Abstract

This study's objective is to show how organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among teachers in academic institutions. A quantitative methodology is used in this research, employing the causal relationship research method, with path analysis in answering the hypothesis. A questionnaire and a documentation study were used to gather the data, and a sample of 42 teachers was chosen using a simple random sampling approach. Based on the data processing and calculation results of SPSS Version 22, statistical testing resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted, it shows that in educational institutions, organizational commitment has a 0.727 influence on instructors' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The results of the t-test, which had a significance level of 0.000 5% and a t-count of 6.689 > t-table, or 2.021 (0.05). As a result, the hypothesis also establishes that organizational commitment has a considerable impact on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in educational institutions. According to the computation of the coefficient of determination, the organizational commitment variable accounts for 52.8% of the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable. Variables not examined account for the remaining 47.2% of the variance.

Abstract

Employee performance in a company or organization is a crucial factor for business continuity and determines the company's chances of surviving in the business world. In psychology, economic motivation, good leadership and also a discipline have an indication of the good performance of employees in a company, but have major gaps in the context of the company and its own company policies. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with 72 samples taken using purposive random sampling. The research's analytical method of choice is linear regression. The findings demonstrated that while motivation and discipline have an impact on employee performance, leadership has no impact on that. Leadership, however, has an impact on performance in conjunction with motivation and discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Trimegah Eka Plasindo Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sejumlah 67 karyawan, sedangkan untuk jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Trimegah Eka Plasindo Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Abstract

This study aims to identify the difficulties faced by SMEs in financial record-keeping and to explain the role of technology as a solution. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining Scopus-indexed articles from 1957-2023. The synthesis results reveal six main obstacles, namely technical-operational, resource-based, regulatory and standards, management and strategy, technology and innovation, as well as financial-economic. The most prominent technological solutions include standard training and education, implementation of accounting information systems and IT support, adoption of cloud accounting, use of accounting software or applications, and integration of technology into accounting management strategies. Another significant finding is the still limited discussion of financial data security strategies for SMEs, even though digitalization of financial records increases the risk of data breaches, cyberattacks, and loss of business information. This study concludes that SMEs need to adopt financial record-keeping technology that is efficient, affordable, user-friendly, and secure, accompanied by increased accounting literacy and relevant policy support.
