With several branches in various areas of Subang Regency, this barbershop is the main choice for people who want a modern and neat hairstyle. Supported by experienced barbers, Vax Wijaya Barbershop offers various haircut styles, from classics to the latest trends, according to customer needs. Apart from haircut services, this barbershop also provides various additional facilities to increase customer comfort, such as washing hair, using warm towels, providing hair vitamins, and styling hair according to the customer’s wishes. Abstract

This study aims to design the formulation and implementation of business strategies in DapuRatu MSMEs located in Subang, with a focus on developing sustainable and competitive culinary businesses. In facing increasingly competitive market challenges, DapuRatu needs the right strategy to improve product quality, service, and competitiveness. This study uses a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis approach to identify internal and external factors that affect business performance and formulate appropriate strategies to optimize business potential. The results of the study indicate that DapuRatu's strengths lie in its strategic location, affordable prices, and good service quality. However, the company also faces challenges such as the number of competitors and lack of product innovation. By taking advantage of existing opportunities, such as increasing the tourism sector in Subang, DapuRatu can develop new, innovative menus and increase market reach through online platforms. In addition, effective marketing strategies and good financial management are needed to ensure sustainable growth.

Abstract

Research aims: This study examines the effect of green investment on firm value with corporate governance moderation.Design/Methodology/Approach: Green investment is proxied by the green-firm investment ratio, Tobin's Q measures firm value, and corporate governance is proxied by board size. The sample is 34 companies receiving PROPER awards listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period from the primary material, consumer non-cyclical, and consumer cyclical sectors. The data were analyzed using panel data regression, T-test, and moderate regression analysis tests.Research findings: The results showed that green investment positively affects firm value. Meanwhile, this study has not found strong evidence about the moderation role of board size in the effect of green investment and firm value.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research strengthened previous empirical evidence that companies' implementation of green investment activities will impact increasing firm value and board size as part of effective governance needs to be paid attention.Practitioner/Policy implication: This research has implications for companies to include green investment as an important investment decision because it is proven to be an advantage for companies to increase their valueResearch limitation/Implication: This research's determining factor for firm value is only green investment, and the corporate governance proxy only uses board size. Therefore, it is hoped that future research can explore other new models that consider industry characteristics, economic conditions in the research period, and other measures of the variables studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran yang diimplementasikan oleh Rara Salon dan Spa Subang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan narasumber yang terdiri dari pemilik dan karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Berdasarkan analisis SWOT yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabel EFAS dan IFAS, diketahui bahwa Rara Salon berada pada posisi Strengths-Opportunities (SO). Hal ini terlihat dari total skor kekuatan sebesar 2,4 yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan total skor kelemahan sebesar 1,1 pada tabel IFAS. Sementara itu, pada tabel EFAS, total skor peluang sebesar 2,3 lebih besar dari total skor ancaman sebesar 1. Strategi bersaing yang paling sesuai berdasarkan analisis SWOT adalah strategi perbaikan diri, yaitu strategi yang memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sambil mempertahankan kekuatan atau keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh Rara Salon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) Martabak Liberty di Kota Subang melalui serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan ini meliputi diskusi dengan karyawan mengenai prosedur operasional dan strategi pemasaran, serta observasi langsung terhadap proses pembuatan martabak. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman karyawan mengenai alat dan bahan yang digunakan, serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif melalui media sosial. Dengan demikian, diharapkan Martabak Liberty dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk, efisiensi produksi, dan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study evaluates priority areas for quality improvement on the Shopee e-commerce platform involving users as the sample group. Quantitative methods utilizing the Webqual Index (WQI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) were employed for analysis. Findings highlight attributes that require enhancement, such as interaction quality, file security, personal data confidentiality, product information alignment with original images, user-administrator communication facilities, and the need for expanded discussion space. In Shopee E-payment, improving service interaction quality and data privacy emerges as the primary focus. Enhancing platform usability involves offering diverse promotions for every e-payment transaction. Likewise, clarifying information quality, including easily understandable text and accurate transaction details, is crucial. This research provides crucial insights for enhancing Shopee's quality without disregarding user interests and the critical aspects of an e-commerce platform.

Abstract

Aspek legalitas usaha sangat penting dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) berfungsi sebagai identitas resmi yang diperlukan oleh pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan izin usaha, izin komersial, atau operasional. Rendahnya minat masyarakat di Desa Sukamelang, Kecamatan Subang dalam mengurus NIB mendorong dosen Politeknik Negeri Subang untuk melaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM di Dusun Rancakandong, Desa Sukamelang, Kecamatan Subang dalam pembuatan akun dan pengurusan legalitas usaha melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Metode yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahap: survei awal untuk memahami kebutuhan UMKM, penyuluhan tentang manfaat dan prosedur pembuatan NIB, serta pendampingan intensif dalam proses pengajuan NIB. Dari beberapa UMKM yang terdapat di Desa Sukamelang, hanya satu yang berhasil mendapatkan NIB dan sertifikat legalitasnya. UMKM tersebut adalah usaha parfum berbahan minyak atsiri murni dengan merek "Khadz EDP." Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya legalitas usaha untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan pengembangan bisnis mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate and implement appropriate business strategies for Vifloristt, an online florist MSME in Subang, to strengthen competitiveness in the digital market. A qualitative descriptive method was used through interviews, observation of digital activities, and document review. Internal and external conditions were analyzed using the SWOT framework supported by IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results show that Vifloristt has strengths in creative product design, responsive services, and brand recognition, while weaknesses include limited resources and simple financial recording systems. Externally, the growth of online shopping and social-media promotion creates strong opportunities, although intense competition and fluctuating raw-material prices remain threats. Strategic recommendations are formulated to optimize strengths, reduce weaknesses, and support sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang formulasi dan implementasi strategi bisnis pada UMKM Kopi.Qyanda yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Subang, dengan fokus pada pengembangan usaha coffee shop yang berkelanjutan dan kompetitif di tengah pertumbuhan industri kopi modern yang pesat. Dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar yang semakin kompetitif dan persaingan dari coffee shop lain, Kopi.Qyanda membutuhkan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, layanan, dan daya saing di pasar lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis, serta merumuskan strategi yang sesuai untuk mengoptimalkan potensi usaha. Analisis juga mencakup penggunaan matriks IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) untuk evaluasi komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan Kopi.Qyanda terletak pada produk kopi berkualitas, lokasi yang strategis, dan inovasi menu yang menarik. Namun, perusahaan juga menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan ketat dari coffee shop chain besar, keterbatasan modal, dan fluktuasi penjualan yang dipengaruhi musim dan tren. Dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, seperti pertumbuhan pasar kopi modern di Indonesia, peningkatan daya beli masyarakat, dan ekspansi digital, Kopi.Qyanda dapat mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih kuat melalui media sosial, memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui platform online, serta meningkatkan diferensiasi produk. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran yang efektif, pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, dan pengembangan SDM sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan peningkatan market share di industri coffee shop yang dinamis.

Abstract

This study aims to design a business strategy for Hasanah Coriander Chicken MSME based on internal and external environmental analysis to improve business competitiveness and sustainability. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The analysis was conducted using a strategic management framework that included RBV, PESTEL, as well as IFAS, EFAS, SWOT, and IE matrices. The results showed that the main strengths of the business lie in the distinctive taste of its products and the use of digital platforms, while its weaknesses lie in its limited production capacity and business management. Externally, the digital market offers considerable opportunities, but these are offset by intense competition and fluctuations in raw material prices. The business's strategic position is one of hold and maintain, so selective development is recommended through strengthening product quality, optimizing digital marketing, and improving operational efficiency.
