Abstract

Implementasi metode forward chaining pada sistem pakar pendiagnosis penyakit perut, penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi penyakit pada perut dengan berbagai macam jenis penyakit yang ada didalamnya. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan terhadap pakar untuk membantu mempermudah kerja seorang pakar kesehatan khususnya dibidang organ dalam perut. Sistem dirancang dengan membuat flowchart sebagai dasar acuan penelitian program. Flowchart menjadikan perancangan sistem lebih terstruktur dan terukur. Selain merancang flowchart, database juga dilakukan dan terkoneksi kedalam web. Metode forward chaining adalah pencarian maju yang di mulai dari beberapa fakta-fakta dengan mencari pedoman yang sesuai dengan dugaan/hipotesis yang muncul menuju suatu hasil. Jumlah data pasien sebanyak 90 data pasien, dengan hasil akurasi diagnoasa yakni 80% dengan uji validasi pakar yang dilakukan oleh 2 orang dokter. Sistem pakar (expert system) dengan sistem yang berusaha mengapdosi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer, agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang biasa dilakukan oleh para ahli. Sistem pakar yang baik dirancang agar dapat menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan tertentu dengan meniru kerja dari para ahli. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini dapat menambah informasi pengguna tentang pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai penyakit pada perut.  Sistem pakar ini mampu meminimalisir ketergantungan pengguna terhadap pakar dalam hal identifikasi penyakit perut pada pasien.

Abstract

Masyarakat di Desa Sennah, Kecamatan Pangkatan masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecakapan digital warga melalui pelatihan komputer dasar dan penggunaan internet sehat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi langsung, dan praktik terbimbing selama tiga hari pelatihan intensif. Peserta juga mendapat panduan cetak dan akses ke modul digital sebagai bahan belajar mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terkait pengoperasian perangkat komputer, browsing internet aman, serta literasi digital seperti mengenali hoaks dan menjaga privasi daring dengan skor rata-rata awal 40,4 menjadi 80,6. Sebanyak 88% peserta menyatakan merasa lebih percaya diri menggunakan teknologi digital setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi landasan bagi program literasi digital berkelanjutan di tingkat desa kecamatan Pangkatan kabupaten Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

The management of Field Work Practice (PKL) reports at the Faculty of Computer Science, Alwashliyah University (UNIVA) Labuhanbatu, is currently handled manually, leading to various issues such as delayed report submissions, document archiving difficulties, ineffective supervision monitoring, and slow grading processes by supervisors. This research aims to develop a web-based PKL report information system capable of centrally integrating administrative processes—ranging from student data management, placement, and report uploading to supervision monitoring and grading. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, comprising stages for requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. It was built using PHP, MySQL, and the Bootstrap framework. System testing employed the Black Box Testing method across 25 scenarios covering user authentication, management of student, lecturer, and industry partner (DU/DI) data, report uploads, the supervision process, and grading. Test results demonstrated that all scenarios executed successfully according to functional requirements, achieving a 100% success rate. Implementing this system improves the efficiency of PKL administration, accelerates information exchange among students, supervisors, and administrators, and results in report archiving that is more structured, well-documented, and accessible compared to the manual process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and test the effectiveness of a Realistic Mathematics learning model based on Mandailing culture with a Deep - Learning approach in improving the logical thinking skills of high school students. This approach aims to build a deep and meaningful understanding of concepts through the integration of local cultural contexts that are close to students' lives. The methodology used is the development research method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The analysis stage involves literature studies and field observations to identify students' needs and relevant Mandailing cultural potential. The design and development stage produces learning tools in the form of lesson plans, student worksheets, and learning media that have been validated by material experts and cultural experts. Implementation was carried out through a quasi-experiment in two classes (experimental and control) with a logical thinking test instrument as the main measuring tool. Evaluation was carried out formatively and summatively to determine the effectiveness of learning. The results showed that students who participated in Realistic Mathematics learning based on Mandailing culture with a Deep Learning approach experienced a significant increase in logical thinking skills compared to the control group. In addition, students showed enthusiasm and active involvement because the learning was linked to the culture they were familiar with. The conclusion of this study is that mathematics learning that integrates local culture with an immersive learning approach is effective in improving students' logical thinking skills. This model also strengthens cultural identity while developing higher-order thinking skills. Recommendations are directed to teachers, curriculum developers, and educational policymakers to consider a contextual learning approach based on local culture as a strategy to improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes, particularly in developing students' logical and cognitive thinking skills.
