Abstract

Integrasi teknologi pengolahan hasil pertanian dan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Penelitian ini berfokus pada CV. Essentialle Harum Alami, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produk minyak atsiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik IFE/EFE, SWOT, dan AHP. Penelitian mengidentifikasi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, dan daya saing pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan fasilitas dan infrastruktur produksi untuk memenuhi standar ekspor, adopsi teknologi produksi dan pengemasan skala komersial yang tepat, serta pengembangan program pelatihan karyawan merupakan langkah kunci untuk pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, penguatan kerja sama dengan pemangku kepentingan dan perluasan promosi akan membantu meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan membangun citra merek yang kuat. Studi ini menekankan bahwa penyelarasan strategi tersebut dengan tren global yang mendukung produk ramah lingkungan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi perusahaan dan komunitasnya. Integrasi teknologi dan MSDM menjadi faktor utama dalam pengembangan agroindustri yang kompetitif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to design the formulation and implementation of business strategies in DapuRatu MSMEs located in Subang, with a focus on developing sustainable and competitive culinary businesses. In facing increasingly competitive market challenges, DapuRatu needs the right strategy to improve product quality, service, and competitiveness. This study uses a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis approach to identify internal and external factors that affect business performance and formulate appropriate strategies to optimize business potential. The results of the study indicate that DapuRatu's strengths lie in its strategic location, affordable prices, and good service quality. However, the company also faces challenges such as the number of competitors and lack of product innovation. By taking advantage of existing opportunities, such as increasing the tourism sector in Subang, DapuRatu can develop new, innovative menus and increase market reach through online platforms. In addition, effective marketing strategies and good financial management are needed to ensure sustainable growth.

Abstract

This study aims to design the formulation and implementation of business strategies at Ayam Geprek Neng Eyi in Subang Regency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through SWOT analysis, as well as IFAS and EFAS matrices to evaluate the company's internal and external conditions. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with managers, and supporting documentation. The results showed that Ayam Geprek Neng Eyi has competitive advantages in the form of consistency of taste, strategic location, and affordable prices, although there are weaknesses such as limited parking and lack of social media management. Opportunities from population growth and people's preference for local flavors can be maximized through digital promotions. Meanwhile, threats in the form of intense competition and fluctuating raw material prices need to be addressed with innovative strategies. Implementation of the business strategy is focused on strengthening digital promotion, improving service quality, and developing human resources. The program is supported by a budget directed at improving production, operational, and marketing efficiency. With a systematic approach, Ayam Geprek Neng Eyi is expected to achieve the vision of becoming a leading restaurant that reaches more customers through the franchise model

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran yang diimplementasikan oleh Rara Salon dan Spa Subang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan narasumber yang terdiri dari pemilik dan karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Berdasarkan analisis SWOT yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabel EFAS dan IFAS, diketahui bahwa Rara Salon berada pada posisi Strengths-Opportunities (SO). Hal ini terlihat dari total skor kekuatan sebesar 2,4 yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan total skor kelemahan sebesar 1,1 pada tabel IFAS. Sementara itu, pada tabel EFAS, total skor peluang sebesar 2,3 lebih besar dari total skor ancaman sebesar 1. Strategi bersaing yang paling sesuai berdasarkan analisis SWOT adalah strategi perbaikan diri, yaitu strategi yang memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sambil mempertahankan kekuatan atau keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh Rara Salon.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of organizational culture at Diamond Subang Hotel, which adopts a sharia-based operational model. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews with hotel management and staff. The results show that the organizational culture at Diamond Subang Hotel places great emphasis on sharia principles, cleanliness, comfort, and friendly, professional service. This includes providing halal food, implementing a modest dress code, and creating a conducive environment for Muslim guests. The implementation of sharia-based values not only enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction, but also contributes to a positive image and increased hotel occupancy rates. Cleanliness and comfort are key focuses, aligning with Islamic teachings, while staff training programs support the development of professional and friendly services. This research demonstrates that a strong organizational culture in accordance with sharia principles offers a competitive advantage in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

This study evaluates priority areas for quality improvement on the Shopee e-commerce platform involving users as the sample group. Quantitative methods utilizing the Webqual Index (WQI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) were employed for analysis. Findings highlight attributes that require enhancement, such as interaction quality, file security, personal data confidentiality, product information alignment with original images, user-administrator communication facilities, and the need for expanded discussion space. In Shopee E-payment, improving service interaction quality and data privacy emerges as the primary focus. Enhancing platform usability involves offering diverse promotions for every e-payment transaction. Likewise, clarifying information quality, including easily understandable text and accurate transaction details, is crucial. This research provides crucial insights for enhancing Shopee's quality without disregarding user interests and the critical aspects of an e-commerce platform.

Abstract

Aspek legalitas usaha sangat penting dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) berfungsi sebagai identitas resmi yang diperlukan oleh pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan izin usaha, izin komersial, atau operasional. Rendahnya minat masyarakat di Desa Sukamelang, Kecamatan Subang dalam mengurus NIB mendorong dosen Politeknik Negeri Subang untuk melaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM di Dusun Rancakandong, Desa Sukamelang, Kecamatan Subang dalam pembuatan akun dan pengurusan legalitas usaha melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Metode yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahap: survei awal untuk memahami kebutuhan UMKM, penyuluhan tentang manfaat dan prosedur pembuatan NIB, serta pendampingan intensif dalam proses pengajuan NIB. Dari beberapa UMKM yang terdapat di Desa Sukamelang, hanya satu yang berhasil mendapatkan NIB dan sertifikat legalitasnya. UMKM tersebut adalah usaha parfum berbahan minyak atsiri murni dengan merek "Khadz EDP." Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya legalitas usaha untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan pengembangan bisnis mereka.
