Abstract

Perkembangan perdangangan modern sangat dipengaruhi dengan kemajuan dan kemudahan dalam sistem informasi. Pelayanan bisnis dan pemasaran sangatlah menunjang dalam pengaksesan dunia digital yang biasa kita kenal dengan e-shop dan e-bisnis. Usaha di zaman milenial tentulah berkembang dalam usaha dari berukuran kecil sampai menengah (IKM) atau industri rumah (home industry). Dengan menjamurnya suatu industri rumah/ IKM, maka masyarakat dapat dikatakan memodernkan zaman, yang mana zaman sebelum mengenal digital hingga mengenal sistem digial. PD. Indrasari merupakan salah satu usaha rumahan atau IKM yang lingkup bisnisnya masih dapat dikatakan konvesional. Strategi bisnis yang masih datar, tanpa adanya layanan bisnis yang menggunakan teknologi dan sistem informasi. Untuk itu, perlunya ada konsep/ gagasan dalam pengembangan usaha yang menggunakan sistem informasi dengan melihat lingkungan bisnis eksternal yang ada di PD. Indrasari. Dengan menggunakan analisis PEST dan analisis Five Porter Forces di dalam metode Ward and Peppard menghasilkan suatu konsep bisnis terutama ekternal dalam pengembangan dan perencanaan strategi sistem informasi, sehingga persaingan bisnis akan lebih terasa oleh PD. Abstract

Di dalam satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi tentu terdapat karyawan atau pegawai yang melaksanakan administrasi perkantoran. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada bidang administrasi perkantoran, perlunya ada reward dan punishment sehingga akan mendorong setiap pegawai menjadi pribadi kreatif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing, serta memiliki loyalitas terhadap lembaga. Universitas XYZ merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang ada di Kabupaten Indramayu, yang memiliki pegawai administrasi lebih dari 200 orang. Penilaian reward ataupun punishment di Universitas XYZ masih bersifat bias atau belum tersistem. Untuk memperoleh hasil maksimal dari sistem penilai tersebut, perlu dorongan dari sistem informasi. Dengan dikembangkannya suatu sistem informasi penilaian pegawai (e-result), maka dapat mendorong unsur dinamika kepegawaian. E-result merupakan sistem informasi penilaian pegawai yang dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model waterfall atau metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Hasil pengembangan sistem e-result employee berbasiskan web dengan harapan terwujudnya evaluasi pegawai yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Futsal merupakan salah satu jenis olahraga beregu atau berkelompok dan masuk cabang atletik dengan jumlah pemain dalam satu kelompok 5 pemain. Dengan banyaknya minat masyarakat akan olahraga sepak bola (futsal), lebih dari 30 club/team futsal se kecamatan Sindang. Sebanyak 60% dari jumlah itu menjadi pelanggan tetap di Vianos Futsal. Dalam satu minggu lebih dari 20 team/club menyewa lapangan. Jadi, untuk memudahkan penjadwalan dan pengaturan dalam penggunaan lapangan futsal (booking sarana), penulis merancang sistem pengaturan pinjaman lapangan dengan metode First Come First Serve (FCFS) yaitu pertama daftar, maka pertama dilayani. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi pesan tanding futsal, penulis melakukan beberapa metode pengembangan sistem yaitu dengan menggunakan metodologi SDLC. SDLC has a similar set of four fundamental phases: planning, analysis, design, and implementation. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh rancang bangun aplikasi berupa aplikasi login dan register akun, aplikasi penyewaan, aplikasi laporan pemesanan, dan aplikasi atur jadwal. Tentunya masih terdapat kekurangan dalam sistem ini sehingga perlu adanya penelitian berikutnya untuk pengembangan sistem yang lebih baik

Abstract

The complete information system is technology that is based on the thoughts of people who have interests; the aim is to assist in the activities of these people, especially in an organization such as a school, one of which is selecting the best teachers. We still consider the selection of the best teacher in a school to be subjective, as it involves the appointment of a leader or principal, either without or with the support of objective data. The research is a case study at one of the vocational schools in Bekasi City. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach by developing a web-based system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This SAW method explains values from normalization to preference and ranking, making it easier to determine and select the object in question, namely the best teacher. The results of this research were measured by a usability value of 89%, a reliability value of 88%, an efficiency value of 91%, and a functionality value of 91%. By looking at several system testing factors above, it can be concluded that web-based best teacher selection is ready to be used at the vocational school.

Abstract

Recording the use of consumables in the quality department has not been done consistently and is still done by recording on a piece of paper collection form, then transferring to an excel form, causing errors such as lack of consumable stock before the time the purchase should be made. This causes excess funds and the use of other funds to buy the shortage of consumables needed. This research uses the Extreme Programming (XP) system development model with the Trend Projection method, aiming to overcome existing problems by predicting consumable forecasts based on trends from previous item data. The output of the Trend Projection Method forecasting can help, simplify, and speed up the admin in determining what items are worth buying for use in the next month with a more detailed amount.

Abstract

Aquadest is water from the result of distillation or what is usually called pure water. Aquadest water is water from distillation or what is usually called a process distillation. Aquadest, which is usually called aquadest, is not a water that is easy to find, because the price given is expensive and only used for one or even several specific things in particular chemistry practical activities. The purpose of this research is to review the evaporator and condenser in the distillation apparatus in order to obtain a product in the form of distilled water by examining the physical and chemical properties of distilled water. From the research that has been carried out it was concluded that the results of distilled water were of good quality in a distillation apparatus that is assembled with temperature and The optimum time is at a temperature of 100 C and 1 hour time, produces distilled water with levels TDS 9 mg/L, decent pH 6.12 used for practical purposes in laboratory

Abstract

A slow sand filter is a natural water filtration system that uses fine quartz-rich sand as a filter medium. The filtration process runs by gravity at a slow and even speed over the entire surface of the sand, involving physical, biochemical and biological processes simultaneously. To achieve the desired water quality, the filtration system was designed using 8" PVC pipes. The main aim of this design is to mature the filter sand media and form an effective filter skin layer, so that biochemical and biological processes can take place optimally. In this design, silica sand and gravel media are used for physical and chemical processes, while ultraviolet lamps are used to eliminate E.Coli bacteria in biological processes. The design results show that the resulting product meets the standards of PERMENKES No. 16 of 2005. Irradiation using a UV lamp for one hour shows a reduction in E. Coli bacteria by 29/100 ml. This shows that the longer the exposure, the less bacteria contained in river water. This system can operate for 5 hours with the help of a 100 Wp solar panel, 12 volt 18 Ah battery, and 50 watt DC pump, even just with sunlight. The efficiency of solar panels is greatly influenced by the intensity of sunlight, so the higher the intensity of the sun, the higher the efficiency produced.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membawa dampak positif sekaligus risiko baru bagi pengguna internet, khususnya di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah. Minimnya pemahaman siswa terkait ancaman keamanan digital seperti cyber crime, phishing, cyber bullying, dan pencurian data pribadi menjadi perhatian utama dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di SMK Teknologi Nasional ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keamanan digital serta membentuk perilaku bijak dalam berinternet. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, sosialisasi langsung, simulasi kasus, serta evaluasi melalui post-test dan survei kepuasan peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap risiko dunia maya dan langkah mitigasinya. Partisipasi aktif siswa dalam diskusi serta hasil post-test menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan digital. Diharapkan kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam membentuk generasi muda yang lebih cerdas, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) is a fast-growing aquatic plant, floats on the surface of the water and is often considered a weed because it can cover the water surface, inhibit photosynthesis, reduce oxygen levels, clog airways, and disrupt human activities such as fishing, transportation, and irrigation. Therefore, an effective tool is needed to clean waters filled with water hyacinth. This study aims to design a water hyacinth cutting tool concept based on an airboat. In this study, a master design approach method is used to obtain an airboat design quickly and efficiently. The research subjects involved are the airboat structure design, including the hull shape and propulsion system, and ship stability calculations. The data collection method in this study involves a literature study of previous technical references, empirical data from similar ships, and the technical parameters of the engine and hull structure. Data analysis was carried out using marine engineering calculation methods. The study results show that the resulting airboat design meets the stability criteria according to IMO (International Maritime Organization) standards, and general arrangements can be produced quickly. Through this research, we can create innovative and applicable solutions to the water hyacinth problem, which often disrupts irrigation activities, water transportation, and tourism.
