Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer-based information system that is used to store and manipulate geographic information. One of the potential applications of GIS is the potential of certain government areas, such as mapping the potential of villages and sub-districts. Tubbitaramanu Subdistrict (TUTAR) Polewali Mandar Regency, most of its territory has not been accommodated on the current digital map platform, so the application of GIS. This is to make it easier for the local government and the general public to obtain information. The purpose of GIS is to find out predictions of population growth, recommend recommendations for the construction of health facilities based on standards, and implement a Geographic Information System for Predicting Population Growth. This study uses the Linear Regression method using population data collected from 2014 to 2020 as data used in the prediction system and can provide recommendations. According to the results, the Tutar District shows that from 2022 to 2027 it requires the construction of pustu health facilities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengembangkan MFBL Berbasis LMS valid. Metode penelitian R&D Model 4D yaitu: (1) Define, observasi awal dan analisis kebutuhan; (2) Design LMS, manual book LMS, dan RPP; (3) Development; (a) validasi expert yang melibatkan 2 expert; (b) uji coba kelompok kecil 5 subjek uji; (4) Disseminate MFBL berbasis LMS di SMK YPPP Wonomulyo, menghasilkan: (1) Pengembangan MFBL model 4D; (2) Hasil rekapitulasi validasi expert perangkat pembelajaran 7 aspek berkategori cukup valid digunakan pada implementasi; (3) Hasil rekapitulasi uji coba small group aspek media dan perangkat pembelajaran berada pada kriteria sangat baik;. Berdasarkan data MFBL berbasis LMS valid berdasarkan expert judgement dan subjek uji coba untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi siswa.

Abstract

Fixed asset management is a crucial component in supporting the performance of local governments. However, the Polewali Mandar Regency Government still faces obstacles in managing assets conventionally, such as the risk of recording errors, duplicate data, and difficulties in field data verification which is time-consuming. This study aims to design and build a Web-Based Fixed Asset Management Information System integrated with Quick Response Code (QR Code) technology as a digital solution for real-time asset data collection, tracking, and monitoring. The approach taken for system development is known as the Waterfall approach, encompassing the phases of analyzing requirements, system design, execution, evaluation, and ongoing support. The creation of the system was carried out utilizing the PHP coding language, the MySQL database system, and Tailwind CSS to achieve a mobile-friendly interface. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies at the General Affairs Division of the Regional Secretariat of Polewali Mandar Regency. The result of this research is a fixed asset management information system featuring the generation of unique QR Code labels for each asset, category and location management, and reporting features divided into three access levels: Admin, Operator, and Verificator. Based on the system testing results, an average score of above 4.00 was obtained for indicators of ease of use (user-friendly), access speed, and information accuracy. In conclusion, the implementation of this QR Code-based system is proven to increase the efficiency of the asset identification process in the field, minimize manual input errors, and improve accountability in regional asset management in Polewali Mandar Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak- Sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan krusial dalam struktur ekonomi daerah, namun di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, pengembangan sektor ini masih menghadapi kendala signifikan karena potensi wilayah yang belum terpetakan secara komprehensif berbasis data digital. Meskipun Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) daerah didominasi oleh sektor pertanian sebesar 46,58% dan pertumbuhan sektor perdagangan mencapai 7,93% pada tahun 2024, distribusi sumber daya dan kebijakan pendukung UMKM seringkali belum tepat sasaran akibat ketiadaan model klasifikasi wilayah yang objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model integrasi antara Machine Learning (ML) dan Decision Support System (DSS) guna memetakan potensi UMKM di 16 kecamatan Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk pengelompokkan wilayah dan metode pembobotan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas kriteria. Data penelitian bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Polewali Mandar Tahun 2025, mencakup variabel PDRB sektoral, statistik tenaga kerja, dan akses kredit usaha.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya tiga cluster wilayah utama, yaitu potensi tinggi (pusat pertumbuhan), potensi sedang (wilayah berkembang), dan potensi rendah (wilayah tertinggal). Evaluasi model menggunakan Silhouette Score menghasilkan nilai 0,62, yang menunjukkan bahwa pengelompokkan wilayah memiliki struktur cluster yang cukup kuat dan baik. Implementasi model ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemerintah daerah dalam mengalokasikan bantuan dan infrastruktur pendukung UMKM secara presisi sesuai karakteristik ekonomi masing-masing kecamatan untuk mendukung peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yang kini berada pada angka 70,71.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages government agencies to switch from manual systems to digital systems that are more efficient and accurate. One important aspect of office administration is recording the absence of village officials, which is often done conventionally so it is prone to errors, data manipulation, and takes longer in the recapitulation process. Based on these problems, this research designs and implements a Qr-Code based attendance system at the Palatta Village Government Office. The design of this system is to provide a faster, more accurate and transparent attendance solution by utilizing Qr-Code technology which is integrated into a web-based application. The system is built with main features such as user login, Qr-Code scanning, attendance history, as well as an admin dashboard to manage data and generate reports. The results of implementation and testing using the Black Box method show that all functions run as required. Testing on users also shows that the system is easy to use, speeds up the attendance process, and helps admins in monitoring and recapitulating data. Thus, this Qr-Code attendance system is suitable to be implemented as a substitute for manual methods to increase work efficiency and discipline in the village office environment.

Abstract

This research focuses on the creation and implementation of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the position of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The rationale behind this research is rooted in the rapid economic and demographic development in the area, which requires easy access to financial services. However, the distribution of existing ATM points is still uneven, where people in rural areas often have to travel long distances to reach the nearest ATM. The method of creating this system involves the use of the PHP programming language along with a MySQL database. This system aims to present spatial information about the current ATM location accurately, thereby helping the public in finding banking services with high accuracy through an interactive map interface. In addition, this system offers optimal paths to ATM locations to improve user time efficiency. System evaluation was conducted using black box techniques to verify that the menu operations and application procedures function as intended. The findings indicate that the implementation of GIS improves public access while offering data assistance for financial institutions and local governments in developing a more equitable and systematic public facility allocation strategy in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an information system for the Imam Malik Koppe Mosque in Darma Village, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency, utilizing the eMasjid platform as a solution for digitally managing mosque activities. The problem faced was the suboptimal recording of activity data, financial data, and service information for the congregation. The system development method used the Waterfall model, which consists of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a mosque information system capable of presenting information on activities, financial data, reports, and communication between administrators more efficiently, transparently, and accountably. This system is expected to be an effective and user-friendly means of digitizing mosque management.

Abstract

The distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a government program aimed at alleviating the economic burden on affected communities. However, the data collection, verification, distribution, and reporting processes are still largely manual, potentially leading to data errors, duplication, and distribution delays. This study aims to design and implement a web-based BLT Village Fund information system that can simplify recipient data management, monitor distribution, and generate accurate reports. The methods used include database design, module implementation for sub-district administrators, village operators, treasurers, and village officials, and system testing using the Black Box method to evaluate functionality. The system is equipped with features for managing recipient data, verifying eligibility, sending data to the treasurer, inputting proof of transfer, uploading proof of distribution, recapitulating distribution, and printing reports. The test results show that all modules run according to specifications, are able to handle various input conditions, and produce accurate output. Field trials show that the system is easy to use, improves administrative efficiency, accelerates the distribution process, and supports transparency and accountability. In conclusion, the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) information system is effective as a tool for data management and aid distribution, minimizing errors, and supporting the smooth operation of the BLT program at the village level.

Abstract

Libraries play a crucial role in broadening the public's knowledge horizons by improving literacy skills. However, the reality at the Samaturu Library in Jambu Malea Village shows that manual management still dominates, leading to various administrative obstacles such as data irregularities, the risk of losing important information, and inefficiencies in tracking daily activities. This condition demands digital transformation to optimize public services at the village level comprehensively and sustainably. This research focuses on the development of a web-based library information system specifically designed to modernize administrative processes to be more systematic, fast, and organized. Built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, this platform offers an intuitive interface for both staff and members. Its superior features include book data management, membership, activity agendas, announcements, and digitizing the borrowing and return process. Furthermore, the system is capable of automatically generating periodic reports to facilitate library performance evaluation. Based on the results of comprehensive testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionality was proven to operate optimally according to the required specifications. Direct user trials also showed very positive responses regarding aspects of ease of navigation and operational time efficiency. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of internal management, accelerate the quality of services to library users, and become a major catalyst in realizing superior digital literacy governance in rural areas

Abstract

Marriage confirmation services are often hampered by manual procedures, leading to delays and administrative errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Marriage Confirmation Information System to facilitate registration, document uploads, and online monitoring of verification status and court schedules. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database using the Waterfall method, encompassing analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the system is capable of optimally performing all managerial functions, from document validation to report automation. Black Box testing confirmed that all features functioned as expected and were easy to use. In addition to improving bureaucratic efficiency, the system ensures data security through login encryption and provides transparency through real-time status tracking. The presence of this platform significantly saves time and transportation costs for the public, as bureaucratic processes can be monitored from anywhere. In conclusion, this system successfully supports the digitalization of public services and improves the quality of administration within the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) and Religious Courts, thereby realizing more effective, efficient, accountable, and modern governance for all levels of society
