The historical past of this research is one of the trainer's strategies to improve simple college students' studying capabilities. This takes a look at ambitions to explain the trainer's approach to enhancing students' reading talents. This form of research is a qualitative description. Pokok permasalahan dalam tesis ini adalah tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Dapat mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban, dapat mengetahui pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban, dan dapat mengetahui pengaruh transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket yaitu: angket kepemimpinan transformasional, angket budaya sekolah dan angket OCB guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh Sagu Halaban dengan jumlah sampel 84 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB guru. Ini ditunjukan oleh nilai sig < 0,05 untuk uji t (parsial). Selanjutnya temuan kedua membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru, juga diperoleh dari nilai sig < 0,05 dengan uji t (parsial). Kemudian temuan terakhir diperoleh adanya pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh sagu Halaban yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji simultan atau uji F, dengan nilai sig < 0,05. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah perlu mengadopsi pendekatan kepemimpinan yang visioner, inspiratif, dan peduli terhadap kebutuhan individu guru. Hal ini akan menciptakan motivasi yang lebih tinggi bagi guru untuk melampaui tugas formal mereka

Advanced Mathematical Thinking (AMT), which includes representation, abstraction, creative thinking, and mathematical proof, is crucial for studying abstract algebra. However, there is limited research specifically investigating how the M-APOS, Knisley, and Discovery Learning models influence students' AMT abilities, especially in the context of self-regulated learning. This study aims to analyze the impact of these three learning models and self-regulated learning on students' AMT abilities, as well as to examine their interactions. This quantitative study utilized a 3×2 quasi-experimental factorial design. The participants were 66 students from the Mathematics Study Program at Universitas Pamulang, selected via purposive sampling. Twenty-two students were assigned to each learning model group. AMT proficiency was evaluated using a four-item essay test validated by experts. Self-regulated learning was assessed using questionnaires and classified as high or low based on the total score. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The results indicated that the learning model significantly affects AMT ability (F=9.66; p=0.001<0.05), whereas self-regulated learning does not have a significant effect (F=1.47; p=0.235>0.05). Furthermore, a significant interaction was found between the learning models and self-regulated learning on AMT ability (F=3.66; p=0.018<0.05). These findings suggest that the M-APOS model is more effective in enhancing students' AMT and that the learning model's effectiveness is influenced by levels of self-regulated learning.

This study aims to analyze the impact of school administration and school culture on teacher performance at Public Senior High Schools (SMA Negeri) in Solok City. The primary issue investigated is teacher performance, which is negatively influenced by the leadership attitudes of school principals and students. This research employs an ex post facto design with a quantitative approach. The research population consists of all teachers at Public Senior High Schools in Solok City, with a sample size of approximately 141 individuals. Data were collected using questionnaires that had been verified for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques included multiple regression and simple regression. The results indicate that the principal's leadership has a significant impact on teacher performance (r = 0.869), the school budget also has a significant impact (r = 0.840), and both investigated variables have a significant combined impact on teacher performance (r = 0.869). This relationship is considered significant. Furthermore, the study's findings reveal that, with an R-squared value of 0.800, school culture and the principal's leadership have a significant impact on teacher performance. This implies that 80% of teacher performance can be explained by the variables of principal leadership and school culture, indicating the model's very high explanatory power. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that school administration and school culture are crucial factors influencing teacher performance. The implications of this study highlight the need for school principals to strengthen their leadership skills and foster a professional, cooperative, and team-oriented learning environment.

The main problem in this study is the low mathematical communication skills of students; the learning resources do not contain example questions that can improve students' mathematical communication skills. Therefore, it is necessary to have learning resources that can improve students' mathematical communication skills. The learning model used in the Student Worksheet (LKPD) is the Discovery Learning model, because it provides opportunities for students to learn actively and to discover formulas or concepts from the material. The purpose of this study is to produce a Student Worksheet (LKPD) in the form of a Discovery Learning-based model to improve students' mathematical communication skills that are valid, practical, and effective. This study uses a development research method that consists of three stages: define, design, and develop. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and mathematical problem-solving ability tests. Furthermore, data analysis techniques used to present the research results include validity analysis, practicality analysis, and effectiveness analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Discovery Learning-based LKPD was designed to be valid, practical, and effective. The validity result of the LKPD was 86% with a very valid category. Meanwhile, the practicality result of the LKPD obtained from the results of the student response questionnaire was 81% with a very practical category. Then, the results of the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning-based LKPD can be seen in the N-gain obtained, which is 0.7. In conclusion, this LKPD is effective in improving students' mathematical communication skills.
