Abstract

ABSTRACTPatient satisfaction is the result of health services received by each patient.  The better the service received by the patient, the greater the patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine satisfaction level of patients who are participating in the National Health Insurance on pharmaceutical services at Paniki Bawah Public Health Center, Manado City. This research was a descriptive study using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The parameters used were the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 283 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.  The results of the study obtained an average patient satisfaction of (0.03), so it can be concluded that the satisfaction level of National Health Insurance patients at Paniki Bawah Public Health Center Manado City is in the positive range, which means that the patients are satisfied with the services provided. Keywords: Public Health Center, National Health Insurance, Satisfaction Level.  ABSTRAKKepuasan pasien adalah hasil dari pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima oleh setiap pasien. Semakin baik pelayanan yang diterima pasien, maka kepuasan pasien akan semakin besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Paniki Bawah, Kota Manado. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Parameter yang digunakan adalah dimensi sarana fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan lembar kuesioner kepada 283 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata kepuasan pasien sebesar (0,03) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Puskesmas Paniki Bawah Kota Manado berada pada rentang positif yang artinya pasien puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Kata Kunci: Puskesmas, Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, Tingkat Kepuasan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pharmaceutical service standards have been regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 74 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards at Public Health Center, but there are pharmaceutical service activities that have not been implemented, including destruction and withdrawal of drugs, monitoring of drug side effects, and drug therapy monitoring. This study aims to determine the percentage of compliance with the application of pharmaceutical standards at the Health Center of North Minahasa Regency based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 74 of 2016. This research is a descriptive type of research with a prospective and retrospective approach. The population in this study were all Public Health Centers in North Minahasa Regency and the sample in this study were Public Health Center located on Jalan Manado - Bitung as many as 4. Retrieval of data are through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of compliance with the application of pharmaceutical service standards with the Minister of Health Number 74 of 2016 is 72,14%. It can be concluded that the suitability of the application of pharmaceutical service standards at the Health Center of North Minahasa Regency is included in the sufficient category. Keyword: Public Health Center, Pharmaceutical Service Standards. ABSTRAK Standar pelayanan kefarmasian telah diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarnasian di Puskesmas, akan tetapi terdapat kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian yang belum terlaksana, antara lain pemusnahan dan penarikan obat, monitoring efek samping obat, serta pemantauan terapi obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase kesesuaian penerapan standar kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kabupaten Minahasa Utara berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 74 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan prospektif dan retrospektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Puskesmas di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Puskesmas yang berada di Jalan Manado – Bitung sebanyak 4 Puskesmas. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persentase kesesuaian penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian dengan Permenkes Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 sebesar 72,14%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesesuaiaan penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kabupaten Minahasa Utara termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Kata Kunci: Puskesmas, Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian

Abstract

The low use of generic drugs in the community is due to the lack of public knowledge about generic drugs. The lack of public knowledge about generic drugs, branded drugs and patent drugs, due to perceptions about generic drugs have low quality, on the other hand, people perceive that patent drugs are quality drugs compared to generic drugs and branded generic drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community knowledge about generic drugs in Wori Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. This research method is descriptive and uses an instrument (questionnaire), with a cross sectional survey design. The sample in this study were the people of Wori Village who were included in the inclusion criteria as many as 100 samples. The results showed that the level of knowledge of respondents about the definition, benefits, policies, classification, and quality of generic drugs was partly in the good category with a percentage of 54%, 85%, 79%, 95%, 28% respectively. It can be concluded that the level of knowledge about generic drugs in Wori Village is in the good category of 82%.

Abstract

Drug marking on drug packaging can provide complete information about the efficacy, safety, side effects, how to use, and other information included in the drug. Limited knowledge of the public about drugs and their use can cause people to lack understanding of drug information, thus allowing irrational treatment if not balanced with the provision of correct information. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community about the marking on drug packaging. This research method is descriptive with the type of survey and uses instrument in the form of a list of questions (questionnaire), with a cross sectional survey design. The sample in this study were the people of Pasan District as many as 100 samples. The results showed that 61% of respondents had a poor level of knowledge and 100% of respondents had a positive attitude. So it was concluded that the majority of people in Pasan District had a poor level of knowledge and a positive attitude about drug marking on drug packaging.
