Abstract

Abstract: Evaluation of information technology governance, especially computers and IT Governance in government hospitals is in need, so that the development of ICT in the hospital could be developed following the modernization era is rapidly increasing. ICT in the hospital is in need to serve the community by working operasional standards to facilitate the work and increase IT investment destination hospital itself. Hospital of Dr Rival Abdullah Palembang currently have implemented computer information technology. Based on the evaluation process that has been conducted using the COBIT 5.0 it can be stated that the results of recapitulation level capability scale model of evaluation research IT governance at Leprosy Hospital Dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang is the scale 2 (managed process) with a value of 1.83, which it means that the Leprosy Hospital Dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang already planning and implementation of Information Technology governance computers today by using predefined planning process. Abstract

Control of information technology governance at this time is very influential for the organization in achieving its strategic objectives. Technology has become an important part in supporting a service, including in Dr.H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja. The hospital has SIMRS in supporting its services. So that governance should be well planned. This research was conducted to evaluate the management of information technology that supports the SIMRS. The results of this study are to find out the value of the level of maturity in Dr. H Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja. Evaluations were carried out using the standard COBIT 5 measurement framework. The focus of this study was the domain of Ensure Resource Optimization (EDM01), Manage the IT Management Framework (APO01) (APO07), Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI04) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Access (MEA01).

Abstract

Waste, encompassing both domestic and industrial materials, presents a significant environmental challenge. Effectively managing waste requires accurate identification and classification. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), particularly the Residual Network (ResNet) architecture, have shown promise in image classification tasks. This research aims to utilize ResNet to identify types of waste, contributing to more efficient waste management practices. The ResNet101 architecture, comprising 101 layers, is employed in this study for waste classification. The dataset consists of 2527 images categorized into six classes: Cardboard, Glass, Metal, Paper, Plastic, and Trash. The ResNet model is pre-trained, leveraging existing knowledge to enhance classification accuracy. The dataset is divided into training and testing sets to evaluate the model's performance. The testing results, evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, demonstrate strong performance in waste classification. The ResNet101 model achieves 92% accuracy in detecting inorganic waste objects within the training dataset and maintains a high accuracy of 90% on the testing dataset. This indicates the effectiveness of the ResNet architecture in accurately identifying various types of waste, contributing to improved waste management efforts. he utilization of ResNet101 for waste classification yields promising results, with high accuracy rates observed across both training and testing datasets. By effectively identifying types of waste, this approach facilitates more efficient waste management practices, enabling better resource allocation and environmental conservation. Further research and application of CNN architectures in waste management could lead to enhanced sustainability efforts and improved waste-handling strategies.

Abstract

Network Attached Storage (NAS) is a data storage device that operates through a computer network and provides an efficient and cost-effective storage solution due to its open-source foundation. This research compares the performance of TrueNAS and XigmaNAS as NAS operating systems in terms of data transfer speed and resource utilization over a period of 7 days. The tested parameters include file copy, file classification, file duplicate detection, CPU usage, and memory usage. The research results indicate that the average file transfer speed from server to client in TrueNAS is 7.4 Mbps, while in XigmaNAS it is 7.36 Mbps. The average file classification rate in TrueNAS is 863 files/s, whereas in XigmaNAS it is 813 files/s. The average speed of duplicate file detection in TrueNAS is 1.23 files/s, while in XigmaNAS it is 1.13 files/s. The average CPU usage in TrueNAS is 30.08%, compared to 29.38% in XigmaNAS. The average available memory for TrueNAS is 6.13 GiB, and for XigmaNAS it is 5.41 GiB. Despite the small variations and differences observed in the test results, overall, TrueNAS outperforms XigmaNAS in the analyzed aspects.

Abstract

Teknologi nirkabel merupakan salah satu keutamaan sebagai faktor penunjang dunia informasi. Jaringan komputer menjadi jalur pengiriman data melalui intranet maupun distribusi internet, sehingga keamanannya menjadi prioritas. Beberapa kasus yangsering terjadi mengenai kebocoran informasi baik di lingkup institusi pemerintahan maupun pendidikan menjadi evaluasi serius dalam meningkatkan keamanan jaringan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kerentanan untuk mengurangi risiko serangan, mengukur efektifitas tingkat keamanan terhadap jaringan nirkabel, membuat laporan hasil data yang bisa berguna bagi administrator dalam mengatur keamanan jaringan nirkabel, memotivasi administrator untuk bisa mencari hal-hal baru agar berguna bagi banyak orang, metode penetrasi menggunakan metode OWASP Framework menjadi metode yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba penetrasi jaringan wireless pada Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sriwijaya Kampus Madang menggunakan tools OWASP Testing Guide versi 4.1 dari modul yang telah diuji coba, didapatkan beberapa hasil menggunakan tools sebagai berikut Wifi Analyzer (Scanning SSID  jaringan Wireless berhasil dilakukan), Netcut (ARP Spoofing terhadap host berhasil dilakukan), Nmap (Scanning jaringan berhasil dilakukan, Brute Force tidak berhasil), Dirbuster (Brute Force direktori server berhasil dilakukan). Dengan demikian dapat dilakukan audit keamanan jaringan secara berkala untuk mendeteksi dan memperbaiki potensi kelemahan sebelum dieksploitasi.

Abstract

The management of internship and research activities in hospitals requires an efficient and structured system to monitor and document the registration process. In the context of RSUD Siti Fatimah Palembang, improving efficiency and accuracy in managing the registration of internship and research activities is essential to enhance services for internship participants. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a web-based internship and research data management application using the Laravel framework. The data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The system development method using the Laravel framework involves needs analysis, planning, system design, implementation, testing, management and maintenance, user training, and evaluation. These stages will form a structured system development framework tailored to user needs. The result of this research is a website application for managing internship and research data that provides features to support online registration for internships and research.

Abstract

Di tengah dinamika pertanian modern, petani sering menghadapi kendala serius seperti keterlambatan deteksi penyakit tanaman dan keterbatasan akses informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Masalah ini tidak hanya mengakibatkan penurunan produktivitas, tetapi juga meningkatkan risiko kerugian ekonomi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, Aplikasi AgroScan hadir sebagai solusi inovatif yang memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence). Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk menganalisis kondisi tanaman melalui pemindaian gambar daun, mendeteksi gejala penyakit sejak dini, serta memberikan rekomendasi tindakan yang tepat dalam pengelolaan pertanian. Tujuan utama penerapan aplikasi ini adalah meningkatkan produktivitas petani, mengurangi risiko kerugian akibat penyakit, dan mendukung efisiensi dalam pengelolaan lahan pertanian. Evaluasi aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service) guna mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan nilai variabel Performance sebesar 4,63, Information and Data 4,65, Economics 4,55, Control and Security 4,8, Efficiency 4,4, dan Service 4,8, dengan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,6. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengguna memberikan persepsi positif terhadap Aplikasi AgroScan, meskipun peningkatan pada aspek Efficiency masih diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan pengalaman pengguna di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Website adalah salah satu fasilitas layanan yang dimiliki oleh dunia pendidikan sebagai media informasi berbasis online. Dari 7 perguruan tinggi yang berada di Baturaja Sumatera Selatan hanya 5 yang memiliki media website sebagai media informasi bagi pengguna. Kelima website tersebut belum dilakukan analisis atau pengukuran kualitas layanan bagi penggunanya. Untuk perlu dilakukan evaluasi guna mengetahui kepuasan pengguna waktu mengunjungi situs web bagi penggunanya, sehingga memberikan gambaran perbaikan bagi setiap perguruan tinggi agar website lebih tepat guna. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Webqual dengan 3 dimensi yaitu Kegunaan, Kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi. Dengan hasil evaluasi yang ada, perlunya perbaikan untuk layanan website Perguruan Tinggi di Baturaja supaya layanan bisa memberikan informasi yang sesuai dengan kegunaan layanan, dan mahasiswa bisa mendapatkan pengalaman yang positif serta bisa menghasilkan sebuah website dengan format yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna website.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan. PT Sumatera Prima Fibreboard (SPF) menyadari pentingnya memiliki infrastruktur jaringan komputer yang andal dan efisien untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis sehari-hari. Seiring dengan berkembangnya bisnis dan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan konektivitas yang cepat dan stabil, perusahaan ini memutuskan untuk mengimplementasikan jaringan Small Office/Home Office (SOHO). Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Dosen dan Mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma melakukan pengabdian dengan menerapkan jaringan SOHO di PT SPF. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan enam kegiatan yaitu persiapan dan pengaturan awal, penyiapan main wiring closet, penambahan dan konfigurasi PC dan printer, penambahan dan konfigurasi wireless router, penambahan dan konfigurasi perangkat wireless, dan pengujian jaringan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan jaringan SOHO agar PT SPF dapat menggunakan jaringan tersebut untuk kegiatan harian sehingga bisa meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih andal dan efisien.

Abstract

Abstract : The rapid development of information technology (IT) in the modern era has driven innovation, including through the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT technology is now applied to monitor critical infrastructure, including Data Centers. Bina Darma University, a private university in South Sumatra, faces challenges in managing Data Center electricity, such as voltage instability and frequent power outages that often damage equipment. This study uses Action Research to design and implement an IoT-based Monitoring Dashboard that monitors electricity voltage in real-time and is integrated with a Telegram notification system. The results show that this Dashboard effectively converts voltage data into useful information and enables quick responses to electrical incidents, thus enhancing oversight and operational efficiency in Bina Darma University's Data Center.
