Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with the operational management of Angguran Cafe in Bandar Lampung, they expressed concerns about students who work part-time, where working time conflicts and overhelmed which makes the performance of part-time students decrease. This research investigates how part-time students in Bandar Lampung work, with particular attention to work-related stress, time management, and motivation. This study used quantitative methodologies, and 85 samples of part-time student workers in Bandar Lampung were used to gather data using questionnaires. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data from the questionnaire. The findings indicated that performance was positively impacted by work motivation and time management, but not significantly by work stress.

Abstract

Pemberian contoh dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah sesuatu hal yang wajar dilakukan oleh guru di dalam kelas, tetapi yang menjadi perhatian menarik adalah bagaimana persepsi guru yang mengunakan contoh dalam pembelajaran matematika ditengah semangat kontruksivisme yang dituntut dalam kurikulum 2013 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pertimbangan apa saja yang digunakan guru dalam pemilihan contoh dan kendala apa yang dialami guru ketika memilih contoh tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Data kemudian dianalisis untuk menentukan tema dan melihat keterkaitan antar tema. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 22 guru yang menggunakan contoh soal dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pemberian contoh soal penting dikarenakan dapat memfasilitasi guru untuk menanamkan konsep untuk materi baru dan mempertajam pemahaman konsep yang telah didapat peserta didik; (2) ada hubungan yang jelas antara Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) guru dan penggunaan contoh yang diberikan oleh guru kepada peserta didik; (3) kendala yang dialami guru dalam menentukan contoh soal yang baik yaitu menentukan contoh yang dapat memfasilitasi perbedaan kemampuan peserta didik antara peserta didik yang cerdas berbakat dan peserta didik yang slow learner dengan konteks serta prosedur yang sesuai dan bagaimana memprediksi kesalahan yang mungkin bisa dilakukan oleh peserta didik dalam pembelajaran di kelas. The use of example in learning mathematics at secondary level: teachers’ perceptions AbstractGiving examples in mathematics teaching is something that is naturally done by the teacher in the classroom, but an interesting concern is the perception of the teacher who uses the example in mathematics teaching in the spirit of constructivism demanded in Curriculum 2013 in Indonesia. This research aims to identify what the teacher uses in selecting examples and what obstacles the teacher experiences when choosing the example. The research method used is the case study qualitative research method. The data were analyzed to determine the themes and to see the interrelationships among the themes. The subjects of this study are 22 teachers who used examples of questions in teaching in class. The results of the study show that: (1) giving examples is important because it can facilitate teachers to instill concepts for new materials and to sharpen the students’ understanding of concepts that they have obtained; (2) there is a clear relationship between teacher pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and the use of examples provided by teachers to students; and (3) the constraints experienced by the teacher in determining the example of a good problem are determining the example that can facilitate gifted intelligent students and slow learner students with appropriate contexts and procedures and how to predict possible mistakes students can make in learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Students need to demonstrate that they can communicate mathematically. Class IX pupils at SMP Negeri 1 Solok continue to demonstrate a low level of competence, nonetheless. The chosen strategy makes use of Geogebra to execute the Problem Based Learning (PBL) methodology. The purpose of this research was to compare the performance of students in ninth grade at SMP Negeri 1 Solok who received direct teaching with those who received PBL models with the help of geogebra. A non-equivalent control group that received just posttests was used in the quasi-experimental study. We may reject the null hypothesis (H0) because the t-test yielded a P-value of 0.008. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of financial targets, rationalization, dualism position and collussion on fraudulent financial statements with audit committees as a moderating variable in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. In the research that has been carried out, the method used is quantitative by processing panel data obtained from the annual reports of each Islamic commercial bank. After carrying out the test, the results were obtained that the financial target variable had a positive but not significant effect (had no effect) on fraudulently lent financial statements. rationalization has a positive but not significant effect (has no effect) on fraudulent financial statements. dualism position has a negative and insignificant effect (has no effect) on fraudulently lent financial statements. Collusion has a positive but insignificant effect (has no effect) on fraudulent financial statements. The audit committee cannot moderate the influence of the financial target on fraudulently lent financial statements. The audit committee cannot moderate the influence of rationalization on fraudulent financial statements. The audit committee can moderate the influence of dualism position on fraudelient financial statements and the audit committee cannot moderate the influence of collussion on fraudelent financial statements. In conclusion, financial targets, rationalization, dualism position, and collussion have no effect on fraudulently elegant financial statements. The audit committee is only able to moderate the influence of the dualism position on fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh biaya produksi dan harga jual terhadap laba pada UMKM ome Industri Tahu Paya di Kecamatan Beringin periode 2020-2023. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan UMKM Home Industri Tahu Paya tahun 2020-2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif kuantitatif dan model analisis uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolonearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji simultan (Uji F), dan uji parsial (Uji t) dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS Statistic 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model regresi normal, tidak terjadi multikolonearitas, dan tidak terjadi autokorelasi, serta uji koefisien determinasi (R2) memperoleh hasil sebesar 0.718 atau 71.8% menunjukkan bahwa variabel biaya produksi dan harga jual mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada laba UMKM Home Industri Tahu Paya, sedangkan sisanya 28.2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba sedangkan harga jual berpengaruh terhadap laba. Sementara itu secara biaya produksi dan harga jual terhadap laba.

Abstract

This comparative study of mathematics education in Indonesia, Singapore and England aims to analyze the differences and similarities in three main aspects, namely the mathematics learning curriculum, evaluation system and teacher recruitment. This research examines how mathematics curricula in these three countries are structured to meet the educational needs of the 21st century, with a focus on developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In Indonesia, the mathematics curriculum is often more oriented towards achieving national standards, whereas in Singapore and the UK, the curriculum tends to be more flexible and based on holistic development of student competencies. In terms of the evaluation system, Indonesia relies on national exams and standards-based tests, while Singapore and the UK use a more diverse approach, including competency-based evaluations and formative assessments. Finally, in terms of teacher recruitment, Indonesia still faces challenges in ensuring the quality and number of teaching staff meet standards, while Singapore and the UK have strict selection systems and focus on developing teacher professionalism through continuous training. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide insight into the development of mathematics education policy in Indonesia, as well as enrich understanding of best practices applied in other countries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media flipbook interaktif guna meningkatkan kemampuan self regulated learning (SRL) pada anak usia dini. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak berada dalam kategori “baik” dan “sangat baik”, yang mengindikasikan dampak positif dari penggunaan media tersebut. Validasi ahli dan penilaian guru menunjukkan bahwa flipbook interaktif layak, praktis, dan mudah digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Media ini juga mendukung prinsip Zona Perkembangan Proksimal dari Vygotsky, dengan memberikan scaffolding yang tepat. Flipbook terbukti mampu mengembangkan kemampuan pengendalian diri pada anak dengan proses belajar yang menyenangkan.

Abstract

The use of learning models plays a crucial role in realizing the learning targets that have been set. This study aims to determine the completeness of the learning outcomes of Pancasila education of grade IV students at SD Negeri 22 Lubuklinggau after the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament model with the help of Wordwall media. The research method used is quantitative with experimental methods. This study uses a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test categories. The results of the study showed that based on the results of the analysis of the final student data hypothesis test calculation, a tcal value (4.31) was obtained. Based on the results of the post-test value test with a significant level of α = 0.05, the table (1.720) was obtained. Thus it is obtained that tcount (4.31) ≥ ttable (1.720) by this means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So, it can be concluded that the Teams Games Tournament learning model assisted by Wordwall media can complete the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education for grade IV students of SD Negeri 22 Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine Production Costs and the Break-Even Point as strategic tools for profit planning in Mrs. Paya’s tofu enterprise, located in Karang Anyar Village, Beringin Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling method utilized in this research is the saturated sampling technique.The results showed that annual production costs fluctuated, with total production costs of IDR 653,381,000 in 2021, IDR 717,850,000 in 2022, and IDR 654,628,000 in 2023. The break-even point for 2021 is 130,676 units, for 2022 is 143,570 units, and for 2023 is 130,926 units. The profit earned for each year is IDR 653,379,000 for 2021, IDR 717,850,000 for 2022, and IDR 654,632,000 for 2023.
