Abstract

. Industrial Internship (KPI) is a form of student learning that emphasizes the direct application of knowledge in the workplace. This study aims to describe the procedures for employee competency development at PPSDM Migas Cepu as an effort to improve organizational performance. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that competency development at PPSDM Migas is carried out systematically through three main stages: identifying and planning development needs, implementing training programs, and evaluating outcomes using the CIPP, Kirkpatrick, and Kirkpatrick-Philips models. Training activities include courses, workshops, on-the-job training, and certification programs. Evaluations are conducted periodically to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs. These findings highlight the importance of human resource management and supervisor involvement in maximizing competency development outcomes. The results of this internship can serve as a reference for designing training programs in similar institutions.

Abstract

Ketersediaan darah di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan, khususnya pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer. Kondisi ini berdampak pada keterlambatan penanganan kasus kegawatdaruratan akibat terbatasnya stok darah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat ketahanan stok darah di tingkat puskesmas melalui Program Donor Keluarga Terintegrasi berbasis komunitas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumberrejo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi dan literasi donor darah, serta pemetaan dan pendataan pendonor potensial berbasis keluarga melalui pemeriksaan golongan darah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam sistem donor keluarga, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan skor rata-rata pretest dari 53,5 menjadi 89,9 pada posttest. Selain itu, pemeriksaan golongan darah terhadap peserta yang belum mengetahui golongan darahnya berhasil membentuk basis data awal calon pendonor, dengan distribusi golongan darah terbanyak adalah O (40%) dan seluruhnya memiliki rhesus positif. Respon masyarakat, perangkat desa, dan kader kesehatan menunjukkan dukungan positif terhadap keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis komunitas yang terintegrasi dengan program puskesmas efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi, partisipasi, dan kesiapsiagaan donor darah, serta berpotensi memperkuat kemandirian sistem stok darah di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan primer.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of the Green Productivity concept in the production process of dacron pillows at CV. Jesselyne. Green Productivity is an approach that integrates increased productivity with reduced environmental impacts, in order to achieve industrial sustainability. The methods used include Material Balance analysis to measure the efficiency of raw material utilization and the level of waste generated, as well as the calculation of the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) to assess the economic feasibility of implementing the strategy. The results of the study indicate that the application of Green Productivity is able to increase the efficiency of the production process and reduce waste significantly. The BCR value obtained is 1.52, indicating that each investment made provides economic benefits that exceed its costs, making it feasible to implement. Thus, the application of Green Productivity is proven to be effective as a strategy to improve environmental performance while strengthening the economic aspects of the industrial production process.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital broadcasting technology and the implementation of the Analog Switch-Off (ASO) policy have intensified competition among television brands and increased the occurrence of brand switching behavior among consumers. This condition requires business owners to understand consumer switching patterns in order to anticipate market share changes and develop more effective marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze consumer switching patterns among television brands, predict future market share, and determine the long-term equilibrium condition (steady state) using the Markov Chain method. The research was conducted at UMKM XYZ using a quantitative approach with data collected from questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents over a 90-day observation period. The analysis involved constructing a transition probability matrix, determining the initial market share vector, forecasting market share across several periods, and identifying the steady-state condition. The results indicate that the initial market shares were 18% for Aqua, 32% for LG, 24% for Polytron, and 26% for Sharp. The forecast shows that Polytron experienced the highest market share growth and became the dominant brand, while LG experienced a significant decline. The steady-state condition was reached in the fifth period, with long-term market shares of 24% for Aqua, 17% for LG, 37% for Polytron, and 23% for Sharp. These findings demonstrate that the Markov Chain method is effective for predicting brand switching behavior and market share distribution, providing valuable support for marketing decisions and inventory management in UMKM XYZ.

Abstract

The low literacy rate and limited infrastructure continue to be ongoing issues in the city of Palangka Raya. As an effort to improve the literacy value of the community, especially in the narrower social sphere. Therefore, in this case, the establishment of libraries at the Village or Subdistrict Government level is very much needed. As a step to regulate the management and organization of libraries from the city level to the sub-district level, the Palangka Raya City Government has enacted Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2019 concerning Library Management. This Community Service Program focuses on improving community literacy, particularly for students of SD Negeri 1 Kereng Bangkirai, conducted in the village of Kereng Bangkirai. Thru this activity, it is expected that there will be an increase in community visits to the "Harati" Library in the village of Kereng Bangkirai and that it will enhance interest and awareness of literacy, especially among the students of SD Negeri 1 Kereng Bangkirai. Thus, this Community Service activity can run and have a maximum impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur beban kerja jabatan Analis Data dan Informasi pada unit pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM sektor energi menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE). Latar belakang penelitian menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan beban kerja pada peran non-produksi yang melibatkan tugas kompleks dan beban mental tinggi, di mana ketidaksesuaian dapat menyebabkan inefisiensi, kelelahan kronis, dan penurunan kualitas informasi strategis. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi kondisi beban kerja aktual, mengklasifikasikan kategori overload atau underload, serta memberikan rekomendasi jumlah pegawai optimal untuk meningkatkan efisiensi organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah FTE dengan menghitung total waktu penyelesaian tugas tahunan berdasarkan volume kerja dan waktu rata-rata per aktivitas, kemudian dibandingkan dengan jam kerja efektif (240 hari × 8 jam = 1.920 jam/tahun). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total beban kerja tahunan sebesar 2.300 jam, menghasilkan indeks FTE 1,20 yang mengindikasikan overload sebesar 20% (defisit 380 jam). Tugas inti (pengolahan data dan evaluasi helpdesk) menyumbang 41,8%, sedangkan tugas ad-hoc sebesar 14,8%. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah pegawai dan volume kerja, sehingga direkomendasikan penambahan satu analis, redistribusi tugas, revisi job description, dan evaluasi berkala. Hasil penelitian membuktikan FTE sebagai alat berbasis data yang efektif untuk perencanaan SDM berkelanjutan di lingkungan berbasis pengolahan data.

Abstract

This Industrial Internship Report examines the implementation of public speaking training to enhance human resource quality at PT. Asri Dharma Sejahtera, Bojonegoro. The internship was conducted for one month in the Human Resource Development (HRD) division, focusing on improving employees' communication skills and workplace performance. The primary objective of the training was to strengthen public speaking competence, boost self-confidence, and support organizational productivity. Data collection methods included direct observation, interviews with HRD personnel, and document analysis of the training process. The findings indicate that the program significantly improved employees' presentation abilities, body language utilization, and systematic message delivery. Challenges encountered included differences in participants’ backgrounds, limited training materials, varying levels of trainer expertise, and inadequate supporting facilities. Proposed solutions involve refining training content, improving trainer qualifications, and optimizing training facilities to ensure effective learning outcomes. This internship provided practical experience in HRD operations and emphasized the strategic role of communication skills in driving organizational performance. The results are expected to serve as a reference for future training initiatives aimed at sustainable human resource development.
