Abstract

This study aims to describe the parents' perception of religious moral education in the family, to describe the application of religious moral education in the family, and to determine the impact of the application of religious moral education in the family for the lives of adolescents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that (1) Parents have a perception that religious moral education in the family is very important for the survival of adolescents in the future (2) In implementing religious moral education in the family, parents provide an example, get teenagers to carry out what is taught by Islam, carry out orders and stay away from Allah's prohibitions, advise and supervise and observe the development of adolescent religious attitudes. (3) the impact of the application of religious moral education for the lives of adolescents is to increase the obedience of adolescents in carrying out their obligations, showing gratitude for His blessings, having high fighting power, carrying out what Allah has commanded, and leaving Allah's prohibitions. Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan problematika guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dilakukan dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, guru memetakan kebutuhan siswa berdasarkan minat, gaya belajar, dan kesiapan belajar. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, pembelajaran tergambar dalam kegiatan awal, inti, dan penutup. Guru menerapkan diferensiasi konten, proses, produk, dan lingkungan belajar dengan pengelompokkan sesuai gaya belajar siswa, yaitu visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Pada tahap evaluasi, guru melakukan penilaian terhadap produk siswa, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Adapun problematika yang dihadapi guru adalah kesulitan dalam memetakan kebutuhan belajar, menyesuaikan materi, menyusun rencana pembelajaran, keterbatasan waktu dan sarana prasarana, manajemen kelas yang heterogen dengan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris siswa yang beragam, serta penyusunan dan penyesuaian asesmen. Guru perlu mendapatkan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti bagaimana konseling multikultural digunakan untuk mencegah konflik sosial di SMAN 1 Tuntang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah keanekaragaman budaya dan agama siswa serta guru, yang dapat memberikan peluang dan hambatan untuk penyediaan layanan konseling di sekolah. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan sumber data dari tiga guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Setelah melakukan wawancara mendalam, data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menentukan bagaimana nilai multikultural diterapkan dalam layanan konseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling multikultural belum sepenuhnya diterapkan di SMAN 1 Tuntang. Namun, penggunaan strategi yang menghargai keragaman, menumbuhkan empati, dan memahami perbedaan budaya sudah dilakukan selama proses konseling berlangsung. Keberagaman budaya siswa dapat membantu meningkatkan toleransi dan sikap saling menghormati. Namun, itu juga menjadi tantangan bagi konselor karena memerlukan penyesuaian pendekatan terhadap perbedaan latar belakang dan nilai siswa. Pengaplikasian konseling multikultural sangat penting untuk mencegah konflik sosial di lingkungan sekolah karena membangun nilai empati dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan berfungsi sebagai referensi untuk mengembangkan layanan konseling yang adil dan inklusif di sekolah yang memiliki berbagai jenis siswa.
