswa KKN berhasil memberikan edukasi yang bermanfaat. Kegiatan sosialisasi yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif membantu mereka memahami rambu lalu lintas dengan lebih baik. Sebelum sosialisasi, rata-rata pemahaman siswa hanya 45%, namun setelah kegiatan, pemahaman mereka meningkat menjadi 85%. Peningkatan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko kecelakaan di jalan. Selain itu, proses pemasangan plang juga memperkuat rasa kepemilikan dan tanggung jawab siswa terhadap fasilitas. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model bagi pengabdian masyarakat lainnya dan berkontribusi pada Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) di desa.Kata kunci: Edukasi Rambu Lalu Lintas, Plangisasi, KKN.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, communication and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office. The research was conducted at the Binjai Primary Tax Service Office Jalan Jambi No.1, West Rambung, South Binjai., Binjai City, North Sumatra Province, postal code 20722, with a population of 101 people, and a research sample of 50 people. Data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 24. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office, this is supported by the results of the analysis t count > t-table (2.106 > 2.014) at n = 50 at the 95% significance level. Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office employees, this is supported by the analysis of t count > t-table (8.186 > 2.014) at n = 50 at a significance level of 95%. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office, this is supported by the analysis of t count > t-table (4.107 > 2.014) at n = 50 with a significance level of 95%. The F-count value > F table (50.249 > 2.81), this states that together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture, communication and job satisfaction on the performance of the Binjai Pratama Tax Service Office employees. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted as true.
