Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan metode permainan berbasis budaya dalam bidang studi matematika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, mengetahui perbedaaan hasil belajar yang diajar dengan metode permainan berbasis budaya dan tanpa metode permainan berbasis budaya pada bidang studi matematika dengan pokok bahasan bangun datar di kelas III SD Negeri Pematang Silmakuta Kabupaten Simalungun Tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan tes. Analisa data dilakukan dengan melihat perbedanan hasil belajar yang diajar dengan metode permainan berbasis budaya dan tanpa metode permainan berbasis budaya pada bidang studi matematika dengan pokok bahasan bangun datar di kelas III SD Neger Pematang Silimakuta Kabupaten Simalungun Tahun 2021. Teknik uji hipotesis yang digunakan rumus (-test, dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh tiumng Sebesar 4,97 sedangkan harga tara dengan df 4 « " 1,66. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis budaya (permainan engklek) dan tanpa metode permainan berbasis budaya (permainan engklek) dengan pokok bahasan bangun datar di SD RK Pematang Siantar tahun ajaran 2020/2021. pada taraf sigrufikan S'e. (tiung 2 tara 4,97 5 1, 66). Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis budaya (permainan engklek) dan tanpa metode permainan berbasis budaya (permainan engklek) pada pokok bahasan bangun datar di Kelas III SD Negeri Pematang Sihmakuta Kabupaten Simalungun Tahun 2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan media sedotan. (2) Mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika pada peserta didik kelas II-A SD KARTIKA 2 Pematangsiantar setelah menggunakan media konkret sedotan. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang berusaha memecahkan atau menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi pada situasi sekarang. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Sedangkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data persentase klasikal dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) aktivitas peserta didik setelah menggunakan media sedotan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I diperoleh jumlah skor 45,5 dan siklus II jumlah skor 60 dengan kategori baik, (2) ada peningkatan hasil belajar matematika melalui penggunaan media konkret sedotan yang menunjukkan dari hasil awal 28,575, pada siklus 1 64,280 dan siklus II 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning achievement, student activity in learning Indonesian with Media Pictures. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SDN 096117 Baringin Raya with a total of 25 students, consisting of 12 male students and 13 female students. The variables/factors investigated in this study were student achievement and student activity in learning. The method used in this study is the Picture and Picture learning model with picture media. From the results of this study it was found that the average learning outcomes obtained in learning Indonesian with media images were cycle 1 59, cycle II 66 and cycle III 74. Meanwhile, the percentage of classical completeness obtained in each cycle was cycle 1 52%, cycle II 78 % and 86% cycle III. While the average results of student activity in cycle 1 2.3 with good criteria, cycle II 2.8 with good criteria and cycle III 3.3 with very good criteria. Based on the results of this study, the conclusion is that the Picture and Picture learning model with Picture Media can increase student activity, and students' poetry writing skills. Suggestions for teachers are the Picture and Picture learning model with Picture Media can be used as a reference for the implementation of other learning. It is better for the teacher to carry out self-reflection about the weaknesses in the learning carried out. By using an innovative learning approach, it can increase student activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya sikap terbuka siswa kelas III SD Negeri 176328 Gonting Pege, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh video animasi terhadap sikap terbuka siswa kelas III SD Negeri 176328 Gonting Pege sebelum adanya pemberian perlakuan dan sesudah adanya pemberian perlakuan, yang akan diukur melalui hasil nilai pre-test dan post-test. Sebelum memberikan pre-test dan post-test peneliti melakukan uji instrumen penelitian disekolah berbeda dari sekolah sampel penelitian. Dari hasil uji validitas ditemukan 20 soal valid dan 5 soal yang tidak valid, pada hasil uji reliabilitas nilai Chronbach Alpha > 0,70 yaitu 0,8919 > 0,70 sehingga soal merupakan soal yang reliabel dan pada uji tingkat kesukaran soal dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa soal tergolong soal yang mudah. Pendekatan yang peneliti gunakan dalam analisis ini yaitu eksperimen dan desain dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen Design, bentuk desain yang dipilih yaitu One Group Pretest – Posttest, yang menjadi sampel didalam analisis ini yaitu peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 176328 Gonting Pege yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Data penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa pengaruh media video animasi memiliki hasil nilai pre-test dengan rata-rata 57,18 sedangkan pada posttest 90 yang berarti terdapat perubahan sikap terbuka siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa indonesia materi pengobar semangat kelas III. Hasil akhir pada penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil karena uji hipotesis dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Hasil uji paired sampel t-test dilihat bahwa thitung > ttabel, yang dimana ttabel sebesar 9,283. Sedangkan ttabel dengan taraf df berjumlah 16 sehingga ttabel berjumlah 2,131 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Sehingga diperoleh 9,283 > 2,131. Maka kesimpulannya adalah terdapat pengaruh metode video animasi terhadap peningkatan sikap terbuka siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa indonesia materi pengobar semangat kelas III di SD Negeri 176328 Gonting Pege.

Abstract

This community service program (PkM) aims to develop and test an applicable strategic planning model to strengthen the economic empowerment of local communities. Common problems faced by partners include economic programs that are ad hoc in nature, not yet based on data regarding potentials and challenges, weak value chain mapping, limited access to markets and capital, and the absence of measurable performance indicators. The method was carried out through participatory assessment, mapping of potentials and stakeholders, SWOT/TOWS and value chain analysis, formulation of vision–mission–objectives, development of program portfolios (quick wins–medium term), determination of KPIs and financing plans, as well as assistance in pilot implementation. The main outputs include a Strategic Plan for Economic Empowerment (roadmap), a set of planning tools (templates) and SOPs, and a monitoring dashboard to ensure sustainability.

Abstract

This Community Empowerment (PkM) activity aims to enhance the capacity of community empowerment cadres to plan, implement, and evaluate community programs through the application of a committee-based project management model. Challenges frequently faced by cadres include unclear role distribution, coordination among stakeholders, basic budget management, activity documentation, as well as unstructured reporting and evaluation. The program is implemented through needs assessments, core project management training (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management), the formation of project committees and governance structures (RACI), the development of SOPs and project administration templates, implementation simulations, and mentoring for the implementation of pilot projects at the community level. Outputs include a project document package (TOR, work plan, budget estimate, risk register, logbook, reports), a project committee structure, and a simple monitoring dashboard. The expected outcomes are increased accountability, improved program implementation effectiveness, and the sustainability of community-based activities.

Abstract

This study examines stakeholder value management in public and private sector organizations using a qualitative approach. The research is grounded in the growing demand for transparency and good governance in the Indonesian context, which shapes how organizations manage and create value for stakeholders. The study aims to analyze stakeholder engagement strategies in both sectors, identify differences and similarities in organizational objectives, decision-making mechanisms, funding sources, and accountability, and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in generating long-term value (financial, social, and environmental). Data were collected through systematic literature study and analyzed using thematic and content analysis, supported by triangulation to ensure validity. The findings indicate that private sector organizations generally focus on creating economic value through market-oriented approaches such as customer loyalty programs, investor relations, and supply-chain collaboration. In contrast, public sector organizations prioritize social value through public consultation, transparency, and cross-institution collaboration. Digital technology also serves as a key driver for improving engagement efficiency and effectiveness in both sectors, although evaluation and responsiveness to feedback tend to differ due to institutional characteristics. The study provides practical recommendations to strengthen stakeholder value management performance in the digital and globalization era.

Abstract

This study examines the crucial role of local innovation ecosystems in supporting the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, particularly amid increasingly competitive global economic conditions that heighten the need for innovation. Evidence shows that innovation in products, marketing, and processes significantly contributes to MSME performance. The local innovation ecosystem involves key actors—universities, corporate venture capital, and incubators. Universities not only supply skilled human resources but also act as sources of knowledge and technology through research activities and collaboration with industry. Corporate ventures provide investment, professional mentoring, and market networks, while incubators offer ongoing support by providing facilities, training/mentoring, and access to professional networks to accelerate MSME growth. The synergy between innovation and ecosystem support is considered essential for creating added value, expanding market access, and optimizing MSME performance, including through digital transformation. The study uses a systematic literature review approach by analyzing 12 relevant articles published between 2015 and 2025 to provide a comprehensive picture of how local innovation ecosystems influence MSMEs

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) program aims to improve the competitiveness of micro-enterprises by strengthening innovation management capabilities in three key areas: product, pricing, and distribution. Partners' common challenges include under-differentiated products, inconsistent quality and packaging, pricing that is not yet cost-based (COGS) and value-based, and distribution that is still limited to local channels. The program is implemented through baseline assessments, practice-based training (workshops), business clinics, innovation trials (rapid testing), and mentoring for the implementation of a 30–60-day action plan. Outputs include a product innovation portfolio (variants/packaging/quality standards), COGS and pricing strategy worksheets, distribution channel maps and order fulfillment SOPs, and a simple KPI dashboard. Targeted outcomes are increased sales, improved margins, expanded distribution channels, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) activity aims to improve the operational efficiency of educational institutions/volunteers through the transformation of internal business processes with the implementation of a simple ERP based on easy-to-adopt tools (e.g., Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, open-source applications, or standardized sheets). Common problems that arise include duplicate records, scattered data, manual approval processes, difficult document tracking, late reporting, and low cost and inventory visibility. Interventions are carried out through as-is process mapping, to-be process design, preparation of data standards (master data), development of simple ERP modules (finance, correspondence, assets & inventory, procurement/logistics, programs/activities), user training, and go-live and improvement assistance. The outputs are a simple ERP blueprint, SOPs, form and dashboard templates, and impact reports (processing time, report accuracy, reduced errors).
