Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan di dalam Pemilihan Umum maupun PILKADA adalah persoalan pengumpulan data, proses pemungutan suara untuk para penyandang disabilitas. Salah satunya adalah penyandang disabilitas sensorik yang termasuk didalamnya adalah tuna rungu, tuna wicara tuna netra. Permasalahan yang dihadapi para penyandang Tuna netra pada saat pemilihan Umum ada beberapa hal yang perlu terus menjadi perhatian untuk selalu di evaluasi untuk menjadi yang lebih baik di pemilihan umum di masa-masa yang akan datang. Metode pengabdian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang merupakan pendekatan dengan wawancara mendalam untuk bisa menggali lebih dalam tentang problem dan persoalan yang terjadi untuk disabilitas sensorik. Sumber data adalah penyandang disabilitas sensorik sebanyak 8 orang di Kota Semarang yang mengikuti pemilihan Walikota 2020 Kota Semarang. Sumber data Bertempat tinggal di kota semarang. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa akasebilitas untuk logistik penyandang disabilitas sensorik perlu diperhatikan, bahwa tidak semua penyandang disabilitas dapat membaca huruf braile, dan pada saat pemilihan walikota 2020 terjadi pandemic covid, protokol kesehatan masker dan kaos tangan kesulitan bagi penyandang disabilitas sensorik. Butuh pendampingan karena mungkin informasi tidak terdengar atau menuju tempat perlu petunjuk khusus (tali) untuk memandu bagi tuna netra.

Abstract

This study investigates the complex interactions between spiritual engagement, psychological capital, job satisfaction, and teaching performance among lecturers at private universities (PTS) in Semarang, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and a sample of 318 lecturers, this study reveals that spiritual engagement and psychological capital positively influence job satisfaction. In contrast, psychological capital and job satisfaction positively influence teaching performance. Spiritual engagement shows a weak and insignificant positive effect on teaching performance, challenging the linear assumption of spirituality in the academic workplace. These findings highlight the importance of a multidimensional approach to academic development, emphasizing the urgency of a holistic perspective that considers the psychological, spiritual, and existential aspects of lecturers’ experiences. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors that influence lecturer performance in higher education, encouraging a critical evaluation of higher education practices in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a hypothetical model of Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) / Job Training Center through the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) approach as a fundamental framework in reforming the vocational training system. Using qualitative methods with data triangulation from expert interviews, empirical studies, and international reports, the study identified four key themes that determine the effectiveness of the model: digital transformation, strengthening triple helix partnerships, sustainable competency development, and industry-based standardization and certification. Digital transformation through virtual reality-based simulations and digital learning platforms has increased training effectiveness by up to 48%. Triple helix partnerships increase graduate absorption rates by up to 78%. Sustainable competency development is essential, considering that 65% of jobs in 2030 will require skills that do not yet exist today. Industry-based standardization positively correlates with labour productivity, increasing it by 24%. The hypothetical Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) model that integrates these four themes is expected to be a reference in preparing an adaptive, competitive workforce that is ready to face global challenges in the era of technological disruption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka analitis dan normatif untuk transformasi kebijakan publik yang mengoptimalkan model Quintuple Helix dalam mendorong komersialisasi produk ramah lingkungan dari sumber daya lokal Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian literatur sistematis, studi ini mengidentifikasi tiga tantangan utama: fragmentasi arsitektur kebijakan Indonesia, asimetri relasional antar aktor, dan kesenjangan nilai dalam rantai komersialisasi sumber daya lokal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa transformasi efektif memerlukan rekonfigurasi fundamental pada dimensi struktural, prosedural, dan substantif kebijakan publik. Kerangka operasional yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan perspektif transition management dengan teori institutional work dalam model bertahap-namun-sistemik yang melampaui dikotomi reformisme gradual versus revolusi radikal. Studi ini memperluas pemahaman tentang governance transformatif dengan mengintegrasikan multi-perspektif teoretis dan mengembangkan mekanisme konkret untuk mengimplementasikan kolaborasi Quintuple Helix dalam konteks asimetri kekuasaan. Implikasi praktikal mencakup rekomendasi strategis untuk rekonfigurasi kelembagaan, pengembangan platform kolaboratif multi-skalar, dan intervensi targeted pada nexus kritis rantai nilai produk berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategic role of teachers in building character education through a multireligious approach in Central Kalimantan. Using a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design, the study combined quantitative analysis of the structural relationships between spiritual engagement, pro-social engagement, interfaith cooperation, and social integration with thematic analysis of in-depth interviews with teachers from five religious traditions (Muslim, Catholicism, Protestantism, Buddhism, and Hinduism). Quantitative data analysis used structural equation modelling with a partial least squares approach and qualitative data used thematic analysis with NVivo 14 software. The results revealed that spiritual engagement has a significant effect on interfaith cooperation and an indirect effect on social integration. In contrast, pro-social engagement has a significant effect on both interreligious cooperation and social integration. Thematic findings showed the convergence of teachers' practices in integrating universal spiritual values, facilitating interfaith pro-social activities, developing interfaith dialogue, and creating an inclusive learning environment that supports students' character-building. Expert validation confirmed the successful implementation of interpretive and integrative approaches in transforming religious education from an exclusive to an inclusive, transformative model.
