Abstract

Patient satisfaction is an important indicator in improving the quality of the hospital. RSIA Siti Hawa always tries to improve the quality of the hospital in order to provide excellent service to patients. One of the efforts made to improve the quality of the hospital is by knowing the level of patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of patient satisfaction with the Siti Hawa Hospital service so that it can assist management in evaluating and improving services to improve quality. This research was conducted using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method which has five dimensions, namely tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) and empathy (empathy). This measurement is carried out to identify the patient's expectations and perceptions so that from the five dimensions of Service Quality, the overall service quality can be seen by looking at the value of the gap that occurs due to the mismatch between patient expectations and perceptions. The data processed in this study were questionnaire data from 30 respondents / patient. The result of this test is that the service quality of the five dimensions of service quality consisting of 14 question attributes has a positive gap value. The highest gap value is 0.47 in the 12th question attribute regarding politeness and friendliness of officers in providing services, and the lowest gap value is in the 6th attribute with a value of 0.27 regarding the timeliness of service schedules. Based on the dimensions, the order of the rank dimensions from the highest is empathy, assurance, responsiveness, tangible and reliability. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the services provided by RSIA Siti Hawa to patients can be said to be good, and the results of these measurements can be used as an evaluation in improving the quality of hospital services.

Abstract

Abstract Student Activity Units (UKM) are student organizations where students with similar interests, hobbies, creativity, and orientations for extracurricular activities on campus gather. In the recruitment process of UKM members, it is currently conducted manually, where biodata forms are distributed to prospective members and collected by the UKM committee. The function of E-UKM BIU is to assist students and UKM committee members in facilitating the recruitment process of new members by utilizing E-UKM BIU. As it evolves, data from each UKM in Universitas Bina Insani is required. Additionally, there is also student data involved in the registration process, where the input data will be stored in a database and retrieved for the registration process conducted by the students. The software used in developing BIU E-UKM is Android Studio and Java, while the database utilizes SQLITE. Keywords: Android, Digitalization, Student Activity Unit (UKM), Prototype Abstrak Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) adalah organisasi kemahasiswaan tempat para mahasiswa yang memiliki minat, hobi, kreativitas, dan orientasi yang sama untuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di kampus berkumpul. UKM dalam proses rekrutmen anggota masih dilakukan secara manual dimana dengan menggunakan biodata yang dibagikan kepada calon anggota dan dikumpulkan kepada pengurus UKM. Fungsi E-UKM BIU adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa dan pengurus UKM dalam memfasilitasi proses rekrutmen anggota baru dengan memanfaatkan E-UKM BIU. Dalam perkembangannya dibutuhkan data dari setiap UKM yang ada di Universitas Bina Insani, selain itu juga terdapat data mahasiswa dalam proses pendaftaran dimana data input akan disimpan dalam database dan data tersebut akan diambil untuk proses pendaftaran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam pengembangan BIU E-UKM adalah Android Studio dan Java, sedangkan database menggunakan SQLITE. Abstract

The rapid growth of retailers has resulted in increasingly fierce business competition in the market for the sale of goods and services offered to achieve excellence. One of the best service strategies for introducing various innovations in enterprise resource planning is to capture consumer interest in using these services. This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between supply chain management practices based on enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business performance through competitive advantages of companies. Retail Bekasi area. This study was done. The questionnaire for each variable was distributed as a representative question of all dimensions with a sample of 200 respondents. For data analysis, we use SEM using AMOS software. In the end, the following search results were obtained: SCM practices have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage, hypothesis 1 is accepted; (2) ERP system has a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage, hypothesis 2 is accepted; (3) SCM practices have a positive and significant impact on company performance, hypothesis 3 is accepted; (4) ERP system has a positive and significant impact on business performance, hypothesis 4 is accepted; (5) Competitive advantage has a positive and significant impact on business performance, hypothesis 5 is accepted. Pesatnya pertumbuhan bisnis ritel menyebabkan persaingan bisnis di pasar penjualan barang dan jasa semakin ketat untuk mencapai keunggulan. Salah satu strategi layanan terbaik untuk memperkenalkan berbagai inovasi perencanaan sumber daya perusahaan adalah dengan menarik konsumen untuk menggunakan layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan antara praktik manajemen rantai pasok berbasis sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dengan kinerja bisnis melalui keunggulan kompetitif bisnis ritel di wilayah Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk setiap variabel yang disebarkan sebagai pertanyaan yang mewakili dimensi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Untuk analisis data digunakan SEM dengan menggunakan software AMOS. Pada akhirnya diperoleh hasil pencarian sebagai berikut: (1) Praktik SCM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, hipotesis 1 diterima; (2) Sistem ERP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, hipotesis 2 diterima; (3) Praktik SCM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, hipotesis 3 diterima; (4) Sistem ERP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, hipotesis 4 diterima; (5) Keunggulan kompetitif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, hipotesis 5 diterima.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is one of the important aspects in human resource management that serves to measure individual contributions to the organization. At Matahari Departement Store (MDS) Cileungsi, the performance appraisal process is still done manually which takes time and is often subjective. This research aims to implement the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method in a decision support system (DSS) to improve the efficiency and objectivity of employee performance appraisals using system development in the form of RAD (Rapid Application Development). The SMART method was chosen for its ability to combine various assessment criteria with adjustable weights. The implementation of this method involves several stages, including identification of assessment criteria, determination of weights, data collection, and calculation of final scores. The results show that the developed system can provide a more structured and transparent employee performance appraisal than the manual method. This system is expected to help the management of MDS Cileungsi in making more informed decisions regarding employee development

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membawa dampak positif sekaligus risiko baru bagi pengguna internet, khususnya di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah. Minimnya pemahaman siswa terkait ancaman keamanan digital seperti cyber crime, phishing, cyber bullying, dan pencurian data pribadi menjadi perhatian utama dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di SMK Teknologi Nasional ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keamanan digital serta membentuk perilaku bijak dalam berinternet. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, sosialisasi langsung, simulasi kasus, serta evaluasi melalui post-test dan survei kepuasan peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap risiko dunia maya dan langkah mitigasinya. Partisipasi aktif siswa dalam diskusi serta hasil post-test menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan digital. Diharapkan kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam membentuk generasi muda yang lebih cerdas, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages businesses to take over digital systems in business operations, even in the sales process. The Point of Sales (POS) system is the leading solution for recording transactions, managing stock, and creating sales reports efficiently. This study aims to develop a POS application based on a website and make it easier for administrators to manage sales transactions, making them faster and more efficient. This system is made with a structured Agile method, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation, and the framework used is the Laravel framework. The test results show that the system is on track and that the efficiency of the transaction and reporting process can be increased. A web-based basis allows users to manage their business more easily in real time because this application is flexible and can be used on various devices.            Keywords: Point of Sales; Laravel; Agile Model;Websites
