Abstract

Provision of information services on a system relies heavily on existing infrastructure. At Bina Darma University server has the functions of the application and hold a very important role in carrying out teaching and learning activities. One function of these servers are running the e-learning applications to support teaching and learning or supplements that are given regardless of the regular meeting (in class). In daily operations, (MIS-CUTS Bina Darma) states that e-learning server must serve 4437 users with a variety of activities. Many activities that must be completed within a time resulted in Apache connection flooded with requests that exceed the ability of so many processes that are not resolved. LVS can be applied to generate a load balancing. By providing a computer unit that acts as a director and two or more computers that will do the (real server) will improve performance so that availability can be generated by the method of load balancing. Abstract

Abstract: SMK Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara is a public vocational high school that has implemented internet network as part of all activities and learning media. Computer network security system using LAN and WLAN management has implemented network security applications on access point on the network, some problems that often occur network performance becomes slow and sometimes not connected properly. It caused by several factors such as intruder attacks from the local network or the internet or viruses that exist on each computer used. From these problems will be developed existing network security system to improve network quality and performance. Mikrotik router is one solution that will be used in this research because mikrotik router has features of network security system complete and easy to use. Implementation of network security system with firewall and web proxy on network, very help network administrator in arranging access of network user in using internet service. Abstract

Jaringan internet SMKN 1 Indralaya Utara menggunakan jaringan radio point to point untuk bisa terhubung ke internet. Skema jaringan radio point to point mengambil akses jaringan internet dari Telkom Speedy yang tower sumber internet (Pemancar) ditegakkan di Kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir yang mengarah lurus ke SMKN 1 Indralaya Utara (Penerima). Agar dapat memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara dan dapat mengontrol kegiatan belajar siswa di laboratorium komputer, maka akan diberikan solusi alternatif untuk membangun layanan pusat data dengan penerapan Private Cloud Computing  menggunakan metode IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service). Pengaksesan data terhubung dengan server local yang ada disekolah dimana para pengguna siswa dan guru memiliki access login pada saat menggunakan layanan Cloud Computing dan keamanan sistem menjadi lebih terjaga. Guru dapat memonitoring setiap komputer yang siswa gunakan pada saat proses pembelajaran praktikum. Media penyimpanan Private Cloud Computing yang akan dibangun disesuaikan dengan kebutuhkan Sekolah, dimana menggunakan sistem nextcloud yang merupakan salah aplikasi cloud computing Setelah dilakukan ujicoba implementasi pada jaringan local sistem layanan private cloud computing berbasis nextcloud pada mitra sekolah dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada kendala, untuk login ke sistem pengguna yaitu operator, guru dan siswa dapat mengoperasikan sistem layanan private cloud computing dengan baik, siswa dan guru sangat antusias dalam menggunakan sistem nextcloud dengan melakukan pengaksesan data dan mendapat kemudahan dalam menyimpan data sehingga dapat dilakukan secara terpusat dimana setiap file pengguna guru, siswa dan operator dapat dikelola dengan mudah, cepat dan praktis.

Therefore, the internet is a very important thing that must be mastered and utilized as well as possible. Given the dangers that exist on the internet, like a double-edged knife, on the one hand the internet can be used for positive activities and on the other hand the internet can also be used for negative things. The purpose of the author to do this research to build a positive internet network at PT. Pertamina Ubeb Adera by filtering negative contents based on a list of 773 thousand negative content blocked on the trust + â„¢ Positif website by the Ministry of Communication and Information therefore internet resources can be used effectively and efficiently, By using methods action research as well as the response policy zone method, the author can build a positive internet in the scope of PT. Pertamina Ubeb Adera company.

Abstract

The Mini Market Palm Mart, which can be a market for sellers, is addressed in Housing Ogan Permata Indah, Jalan Opi Raya, Jakarta, Palembang. Palm Mart has 6 employees, where they have their respective roles, namely a cashier, 2 shopkeepers and arranging items at the Palm mart and 2 warehouse guards and 1 administration. From year to year, Palm Mart mini-market stores have experienced an increase but it is very limiting for sellers to place their merchandise in Palm Mart Stores, thus impacting on the amount of data processed and the quality of service to consumers. The solution to the problems that exist in Palm Mart Stores is by creating a multi-tiered sales information system to help employees at the Palm Mart. At this writing the author uses descriptive research methods and uses the method of developing the waterfall system and uses Unified Modelling Language analysis.

Abstract

E-commerce is an online-based sales system, which is used to expand sales and increase sales in the Indonesian Book Room CV. In terms of sales now CV Ruang Buku Indonesia has many competitors who use internet technology to make this business lag and the sales and purchase processes are less than optimal, even decreased. Things like this can cause a business to close. Based on this, the development in the sales system is made into e-commerce with a view controller model (MVC) to facilitate the operation of the online sales system. The software development model used is the waterfall model with several stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. This research resulted in e-commerce of Indonesian Book Room with a view controller model that aims to face competitors and increase sales.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang Semakin hari semakin meningkat, kita di tuntut untuk meningkatkan system keamanan jaringan yang kita miliki, karena semakin mudahnya orang bisa mengetahui tentang hacking dan cracking dan juga didukung oleh tools yang mudah didapatkan secara gratis. Dan untuk mencegah hal itu kita harus megamankan jaringan yang kita gunakan, untuk mengamankan jaringan tersebut peneliti menggunakan sebuah metode keamanan yang bernama Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), merupakan media yang banyak digunakan dalam membangun sebuah system keamanan komputer, lalu IPS di gabungkan dengan menggunkan Teknik firewall dan metode Intrusioan Detection System, dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan sistem operasi Linux yaitu Ubuntu dan CentOS, karena linux merupakan software yang bersifat free/opensource sehingga untuk memperolehnya dapat diunduh secara gratis. Pada awalnya linux merupakan system operasi yang cocok untuk jaringan tapi sekarang linux sudah berubah menjadi system operasi yang tidak hanya handal dari segi jaringan dan server tapi juga sudah menjelma menjadi sistem operasi yang enak dipakai di lingkungan desktop baik untuk keperluan pribadi atau bahkan untuk perkantoran. Untuk mengamankan jaringan tersebut menggunakan sebuah mtode keamanan yaitu Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), juga dibantu dengan sebuah tools dalam sistem Operasi Linux yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk melakukan filter (penyaring) terhadap lalulintas data (trafic), yaitu IPTables. Technological developments are increasing day by day, we are required to improve our network security system, because the easier it is for people to find out about hacking and cracking and it is also supported by tools that are easily available for free. And to prevent that we have to secure the network that we use, to secure the network researchers use a security method called the Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), which is a medium that is widely used in building a computer security system, then IPS is combined with using techniques. firewall and Intrusioan Detection System method, in this study the author uses the Linux operating system, namely Ubuntu and CentOS, because Linux is a free / opensource software so that it can be downloaded for free. Initially, linux was an operating system suitable for networking, but now linux has turned into an operating system that is not only reliable in terms of networks and servers but has also been transformed into an operating system that is comfortable to use in a desktop environment for personal use or even for offices. To secure the network using a security method, namely the Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), it is also assisted by a tool in the Linux operating system which functions as a tool for filtering data traffic, namely IPTables

Abstract

The exchange of information with technology makes the teaching and learning process easier. At Muhammdiyah University Palembang (UMP) has created a web called E-learning to facilitate students as an online learning tool and send assignments in the form of document and video files, research and knowledge that provides facilities and services that can be utilized for UMP students. This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction of E-Learning users as supporters in the learning process at UMP tertiary institutions. The method used for this study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, where this method has 10 questions and 5 Usability Testing variables. After testing 85 UMP students of the Faculty of Law, the results according to the SUS scale have an average value of: 71.6. This result is included in the Acceptable category with Grade C and it can be said that UMP E-learning is good in terms of use and has an above average score.
