Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan internet mengubah cara bisnis, termasuk di bisnis ritel dimana model bisnisnya memanfaatkan menjadi layanan digital dalam proses transaksi yang dikenal istilahnya sebagai e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana dalam pemasaran online untuk menerapkan iklan secara online dan dalam mewujudkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode deskriptif survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan verifikatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Lazada di kota Bandung, dengan sampel sebanyak 96 pelanggan. Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa penerapan iklan secara online memiliki dampak langsung terhadap minat beli di situs Lazada. Kata Kunci : Iklan Online, Pemasaran Online dan Minat Beli Konsumen ABSTRACT The development of the internet is changing the way business, including in retail businesses where business models utilize digital services in transaction processing, known as e-commerce. The Purpose of this study is to examine how in online marketing to implement online advertising and in realizing consumer buying interest. This research also uses descriptive survey method using a verification approach. The population in this study is Lazada consumers in the city of Bandung, with a sample of 96 customers. The findings show that the implementation of online advertising has a direct impact on buying interest on the Lazada site. Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukkan untuk mengukur implementasi strategi bauran promosi yang dilakukan oleh Grab Indonesia dan dampaknya pada keputusan pembelian jasa transportasi yang ditawarkan Grab kepada para konsumen mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, desain deskriptif dan verifikatif, serta metode survei. Sebanyak 100 konsumen pengguna jasa Grab dijadikan sebagai responden dan dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposif. Pengambilan data mengggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan prosedur Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (PLSSEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan pribadi, publisitas serta pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Grab berada pada kategori baik. Selanjutnya, variabel periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan pribadi, publisitas dan hubungan masyarakat serta pemasaran langsung berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara signifikan dan positif baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and study descriptively and derivatively related to the Influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee engagement and its implications on employee performance. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and explanatory survey methods with crossectional categories. Population based on the geographical area with sampling techniques using proportional stratified random sampling. Sources of data obtained from Primary and Secondary data through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation using data analysis techniques, namely Path Analysis. The results showed that descriptively organizational culture is in the exceptionally good to a suitable category, while organizational commitment is in the relatively good to the excellent category, then job satisfaction is in the good enough to the good category, and employee engagement and employee performance are also in the category of good enough to sound, and the whole hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out and analyze whether there is a significant influence between the effect of old age security and occupational health on employee productivity partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach. As for the population in this study, there were 103 employees of PT Delima Pinglogistra Jakarta, while the sample with the sampling technique was saturated, so the samples were taken entirely from the total population with a sample of 103 employees. The results of this study are old age security has a significant effect on work productivity, and occupational health has a considerable impact on work productivity, and Old Age Security and occupational health have a significant effect on work productivity (Y) PT Delima Pinglogistra Jakarta.

Abstract

Performance evaluation is an important thing that every organization must do. This is to determine the performance, be it in organizations, individuals, or groups. With performance evaluation, the organization will find it easier to determine future performance achievements. Ultimately it will fail to determine its direction and purpose. The method used in this study is to find relevant sources of how performance evaluation should be carried out. Working on performance evaluation is a challenging thing. The organization must know several techniques to evaluate performance. This article also explains the importance, reasons, systems, benefits, processes, methods, and errors in performance evaluations. Thus, this is expected to be a guide in conducting performance evaluations in an organization.

Abstract

In the modern digital era, technology and social media are crucial in supporting businesses, including the laundry business. This business falls under the category of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that operate in the service sector. Xilaundry, located in Serang Regency, Banten Province, exemplifies how MSMEs utilize technology in their operations. Xilaundry uses social media platforms such as Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook for marketing and promotional strategies. Two payment methods are available for customers: conventional (pay on the spot) and digital (ATM, Mobile Banking, OVO, and Gopay). Xilaundry implements a SWOT analysis for its business strategy development. The results show that Xilaundry's business is feasible to run. Xilaundry's finances record a monthly turnover of IDR 6,570,800 and a cash expenditure of IDR 2,890,000. This generates a net profit of around IDR 2,743,800 per month. Thus, Xilaundry can generate a net income of approximately IDR 34,680,000 in a year. In the SWOT and social media context, Xilaundry can leverage its strength in using social media for marketing and promotion (Strength). However, they must maintain service quality to avoid weaknesses in service (Weakness). The opportunity that Xilaundry can take is the increase in social media and digital payment users (Opportunity). At the same time, threats can come from competitors who use social media in their marketing strategies (Threat).
