Abstract

Aparatur sipil negara membutuhkan model kinerja sebagai bentuk kualitas dari corporate university, kemampuan ini menjadi penting karena adanya perkembangan teknologi masa sekarang. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kinerja ASN sebagai bentuk dari tujuan searah menyeluruh. Sedangkan transfer pengetahuan yang dicapai adalah peningkatan kinerja dalam standardisasi indikator corporate university. Wilayah provinsi jawa tengah dipilih karena telah menjadi percontohan seiring dengan peningkatan perkembangan kualitas pengelolaan corporate university di Indonesia. Pengadian ini dilakukan dengan metode on the job training yang diikuti oleh ASN yang berada di lingkungan kerja BPSDMD provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengadian diawali dengan adanya sosialisasi program pelatihan, penyampaian indicator capaian kompetensi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pembimbingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terwujudnya tranfer pengetahuan melalui empat hari on the job training. Berdasarkan pada evaluasi umpan balik diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan on the job training dinyatakan berhasil karena memberikan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan corporate university

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Christian Religious Education Study Program curriculum, based on the Indonesian Qualifications Framework (IQF) and an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach, at STAK Terpadu PESAT Salatiga using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The study employed a quantitative evaluative approach involving 13 lecturers and 86 students as respondents. Data were collected using a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing and were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics through Welch’s t-test. The results showed that all CIPP components were categorized as good. The context and input aspects reflected adequate planning and resource availability. However, the process and product components were identified as suboptimal due to insufficient alignment between semester learning plans, active learning strategies, authentic assessment practices, and graduate learning outcomes, and evidence of competency attainment did not demonstrate strong performance outcomes. Inferential analysis showed that there were no significant differences in perceptions between lecturers and students regarding the process (p = 0.602) and product (p = 0.980), with very small effect sizes. These findings indicate perceptual convergence between lecturers and students while highlighting the need to enhance the quality of Outcome-Based Learning and Teaching (OBLT) and Outcome-Based Assessment and Evaluation (OBAE) practices. The findings imply that curriculum development within the Christian Religious Education Study Program should prioritize authentic assessment, strengthen lecturers’ pedagogical competencies, and systematically integrate cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions within a holistic and sustainable Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework.

Abstract

This study systematically reviews how erosion of self-efficacy predicts burnout among school counselors by synthesizing nine empirical studies published between 2015 and 2025 using PRISMA 2020 and Kitchenham’s SLR framework. Findings show that declining self-efficacy consistently predicts higher emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. Self-efficacy also mediates the relationship between job resources (role clarity, supervision, training) and counselor well-being, while loneliness and weak organizational support attenuate the protective effects of self-efficacy. Contextual vulnerabilities include crisis management and parental collaboration, where demands often exceed counselors’ capacities. Based on integrated evidence, the study proposes a context-sensitive early-detection framework for Indonesian schools that integrates organizational supports, mastery experiences, and emotional-spiritual interventions. Contributions are threefold: theoretical extension of the Job Demands Resources model, empirical validation of self-efficacy erosion as a predictor of burnout, and practical guidance for prevention. Future research should validate detection instruments and use longitudinal, mixed-method designs in Indonesian settings and implementation studies.
