Abstract

Abstract: KA.com was created to make it easier for users to buy tickets for sudden trips or vacations. But in reality KA.com has few users due to incomplete and attractive appearance and features. Therefore, the KA.COM application will be developed using the Thinking Method so that this application can be developed according to the creations and needs of users. The KA.COM application is an online ticket purchase application platform so that it is easier for the public to purchase tickets without having to go to the available ticket booths. In this application, various ticket purchasing services will be available, from airplane tickets, train tickets, to bus tickets. Users only need to login and can already use this application for free. Abstrak: KA.com dibuat agar mempermudah para pengguna membeli tiket untuk melakukan perjalanan atau liburan yang mendadak. Namun dalam kenyataan KA.com memiliki pengguna yang sedikit dikarenakan tampilan dan fitur yang belum lengkap dan menarik. Maka dari itu aplikasi KA.COM ini akan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Metode Thinking agar aplikasi ini dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kreasi dan kebutuhan pengguna. Aplikasi yang KA.COM ini adalah sebuah platform aplikasi pembelian tiket online agar masyarakat dimudahkan dalam pembelian tiket tanpa harus ke loket tiket yang tersedia. Didalam aplikasi ini akan tersedia berbagai layanan pembelian tiket, dari tiket pesawat, tiket kereta api, hingga tiket bus. Pengguna hanya perlu login dan sudah dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini secara gratis.

Abstract

This research analyzes public sentiment on “Program Makan Siang Gratis” using the KNN algorithm, enhanced with the SMOTE technique, to provide insights and recommendations for policymakers aiming to achieve “Indonesia Emas 2045”. The study employs Google Colab and Python for testing. KNN is used for sentiment analysis and classification, with SMOTE addressing data imbalance. Results from two scenarios without SMOTE and with SMOTE show that performance is more optimal without SMOTE, as SMOTE decreases performance by 34%. The k4 parameter yields the best results: 76% accuracy, 57% precision, 77% recall, and 65% F1-Score. Analysis of comments from the “tempodotco” YouTube channel reveals that public sentiment towards the program proposed by President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka is predominantly negative
