Abstract

. Poverty is a phenomenon that is often encountered, one of which is in the social groups of small fishing communities. This is a manifestation of the fishermen's inability to meet the economic needs of their lives. This study aims to examine the reproduction of poverty in small fishermen in Oesoko Village, North Insana District by using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The technique of determining the research location used was purposive sampling and for the determination of informants using the survey method. The primary data and secondary data used in this study, primary data were obtained from respondents through the questionnaires provided, in-depth interviews using the provided guidelines and secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. The results of the analysis show that the reproduction of the impoverishment of small fishermen in Oesoko Village, North Central Timor Regency is caused by several factors including structural factors such as access to capital for fishing business development, government policies to provide fishing technology assistance, patron clients and access to markets. Cultural factors include the lack of financial management of small fishermen's households, customs that are quite burdensome and the behavior patterns of small fishing communities that are still consumptive. The factor of Human Capital (Human Capital) is still low so that it affects the mindset and behavior in making decisions

Abstract

Lingkungan mungkin bukan hal pertama yang terlintas dalam pikiran ketika berbicara tentang keberhasilan sebuah restoran, namun penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan memainkan peranan yang lebih besar dalam persepsi seseorang. Kelima indera berperan dalam cara seseorang memandang lingkungannya, dan kafe dapat memanfaatkan hal tersebut agar lebih berhasil dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pentingnya daya tarik indera dalam pilihan kedai kopi oleh mahasiswa dan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada pemilik bisnis dan pemilik kafe khususnya tentang bagaimana indra dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menarik pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) untuk menganalisis pentingnya indra pada kedai kopi. Faktor penglihatan yang paling signifikan adalah warna dengan faktor pemuatan 0,840. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah aroma mempunyai loading faktor 0,744, suara tidak adanya lalu lintas dengan faktor muatan 0,798, rasa asin dengan faktor muatan 0,901, dan sentuhan bahan tempat duduk dengan faktor muatan 0,871.

Abstract

High P adsorption reduces rice production, especially in newly reclaimed paddy fields. The research studied soil P adsorption using the adsorption isoterm equation and soil P solubility in a New Tidal Rice Field of Barito Kuala Regency. This incubation study used soil samples from Ray 7, Balandean Village, Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province, from May to November 2022. The isothermal adsorption of P was measured in six soil samples with three replicates. P (0, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, and 50 mg P kg-1) from KH2PO4 were added in 1 g soil in 25 mL 0.01 M CaCl2. The suspensions were shaken at 25 ! for 17 hours, then centrifuged at 3000 rpm for five minutes, and the supernatant was filtered (Whatman 42) for P analysis. Three ordinary adsorption isotherm equations, Langmuir, Freundlich, and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), were used to fit the data. After adding 50 mg P kg-1, the average dissolved-P was 34.60 mg kg-1 (69%), and adsorbed-P was 15.40 mg kg-1 (31%). The BET equation was more suitable for describing P adsorption isotherm in this type of soil, which has the ability to adsorb one-third of any P addition.

Abstract

The food sector plays a strategic role in agricultural development and overall national development. Demand for food continues to increase along with population growth and increasing per capita income. This study aims to identify strategies for developing corn farming in Tanah Laut Regency. The method used by the researcher is a SWOT analysis, and strategy priority determination is carried out using QSPM analysis. The results of the analysis found six main strategies, including: 1) Increasing farmers' understanding of good corn cultivation techniques, including pest and disease control, thereby minimizing the risk of crop failure. 2) Strengthening farmer group institutions for more effective coordination between related institutions. 3) Optimizing farmer resources to increase production while meeting industrial market needs. 4) Maximizing government support to maintain production continuity. 5) Optimizing corn productivity with high quality (grade) as an effort to deal with price fluctuations in the market. 6) Expanding farmers' access to financing sources or agricultural capital to support the application of appropriate technology.

Abstract

Kabupaten Barito Kuala merupakan sentra produksi padi lahan pasang surut di Kalimantan Selatan yang rentan banjir tahunan, membatasi petani pada satu musim tanam per tahun. Teknologi padi apung diperkenalkan sebagai solusi adaptif sejak 2022 di Desa Sampurna, Kecamatan Jejangkit, namun tingkat adopsinya tetap sangat rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi petani terhadap teknologi padi apung berdasarkan lima dimensi inovasi Rogers serta hubungannya dengan karakteristik internal petani. Penelitian dilaksanakan Juli 2025 hingga Februari 2026 dengan 30 responden anggota Gapoktan Maju Rukun menggunakan kombinasi purposive sampling dan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan kuesioner tervalidasi dan dianalisis menggunakan skala Likert serta uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Persepsi petani secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori Positif (skor rata-rata 3,110). Dimensi observabilitas memperoleh skor tertinggi (3,894) sedangkan kesederhanaan mencatat skor terendah (2,606 - Negatif). Pendidikan formal (rs = 0,504) dan non-formal (rs = 0,524) berhubungan signifikan positif dengan persepsi; umur (rs = -0,444) dan pengalaman bertani (rs = -0,433) berhubungan signifikan negatif; luas lahan dan jumlah tanggungan tidak signifikan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa penguatan kapasitas petani melalui penyuluhan intensif dan penyederhanaan desain rakit berbahan lokal merupakan strategi kunci untuk mendorong adopsi teknologi padi apung secara lebih luas di lahan rawa pasang surut.
