Abstract

Semakin bertambahnya tahun, maka perkembangan jumlah populasi penduduk semakin meningkat. Haltersebut mengakibatkan bertambahnya kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana masyarakat khususnyapembangunan konstruksi. Pembangunan konstruksi struktur yang banyak digunakan yaitu beton, namunbeton ternyata memiliki kelemahan yaitu berat isi yang cukup tinggi serta tidak ramah lingkungan karenapenyusun utama beton berupa material dari alam. Untuk itu, inovasi teknologi beton perlu dikembangkansalah satunya dengan pembuatan beton ringan menggunakanfoaming agentyang dapat mengembangkanvolume beton, sehingga menjadikan berat beton lebih ringan dan lebih ekonomis serta ramah lingkungankarena mengurangi penggunaan material konstruksi yang digunakan.Penelitian ini menggunakan tambahanfoamsebesar 20% dari volume adukan beton, dengan variasidensityfoam agentsebesar 40, 60 dan 80 kg/m3. Benda uji terdiri dari 32 silinder dengan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi30 cm dimana untuk setiap variasidensity foammasing-masing sebanyak 4 benda uji. Pengujian yangdilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengujian kuat tekan pada umur beton 7 dan 28 hari. Perencanaanadukan beton menggunakan metode SK SNI T-15-1990-03 dengan mutu beton yang direncanakan sebesar25 Mpa.Berat isi beton yang ingin dicapai yaitu < 1900 kg/m3(berat beton ringan).Hasil penelitian beton dengan penambahan 20%foam agentbelum mencapai nilai kuat tekan yangdirencanakan, namun memenuhi berat isi yang dicapai. Nilai kuat tekan rata-rata yang didapatkan padabeton tanpa penambahan 20%foam agentumur 7 dan 28 hari secara berurutan adalah 33,78 dan 47,68Mpa, pada beton dengan tambahan 20%foam agentdan variasidensityfoamsebesar 40, 60 dan 80 kg/m3umur 7 dan 28 hari secara berurutan adalah9,74 dan 16,12 Mpa; 12,26 dan 15,74 Mpa; serta 12,33 dan15,51 Mpa. Hasil berat isi rata-rata yang didapatkan pada beton tanpa penambahan 20%foam agentumur7 dan 28 hari secara berurutan adalah 2330 dan 2339 kg/m3, pada beton dengan tambahan 20%foam agentdan variasidensityfoamsebesar 40, 60 dan 80 kg/m3umur 7 dan 28 hari secara berurutan adalah 1833 dan1803 kg/m3; 1871 dan 1814 kg/m3; serta 1866 dan 1808 kg/m3. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kuat tekan danberat isi, maka beton yang dihasilkantermasuk dalam kategori beton ringan struktural ringan (SNI 03-3449-2002) dan beton ringan non-struktural (SNI 2847-2013).Kata kunci:Beton Normal,Foam Agent, Variasi Density, Berat Isi, Kuat Tekan.

Abstract

The study looks at how MSME's traditional business practices are being revolutionized by fintech, digital financial services, especially given Indonesia's burgeoning digital economy. The difficulty of MSMEs in obtaining Standard Financial Services is a major issue in this study, which has historically hindered their ability to grow and run more efficiently. Fintech solutions are becoming an important tool for small businesses because of their accessibility, cost efficiency, and simple procedures. Batik Malang MSMEs can break through financial barriers, gain access to new markets, and become more competitive by implementing fintech. Using in-depth interview techniques with owner Samtana Indonesia, one of Malang Batik entrepreneurs. The research explores a range of fintech services, including online lending platforms, digital payments, and e-commerce integration, showing how these services can promote a wider range of consumers, better financial management, and higher sales. Fintech integration improves the overall performance and sustainability of these MSMEs by enabling them to interact with the digital economy, which is not limited to a single country. The results of this case study also address the broader impact of fintech adoption on the Indonesian economy. It highlights how fintech is helping to advance financial inclusion, especially for small and medium-sized businesses, which is critical to Indonesia's economic expansion. In conclusion, the results of this study offer a thorough insight into how fintech adoption is transforming Batik Malang MSMEs, emphasizing the role of fintech adoption in increasing business productivity, expanding financial accessibility, and advancing Indonesia's overall economic growth.

Abstract

This service contains activities regarding outreach regarding strategies for shifting funds from small and routine expenses, known as latte factors, to stock investments to Gen Z (AnNur-Bululawang High School students), as an effort to improve financial health, through strengthening capital market literacy. Gen Z has unique characteristics in financial management and investment preferences that are different compared to previous generations. Therefore, a special approach is required to optimize their financial potential. Latte factor refers to small expenses that are often considered trivial but can cumulatively hamper long-term savings and investment potential. Providing education with the aim of strengthening the capital market is the main key to increasing their knowledge about the capital market so that Gen Z can make more informed investment decisions and be able to manage their finances more wisely. The results of the activity provide the benefit of increasing knowledge about the negative impact of the latte factor habit and awareness about diverting latte factor funds into wiser financial decisions through stock investments
