Abstract

Proses belajar-mengajar yang dilakukan dengan metode ceramah tanpa di dukung media pembelajaran ,akan mengakibatkan siswa akan bosan sehingga siswa tidak memiliki  semangat untuk belajar, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Merancang media pembelajaran  sistem pernapasan pada manusia berbasis Android dan  Mengimplementasikan Algoritma Fisher-Yates Aplikasi Pembelajaran Sistem Pernapasan Pada Manusia berbasis Android. Konfigurasi eksplorasi yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang direncanakan secara terorganisir yang terdiri dari use case graph, action chart, grouping outline dan class chart plan, pemrograman aplikasi menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6, CorelDraw, Adobe AIR, PhotoShop menggunakan Algoritma Fisher-Yates. Hasil dari eksplorasi ini adalah sebuah aplikasi media pembelajaran kerangka pernapasan manusia berbasis android yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan menarik perhatian siswa dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah prototipe robot pelayan restoran menggunakan sensor garis dan sensor pir dengan algoritma optimasi lintasan yang implementasinya disematkan ke dalam mikrokontroller. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksprementaal yaitu dengan melakukan perancangan, pembuatan dan pengujian model sistem. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa robot pelayan restoran ini dapat bekerja sesuai kemampuan atau daya baterai yang digunakan. Hal ini tidak terdapat pada tenaga kerja manusia yang bekerja secara part time. Cara kerja robot tidak dapat diintervensi oleh perintah lain dari pelanggan seperti panggilan suara atau sentuhan, karena hanya mengikuti perintah koki. Sehingga tidak mempengearuhi proses bekerjanya ketika melakukan pengantaran, Seperti tidak dapat berbalik mendadak karena perintah baru. Selain itu, diketahui akurasi atau ketepatan pada robot lebih baik karena sifatnya yang otomatis. Sebab sifat perintah pada robot sudah deprogram terlebih dahulu, sehingga kesalahan pada oenempatan dapat dihindari s ebagimana yang biasa terjadi pada tenaga kerja manusia.adalah emosi akibat kelelahan atau kesehatan dan beban pikiran yang menyertai ketika bekerja. Sedangkan pada robot, faktor itu tidak terjadi karena sifatnya yang mekanistik.

Abstract

The detection of disease in clove plant leaves is generally carried out by diagnosing the symptoms that appear on clove plants. This diagnosis is conducted by clove farmers only by relying on their experience or even having to seek information from other clove farmers. This is because the agricultural sector has no disease detection system for clove leaves by utilizing digital image processing technology to detect diseases in clove leaves. In this study, the researchers applied two methods to make it easier for clove farmers to diagnose diseases in their clove plants. Those methods were the imaging system using Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) and disease clustering using the K-Means algorithm. The objective of this study was to design and build image pattern recognition by utilizing 4 features of the GLCM: energy, entropy, homogeneity, and contrast. These 4 features were used to obtain the extraction value from an image. The outcomes were then used to cluster the clove plant diseases using the K-Means method. In making the software, the researchers used Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySql to create a database. The output in this study was an information system application that provides disease-type clustering using the K-Means algorithm. The results of the GLCM concerning extracting images of clove plant leaves affected by disease indicated that the created system can be used to help clove farmers in diagnosing what diseases are infecting their plants by only uploading photos from affected leaves of the clove plant. Furthermore, the results of the K-Means calculation on the examined data showed several categories of Anthracnose leaf spot diseases. In addition, sample number #40 was included in cluster 2 status, in which the average values for energy, entropy, homogeneity, and contrast were 0.583, 0.175, 0.939, and 0.175, respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini penulis menganalisa tentang gugatan citizen law suit yang diajukan oleh warga Kota Makassar sehubungan dengan tindakan pemerintah Kota Makassar yang melakukan revitalisasi lapangan karebosi. Penelitian difokuskan terhadap perkara putusan Pengadilan Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mengungkapkan, mengurai, dan menganalisa tentang mekanisme penyelesaian hak gugatan warga negara melalui gugatan citizen law suit pada obyek kasus yang diteliti. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada dua tempat yaitu Pengadilan Negeri Kelas IA Makassar dan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Makassar. Sumber datanya adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan mencatat arsip dan dokumen yang erat kaitannya dengan gugatan citizen law suit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penyelesaian hak gugat warga negara melalui gugatan citizen law suit yang diajukan oleh warga Kota Makassar telah sesuai dengan prosedur dari aturan yang berlaku. Namun, factor yang menjadi kendala dalam gugatan citizen law suit adalah model gugatan ini masih terbilang baru di Indonesia sehingga masyarakat dan para penegak hukum kurang begitu paham tentang tata cara dan mekanisme gugatan tersebut, ditambah lagi belum adanya aturan yang secara spesifik mengatur tentang gugatan citizen law suit. Olehnya itu, perlu adanya undang-undang yang mengatur secara khusus mengenai perkara gugatan citizen law suit termasuk hukum acaranya

Abstract

The use of innovative information technology in the 4.0 industrial revolution era is expected in society 5.0 as the next era to help human life become more meaningful, especially in the field of education as a quality human factory. The magnitude of the role of the leadership component in preparing teachers as the spearhead of educational success to welcome society 5.0, it is very important to educate teachers to learn to gain understanding regarding teacher leadership in the era of society 5.0, so that they can prepare themselves in building the best future generations who are ready to face his own challenge. The stages of this service start from coordinating time, methods, and material content, then presenting educational material, and evaluating it through a question-and-answer session. The result of this activity is that high school and vocational school teachers know more about the importance of building a spirit of leadership for teachers, especially in welcoming the era of society 5.0 which requires teachers to be able to utilize information technology to make it more meaningful for human life, especially for future students

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis fenomena politik uang (money politics) dalam konteks pemilu dan pemilihan di Indonesia. Politik uang merupakan praktik pemberian insentif material, baik berupa uang maupun barang, kepada pemilih dengan tujuan mempengaruhi preferensi politik mereka. Fenomena ini sering terjadi dalam berbagai tahap pemilu, mulai dari masa kampanye hingga hari pemungutan suara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor penyebab, mekanisme pelaksanaan, serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas demokrasi dan integritas pemilu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui studi literatur, wawancara dengan pakar politik, dan analisis regulasi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa politik uang didorong oleh lemahnya penegakan hukum, rendahnya kesadaran politik masyarakat, serta kultur politik transaksional yang mengakar. Dampaknya meliputi delegitimasi hasil pemilu, penguatan oligarki politik, dan degradasi kualitas kepemimpinan yang terpilih. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan regulasi, peningkatan literasi politik, dan penegakan hukum yang lebih tegas di Indonesia. sebagai langkah strategis untuk meminimalkan praktik politik uang dalam pemilu. This study examines the phenomenon of money politics in the context of elections in Indonesia. Money politics refers to the practice of providing material incentives, such as cash or goods, to voters with the aim of influencing their political preferences. This phenomenon often occurs at various stages of the electoral process, from the campaign period to election day. The study aims to understand the driving factors, implementation mechanisms, and impacts on the quality of democracy and electoral integrity. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature reviews, interviews with political experts, and analysis of relevant regulations. The findings reveal that money politics is driven by weak law enforcement, low political awareness among citizens, and deeply rooted transactional political culture. Its impacts include the delegitimization of election results, reinforcement of political oligarchies, and degradation of the quality of elected leadership. This study recommends strengthening regulations, improving political literacy, and enforcing stricter laws as strategic measures to minimize money politics practices in Indonesian elections.

Abstract

The 2024 Simultaneous General Election in Samata Village, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, is an important momentum to evaluate the dynamics and effectiveness of the work of the Voting Organizer Group (KPPS) in carrying out the democratic process at the local level. The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges and obstacles faced by the Voting Organizer Group (KPPS) in implementing the simultaneous election in the area. to evaluate the role and contribution of KPPS in maintaining transparency, accountability, and justice during the simultaneous general election process in Samata Village. to assess the level of voter participation in Samata Village and the factors that influence this participation during the simultaneous election. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the 2024 Simultaneous Election in Samata Village went well despite facing a number of challenges. These challenges include the quality of the smartphone camera used to document the C1 plano results, the lack of understanding of some voters regarding election procedures, differences in the terms Permanent Voter List (DPT), Additional Voter List (DPTb), and Special Voter List (DPK). The active role of the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) has proven to be very important in overcoming these obstacles and ensuring the smooth running of the voting and vote counting process. KPPS has succeeded in ensuring that every stage of the election can be carried out properly and orderly.

Abstract

Native and Joper chickens are types of chickens whose meat is difficult to distinguish in terms of texture and color. The aim of this study is to develop an information system capable of detecting the type of chicken meat (native or Joper) based on image analysis using the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method combined with the K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) algorithm. In this research, 200 training data samples were used to extract color and texture features and perform calculations using five GLCM parameters (energy, entropy, homogeneity, contrast, and correlation) with four texture distribution directions: 0°, 45°, 90°, and 135°. Classification was then conducted to determine the type of chicken meat using the K-NN algorithm. The results of this study include a system capable of identifying chicken types based on meat, specifically distinguishing between Joper chicken meat and native chicken meat. The system consists of two main processes: calculating gray-level co-occurrence values and determining proximity using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Based on testing results, the system can perform detection using the GLCM and K-NN methods with an accuracy rate of 80%, as evaluated by 8 out of 10 respondents in this study.
