Abstract

Corn is the main component of the feed industry, 50% of corn production in Indonesia is used to meet the needs of the feed industry, while only about 30% is for consumption. And the rest is for other industrial needs. The quality of corn harvested by farmers is important for feed producers to produce quality feed according to applicable quality standards. For this reason, it is necessary to apply an appropriate quality improvement strategy using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchical Process) method. The results of the analysis of factors that affect the quality of corn Kernels are harvesting techniques, and one alternative that needs to be done in controlling the quality of corn Kernels is the application of quality control.

Abstract

Study Kasus Penelitian ini berada pada Hotel X, Hotel ini merupakan hotel yang memiliki fasilitas yang cukup memadai dibanding hotel kompetitor terdekatnya. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah jumlah pengunjung Hotel X selama tahun 2022 terjadinya penurunan cukup signifikan setiap bulannya dibanding dengan tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang kualitas pelayanan agar konsumen nyaman dan meningkat kepuasannya serta berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Metode yang digunakan Metode Kano, sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dan perancangan kualitas pelayanan menggunakan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan terhadap terdapat 10 pernyataan yang dijadikan indikator pengukuran pada dimensi service quality (Servqual). Tiga faktor yang perlu diperhatikan lagi yaitu atribut yang masuk dalam kategori Must Be adalah karyawan siap membantu konsumen bila mengalami kesulitan, untuk kategori One dimensional adalah terdapatnya ruangan yang sangat wangi hingga ruangan menjadi fresh, dan kategori attractive adalah kebersihan kamar yang sangat nyaman. Untuk atribut kebersihan kamar yang nyaman saran perbaikannya adalah karyawan harus lebih memperhatiakan lagi kebersihan dalam kamar agar lebih nyaman sehingga keinginan dan kepuasan konsumen terpenuhi.

Abstract

Human resources are a determining factor in achieving company goals. With these, human resources are required to be professional to achieve the targets and progress of the company so that they are superior to competitors. This type of research is a quantitative study to find out the effect of training and leadership on employee performance at Ramayana Mall Serang. The population in this study amounted to 63 employees, while the sample used was the saturated sample technique, which means that the entire population was sampled. The primary data used is through the distribution of questionnaires which are distributed directly to the respondents. The tool used to analyze the data obtained is using the help of SPSS software. The results showed that training and leadership either partially or simultaneously significantly affected employee performance. Ramayana Mall Serang is advised to pay attention and improve training and leadership to improve the quality of employee performance more optimally.

Abstract

Water is an important factor in human life. The Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is an agency created as part of the government's efforts to meet the community's need for clean water. PDAM Tirta Madani in 2020 will only be able to meet 9.2% of drinking water needs. PDAM's role is to provide drinking water that is clean, healthy and meets health requirements in an area. In order for this role to be realized, action is needed to prevent risks in the company's supply chain from getting worse which results in a decrease in product quality. This study aims to identify risks and risk sources to determine priority risk sources and also propose mitigation designs to reduce the impact of risks. The method used in this study is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) to identify risks in the company's business processes and also the House of Risk (HOR) to find priority risk sources and then create appropriate mitigation strategies. The results of the study found 18 risk events with 37 sources of risk. Then obtained 5 priority risk sources with drinking water pipe leaks (A30) in the first position. There are 9 mitigation strategies that can be suggested to reduce the impact of priority risk sources, making a usage schedule (PA7) as the main mitigation strategy.
