Abstract

Land use according to the Basic Agrarian Law is the structure and pattern of land use, whether planned or not, which includes land supply, land allotment, land use, and maintenance. Land use is regulated to meet activities. Sustainable social and livelihood activities result in the amount of land needed, type, and location. Land use arrangements determine social accessibility, economic opportunity, movement patterns, and survival. Bids to change land use patterns should take into account the problems that will arise as a result of land use reforms. Land use information will be able to be used as data/information in making decisions on the development planning of an area. Bukit Indah Permai housing is one of the housing areas in the Samarinda which offers several types of housing, like types 21, 27, 36, and type 45. Land use information from the Bukit Indah Permai housing area will be able to provide consideration for potential consumers to make Bukit Indah Permai housing the residence of their choice. From the results of ortho data processing, it can be seen that land use in Bukit Indah Indah housing includes housing, green open spaces, public facilities (roads), and social facilities. Each of these land uses has a different area, namely for the area of land use as housing is 50.57%, land use as green open space covers an area of 32.3%, land use for social and public facilities (road) respectively - 3.65% and 13.48%.

Abstract

PT. Ansaf Inti Resources is located in Kec. Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. The coal mining process is preceded by excavation of overburden or activities carried out prior to coal getting to meet its production target, in determining the volume of overburden stripping in the Alam 4 pit survey activities are carried out and the determination of the rate of conveyance. In survey activities carried out by measuring the coordinates of X/easting, Y/northing and Z/elevation. The purpose of conducting research on, "Knowing the Value of Mine Production Volume based on Overburden Material Stripping survey data, truck count data Using Surpac Software" is to know the measurement of overburden progress survey in the mining area, know the calculation of overburden progress survey volume and find out the results of comparison of progress survey volume with calculations the number of trucks carrying overburden. The methodology used in this study consisted of the research preparation stage, the data collection stage, namely secondary data obtained indirectly from the survey team in the field. The results of measurements and calculations regarding the progress survey conducted in September 2022 obtained the overburden volume value in the first week of 76,289.77 BCM/m3, in the second week the overburden volume value was obtained 55,826.43 BCM/m3, in the third week the results were obtained the result of the overburden volume value is 44,179.01 BCM/m3, in the fourth week the result of the overburden volume value is 60,290.74 BCM/m3.

Abstract

Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, is one of the regions in Indonesia which has quite large mining potential, especially for nickel commodities. The stages of nickel mining activities consist of land clearing activities which can cause deforestation or reduction of forest area. The aim of this research is to map deforestation and land cover changes that occur in the nickel mining area of Pomalaa District. It is expected that the results of this research can be used as consideration in formulating policies for efforts to rehabilitate land damaged by mining activities in Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used in this research is multi-time remote sensing image data analysis. The data used are Landsat 8 images in 2014, 2018 and 2023 to analyze changes in forest areas and changes in land cover at the research location during that time period. The results of the research show that there has been a decrease in the area of forest and vegetated areas, that is in 2014 the area reached 17,207.9 hectares to 16,178.4 hectares in 2018 and 16,110.1 hectares in 2023. Meanwhile, the mine excavation area has increased from 1,792.3 hectares in 2014 to 2,005.4 hectares in 2023. Likewise, the area of built-up land and open land has increased from 3,509.3 hectares in 2014 to 4,370.7 hectares in 2023.

Abstract

The background of this research is as an effort to determine the level of accuracy in the Compass Solution and Trimble Business Center software. So that you can find software with a better level of accuracy. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of processing static observation data using Compass Solution and Trimble Business Center software to obtain a report on the processing results in the form of point coordinate values. The methods used in measurement activities are absolute and differential methods which are then processed using Compas Solution Software and Trimble Business Center software. The results obtained in this study are the availability of the difference in coordinates X, Y and Z when processing using Compass Solution and Trimble Business Center software. The results of differential method data processing using the Trimbel Business Center application (strategy 3) are closest to the fixed BM coordinate values that have been determined, namely with an average difference in the X value of 7.75 mm, Y value of 17.5 mm, and the average difference The Z value is 266.25 mm. Meanwhile, the results of absolute method data processing using the Compass Solution application (strategy 2) are closest to the fixed BM coordinate values, namely with an average difference in the X value of 1,129 mm, Y value of 229.25 mm, and an average difference in Z value is 1,131 mm.

Abstract

This research is undermined by the dynamics of the current patterns of the Mahakam River, which is a crucial element in understanding the waters including the safety of the river transportation. The method used in this study is to take field data horizontally using the Current Meter tool, which is then continued with the analysis process with the help of ArcGIS software. The results of the research show that the speed patterns and direction of the flow of the river have different significance in each depth, as for the direction pattern of the current of the Mahakam River dominates from top to bottom, the cause of the occurrence of different direction of flow due to the topographic factors of the base river.

Abstract

This study aims to compare and evaluate the accuracy of land area measurement through aerial photo identification with direct field/ terestrial measurements using Geodetic GPS. This is useful for determining the most efficient and accurate method to support the acceleration of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. Based on the measurement activities and data analysis, the largest coordinate discrepancy between aerial photo identification and direct measurement using Geodetic GPS was found in land parcel 10, with a difference of 0.88031550. The smallest discrepancy was observed in land parcel 7, with a difference of 0.06694568. The total coordinate discrepancy across the measurement of 10 land parcels was 3.92, with an average discrepancy of 0.35. The Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value was 0.59. Furthermore, the field measurement results showed that direct field measurement using Geodetic GPS produced highly accurate land area data. The discrepancy between the land area proposed by the applicant and the direct measurement results had an average difference of only 0.7 m². Meanwhile, the measurement results of land area through aerial photo identification showed a larger average discrepancy compared to the land area proposed by PTSL applicants, with an average difference of 10.8 m².

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the method of calculating coal volume using Gemcom Surpac 6.3 software. This research also aims to present the amount of coal tonnage in comparison to volume calculations for the period of November 2022. Calculating coal volume is crucial in determining the quantity of mineral deposits. This volume calculation is done as accurately and precisely as possible to produce accurate volume and tonnage. The method used in this research is net volume calculation (grid/borrow pit), where the excavation volume is the difference between cut and fill during a specific period. The data used in this research is secondary data. The results of this research are in the form of coal volume calculation and coal tonnage for one month of excavation in November 2022 using Gemcom Surpac software with the net volume method. From the calculation results, the coal volume is 139,309.26 tons, with each seam M being 66,116.02 tons, seam Q1 being 33,563.89 tons, and seam Q3 being 39,629.35 tons. For the density of newly excavated coal seams, it is 1.00, so it can be said that whatever the calculated coal volume using Gemcom Surpac software is the result of the tonnage itself. The result of coal volume calculation also has a standard deviation value of 1.96%. The calculation result does not exceed the standard deviation set by PT Ansaf Inti Resources, which is ≤ 3%
