Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe competence, employee commitment and work motivation towards the performance of PDAM Kota Surabaya employees, knowing the significant direct effect of competence, employee commitment, and motivation on employee communication and on employee performance, knowing the indirect influence of competence, employee commitment, and motivation through communication with the performance of PDAM Kota Surabaya employees. The population in the study were all employees of PDAM Kota Surabaya, amounting to 67 employees. The quantitative descriptive analysis approach and inferential quantitative analysis and path analysis (path analysis) with competence, commitment and motivation as independent variables, communication as intervening variables, and performance as the dependent variable. The results of the data analysis show that competency, commitment, motivation, communication and employee performance are in good condition. Competence, commitment, motivation and communication partially or simultaneously have a significant direct effect on employee performance. Competence, commitment and motivation have an indirect effect on performance through communication variables. From the variables of competence, commitment, motivation and communication, the dominant influence on performance is the communication variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study whether organizational commitment, motivation, and good work coordination simultaneously influence significantly on the performance of employees of Lenteng Sub-District, Sumenep Regency, and to find out variables related to organizational commitment, motivation and significant partial cooperation with Lenteng District employee support. Sumenep Regency. This research was conducted at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency with a total sample of 34 people. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research (explanatory research). The main research used is quantitative and equipped with descriptive. The results of the study showed that simultaneously, organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline were significant towards the performance of employees of the Lenteng District of Sumenep Regency. Partially, organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline are significant to the performance of employees of the Lenteng District of Sumenep Regency. Motivation has a dominant and significant influence on the performance of employees of Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out how the two parties work both simultaneously organizational commitment, work ability and work motivation on the performance of personnel in the Pamekasan Police Resort of traffic unit. Respondents of this study were personnel of the Pamekasan Police Resort of traffic unit across 85 people. Using a sampling technique of 100 people. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research is experimental research, research uses quantitative research equipped with descriptive methods. The results showed organizational commitment, work motivation and simultaneous and significant work motivation on the performance of Pamekasan Police Precinct traffic unit personnel. Partially, the work ability has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Pamekasan police traffic unit personnel, positive work motivation on the performance of Pamekasan police traffic unit personnel. Among the variables of organizational commitment and work ability, work motivation has a dominant performance on the personnel of the Pamekasan Police Resort of traffic unit. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Sharia Community Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe communication, employee placement and employee career development at the Syariah People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar, Pamekasan Regency Working Area. 2) To find out and test the effect of communication, employee placement and career coaching simultaneously on employee work performance at the Sharia Community Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Pamekasan Regency Work Area. 3) To find out and test the influence of communication, employee placement and career coaching partially on employee work performance at the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Pamekasan Regency Work Area. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Sumekar Sumenep Islamic People Financing Bank (BPRS). The purposes of this study are 1). To describe the organizational commitment, compensation motivation and performance. 2). To find out whether organizational commitment, motivation and compensation have a simultaneous influence on the performance. 3). To find out whether organizational commitment, motivation and compensation have a partial effect on the performance. 4). To find out which variables among organizational commitment, motivation and compensation have a dominant influence on the performance. The results of the study show that: 1). Simultaneously, organizational commitment, motivation and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of Sumekar Sumenep Bank Islamic finance (BPRS) employees, 2). Partially organizational commitment, motivation, compensation partially have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Bank of Islamic finance (BPRS) Sumekar Sumenep. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Regional Finance Agency Pamekasan Regency with a total sample of 62 people. The results showed that simultaneously, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior had a very significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial Institutions Pamekasan Regency. Thus, it can be said that all independent variables partially have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Regional Finance Agency Pamekasan Regency; and the work discipline variable has a very dominant influence in influencing the performance of employees of the Regional Finance Agency Pamekasan Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Fraud Prevention of National Health Insurance Providers with a total sample of 31 people. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out a description of Internal Control, Organizational Commitment and Individual Morality on fraud prevention, 2) To find out whether Internal Control, organizational commitment and individual morality have a simultaneous effect on fraud prevention, 3). To find out whether Internal Control, organizational commitment, and individual Morality partially influence fraud prevention. The results showed that internal control as a relative strength of the individual in identifying his involvement in the organization. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in the civil registry of Kabupaten Pamekasan. with a total sample of 44 people. The purpose of this study is 1). To know and describe how well affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment in the Department of Population and Civil Registry, 2). To know and examine the simultaneous influence of organizational commitment factors on the performance, 3). To find out and test the partial influence on the performance. The results show that normative commitment as an attitude that describes the individual's orientation towards the organization. Affective commitment relates to the emotional, identification, and involvement of employees within an organization. A continuous component means a component based on the employee's perception of the disadvantage he will face if leaving the organization. Simultaneously, affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment have a very significant effect on the performance. Partially, affective commitment have a significant influence on the performance. Continuous commitment variables have a dominant influence in influencing the performance of employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Kabupaten Pamekasan.
