Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan dan Inventaris pada Serikat Tolong Menolong (STM) Desa Kota Pari memegang peran penting dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan inventaris pada serikat tersebut. Dalam era teknologi yang semakin maju, penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi suatu kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan inventaris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen keuangan dan inventaris yang efektif dan efisien bagi Serikat Tolong Menolong (STM) Desa Kota Pari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, analisis data dan dengan menerapkan SDLC sebagai metode pengembangan sistem informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu peningkatan efisiensi dan efektifitas pengelolaan keuangan dan inventaris bagi Serikat Tolong Menolong (STM) Desa Kota Pari.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has increased people's need for communication networks, especially fast internet, so media access with high bandwidth is needed to meet these needs. Network technology using copper media currently has limited bandwidth to meet the needs of internet subscribers, especially Telkom subscribers. Therefore, the copper access network is modernized with a fiber optic network. One of them is planning the construction of a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network. The design of the Fiber To Home network will be implemented in the village of Kota Pari, a village in the Pantai Cermin sub-district, Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. The design of this distribution network uses Google Earth while the method used in this design uses the SmallWorld application. Researchers plan to build a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network using Smallworld. In this final design study, the FTTH design process begins with the design of feeder cables and distribution cables to customers' homes with installation distances that have power according to ITU-T G.984 standards and regulations from PT. Telkom, namely the distance does not exceed 20 km and the receiving power is -28 dBm. The design or planning for the construction of the FTTH network by implementing the Smallworld application is still within standardization limits, so this design is feasible to implement.

Abstract

This research aims to implement a financial and inventory management information system for the Serikat Tolong Menolong (STM) Desa Kota Pari, a community organization engaged in social activities. The organization currently relies on manual systems for financial and inventory management, resulting in difficulties in data management, inaccurate decision-making, and a lack of structured and integrated financial reports. To address these issues, the researcher developed a web-based application consisting of several modules, including member management, inventory management, transaction management, and report management. The application was implemented and tested at STM Desa Kota Pari. The testing results indicated that the application could help STM Desa Kota Pari manage financial and inventory data more effectively and efficiently. The application enables faster and more accurate access to information, structured and integrated financial and inventory reporting, and improved decision-making. Additionally, the application can minimize human errors and increase productivity. Thus, this research offers benefits for STM Desa Kota Pari in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of financial and inventory management, as well as for other researchers interested in conducting similar studies. The study concludes that the implementation of an information system can help STM Desa Kota Pari overcome challenges faced by traditional manual systems.

Abstract

Villages, as the smallest part of the government administration system in Indonesia, are required to be able to follow technological developments and continue to improve their ability to manage village population administration data. Currently, the village is in the administrative service system. The villagers are still conventional; this affects village devices and villagers, where human error is common, as well as waste of time and costs. So it takes the use of the right technology to overcome this. Cloud computing is a paradigm that allows users to access information electronically using fixed devices or mobile devices connected to the internet network. Cloud computing offers PaaS (Platform as a Service) collaboration, on-demand services,and anytime, anywhere access capabilities. With cloud computing, digital village systems can be built. To be able to use the service, the village government must first subscribe to a cloud service provider.Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Kebun Kelapa Village administration provides convenience in processing village population data, reduces village operational costs, and can provide more optimal administrative services to villagers, especially Kebun Kelapa.

Abstract

School libraries have a very vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process, especially in today's digital era, where fast and efficient access to information is increasingly important. However, many schools, including SMP Negeri 3 Lubuk Pakam, still rely on manual library management, which faces various obstacles such as unsystematic data recording and inefficient book borrowing. To overcome this problem, this study designs and builds a website-based library information system using the Laravel framework. This system is designed to improve the operational efficiency of the library by facilitating access to information, facilitating real-time borrowing and returning books, and supporting users in finding the necessary references. By using Laravel, this system is expected to meet the needs of libraries more quickly and safely. It is hoped that with this information system, library management can be carried out more effectively, increase students' interest in reading, and support a better learning process.

Abstract

The development of technology and information that we feel today has a big influence, especially in the world of work. One of them is the use of computers that can facilitate and expedite work. Computers in the business world, both private companies and government agencies, act as hardware that runs software that can be understood by users. In this era of rapid technological development, business people are required to keep up with the times in order to compete with other business people. The solution to buying and selling transactions without meeting directly is done online through website-based e-commerce. One of the web-based e-commerce applications can be designed using the codeigniter framework.

Abstract

Internet of Things technology provides an effective solution to monitor real-time sea level changes remotely. This research aims to design and manufacture a sea level monitoring device based on NodeMCU ESP32 and HC-SR04 sensor where for 3 consecutive days the tide is monitored to exceed 130 cm above 10 am so that it has an impact on mangrove seedlings at Kurnia My Darling Beach. The results show that IoT-based sea level monitoring instrumentation tools have a high level of accuracy. The tool has been tested in real-time using ThingSpeak and can send notification notifications using WhatsApp. The results of monitoring for 3 days with this tool were obtained that the tide level exceeded the planted seedlings. It is hoped that in the future, this research will become a standard to make better tools that will be used for the purpose of monitoring mangrove seedlings so that the sustainability of mangrove forests can be maintained.

Abstract

The implementation of an effective network monitoring system is very important for companies to maintain service performance and availability. This research aims to design and implement a network monitoring system using Nagios at PT. Telkom Access. The research methodology includes direct observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of Nagios in PT. Telkom Access enables real-time monitoring of network devices and servers, provides early notifications of potential problems, and facilitates rapid response to disruptions. The system is integrated with the Ubuntu Server 22.04 operating system and utilizes the Nagios plugin to monitor various performance parameters. In conclusion, Nagios provides reliable and effective solutions to increase service availability, optimize network performance, and ensure customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom Access.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Islam Al Abidin menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan layanan bantuan (helpdesk) dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang terbatas. Proses penanganan keluhan teknis dan administratif masih berjalan secara manual, tidak terstruktur, serta rentan terhadap miskomunikasi dan kehilangan data laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem helpdesk berbasis web yang andal, mudah dikelola, dan aman dengan memanfaatkan teknologi kontainerisasi Docker dan web server NGINX. Metode penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan melalui observasi dan wawancara, perancangan sistem (basis data dan arsitektur), implementasi menggunakan stack PHP-MySQL yang dikontainerisasi, serta pengujian fungsional dan infrastruktur. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan sebuah sistem operasional dengan dua dashboard berbasis peran (admin dan user) yang memfasilitasi pelaporan, pelacakan status, dan penyelesaian tiket. Arsitektur berbasis Docker dan NGINX terbukti stabil, portabel, dan efisien dalam penggunaan sumber daya, dengan seluruh fungsi inti sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Pengujian fungsional (black-box testing) terhadap lima skenario utama login, pembuatan laporan, perubahan status, dan pencarian menunjukkan keberhasilan 100%. Pengukuran kinerja infrastruktur menunjukkan konsumsi memori yang rendah, yaitu di bawah 150 MB untuk kontainer aplikasi dan NGINX, serta sekitar 200 MB untuk kontainer MySQL. Keunggulan sistem terletak pada struktur alur kerja yang terdigitalisasi dan terpusat, serta kemudahan deployment. Keterbatasan sistem mencakup belum adanya notifikasi otomatis dan ketergantungan pada pengetahuan teknis Docker untuk administrasi. Implementasi ini memberikan solusi konkret untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan efisiensi layanan helpdesk di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Saran pengembangan ke depan meliputi penambahan fitur notifikasi, pengujian beban tinggi, serta penyederhanaan antarmuka administrasi.

Abstract

The need for stable and efficient internet in the small business environment and public services demands optimal traffic distribution. Conventional load-balancing methods such as PCC and ECMP are often unable to allocate bandwidth based on service type or application priority, leading to congestion and decreased performance during peak hours. This study developed a load-balancing system based on Policy-Based Routing (PBR) to optimize traffic on multi-ISP networks using MikroTik RouterOS. The system is configured by classifying traffic based on the source IP, protocol type, and service needs, then routed through two ISPs using separate routing tables. The test results showed that PBR significantly improved network performance, with a 20–35% increase in throughput, a 60% decrease in latency, and a more stable QoS in streaming, VoIP, and browsing services. This study proves that PBR provides greater flexibility and efficiency than conventional load-balancing methods, making it suitable for applications in cafes, MSMEs, and agencies that require stable multi-link connectivity.
