Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik perlu diciptakan. Pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja pendidikan dalam upaya peningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut, penulis memilih metode kuatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan kepustakaan yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Hasil analisis kajian pustakan didapati bahwa kinerja pendidik sangat dominan menentukan kualitas pembelajaran, dan memengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik. Upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dapat dicapai melalui tahap pertama adalah merencanakan pembelajaran; kedua adalah pengembangan strategi pembelajaran; ketiga adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran, dan keempat adalah pengembangan metode pembelajaran Melalui tahapan tersebut diharapkan dapat menciptakan atmosfir pembelajaran yang bermakna dan berkualitas demi menjaga mutu pembelajaran dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang dapat mendorong peserta didik bukan saja menikmati proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas, tetapi peserta didik dapat melakukan aktualisasi diri dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Church growth is God's will, but it does not happen automatically. One factor that influences the church's growth is its leaders' integrity. The purpose of this discussion is to determine the significance of the influence of leader care cell integrity on the growth of GBT Christ Alfa Omega Semarang care cells. The research method used is quantitative by combining literature studies to describe the characteristics of leader care cells with integrity: honesty, purity, sincerity, fairness, humility, and not seeking their interests. The regression analysis results showed that the contribution of variable X to variable Y was 55.7%.  AbstrakPertumbuhan gereja merupakan kehendak Allah, namun tidak otomatis terjadi dengan sendirinya. Salah satu factor yang turut memengaruhi pertumbuhan gereja adalah integritas pemim-pinnya. Tujuan pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi dari pengaruh integritas leader care cell terhadap pertumbuhan care cell GBT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggabungkan studi kepustakaan untuk mendeskrip-sikan karakteristik leader care cell yang berintegritas yaitu kejujuran, kemurnian, ketulusan, keadilan, kerendahan hati, dan tidak mencari kepentingan sendiri. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan kontribusi variabel X terhadap variabel Y yaitu sebesar 55,7%. Kata Kunci: integritas pemimpin kristiani; pemimpin sel; pertumbuhan sel; pertumbuhan gereja

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia secara global menuntut adanya standar Pentakostal meyakini akan mukjizat kesembuhan Ilahi sebagai doktrin alkitabiah dan masih berlangsung sampai sekarang ini. Pelayanan kesembuhan Ilahi bukan sekedar untuk menyembuhkan orang dari sakit penyakit tubuh, namun yang paling utama merupakan sarana kesaksian Injil Yesus dan untuk menguatkan iman kepada Yesus Kristus. Tujuan pembahasan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi pelayanan kesembuhan Ilahi yang dilakukan di GKB Kahal Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelayan Tuhan di GKB Kahal kurang intensif terlibat dalam pelayanan kesembuhan, kurang keberanian untuk mendoakan orang sakit, hal ini ditandai dengan sangat jarang dilakukannya implementasi pelayanan kesembuhan Ilahi baik di pertemuan ibadah minggu maupun kelompok sel. Para pelayan Tuhan seyogianya memiliki pemahaman yang utuh tentang pelayanan kesembuhan Ilahi sebagai bagian dari pelayanan pastoral dan misi penjangkauan terhadap mereka yang belum percaya kepada Tuhan Yesus sehingga beroleh keselamatan.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine how much the skill training method on children's motor development atDaniel Creatif School Semarang. The results of the first hypothesis, which were proposed in this study, namely:it is suspected that the skills training method is in the moderate category or 60% is not accepted.The secondhypothesis proposed in this study is that it is suspected that children's motor development is in the moderatecategory or 60% is not accepted. The third hypothesis is that the level of influence of skills training methods on children's motor development is in the very high category and is not accepted. Because the correlationcoefficient value obtained is 866a, it is in the very high category in the correlation coefficient interpretation table.

Abstract

Based on the results of temporary observations, the researchers found that the teaching method used by the STT Christ Alfa Omega lecturer was less effective, as evidenced by the lack of enthusiasm of students towards the material provided by the lecturer, this was based on interviews with several students. So the purpose of this research is to find out how big the level of application of effective teaching methods in the online learning process at STT Christ Alfa Omega is. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. Based on data analysis, the value of applying effective teaching methods in the online learning process at STT Christ Alfa Omega is in the high category or 88.49%.

Abstract

Abstract The learning strategy from sunday school is the teacher's strategy to achieve learning objectives by setting interesting learning materials, choosing methods that can develop learning activities, using media that support learning, and applying certain approaches. There are indications that the implementation of learning strategies at Kahal Kids has not been maximized, so a study was conducted to determine the value of the learning strategies from sunday school in increasing children's interest in participating in online Sunday school worship at Baithani Kahal Church Semarang. After analyzing the data, concluded that the learning strategy from sunday school in increasing children's interest in participating in online Sunday school worship at Gereja Baithani Kahal Semarang is 81.4% or very high. Furthermore, the demonstration method that Sunday children are most interested in is online worship, with a value of 90.4% or very high.

Abstract

AbstractThere is an allegation that the discovery learning model in faith lessons at the sixth grade in Daniel Creative School Semarang has not been maximized.  This is because most students are still unable to solve existing problems, are less actively involved and open themselves to new things that were not known before. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the discovery learning model in learning faith (Christian religion lessons) during the pandemic. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative.  Based on the hypothesis test, it was found that the level of effectiveness of the discovery learning model in faith lessons at the sixth grade in Daniel Creative School Semarang was in the good category, namely 79.3%.

Abstract

Social crises such as pandemics, social conflicts, and economic instability affect the strength of community faith. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how congregational spirituality can help faith resilience in the midst of crisis using a pastoral theological approach. The main question posed in this study is how spirituality and church community build faith resilience in times of social crisis? The method used is a descriptive qualitative study with a theological-pastoral approach, utilizing literature review and contextual analysis. The findings of this study indicate that various spiritual practices, such as prayer and fellowship, as well as involvement in the church community, are highly influential in strengthening the faith of the congregation amidst crisis situations. However, obstacles such as a lack of discipleship and community fragmentation were also found. Therefore, the church must be present contextually and actively to strengthen the faith of the people during the current crisis.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the relationship between the characteristics of Christian leadership according to I Timothy 4:11-16 and the enthusiasm of students' weekend service. This study uses a quantitative research method with a correlational research type, namely a form of research used with the aim of exploring the relationship between variables. The results of the study obtained a result of 0.922 or 92% including the interval 0.80 - 1000 very strong. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis (Ho) the characteristics of Christian leadership according to 1 Timothy 4:11-16 on the enthusiasm of weekend worship of students at the Nusantara Theological College Salatiga are included in the moderate category or less than or equal to 60% of the maximum value is rejected, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) namely: Characteristics of Christian Leadership according to 1 Timothy 4:11-16, Against the Enthusiasm of Weekend Student Service at the Nusantara Theological College Salatiga in the high category or more equivalent to 60% of the maximum value received.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan memahami hubungan karakteristikkepemimpinan Kristen menurut I Timotius 4:11-16 terhadap antusias pelayanan weekend mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yaitu bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi hubungan antar variabel. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil 0,922 atau 92% termasuk pada interval 0, 80 – 1000 sangat kuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan hipotesis (Ho) karakteristik kepemimpinan Kristen menurut 1 Timotius 4:11-16 terhadap antusiasme ibadah akhir pekan siswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Nusantara Salatiga termasuk kategori sedang atau kurang dari sama dengan 60% nilai maksimal ditolak, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yaitu : Karakteristik Kepemimpinan Kristen menurut 1 Timotius 4:11-16, Terhadap Antusiasme Pelayanan Mahasiswa Weekend Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Nusantara Salatiga pada kategori tinggi atau lebih setara dengan 60% nilai maksimal yang diterima.Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Kepemimpinan Kristen, Antusiasme, Pelayanan Weekend
