Abstract

The preparation and control of all student-related activities, from their arrival through their departure from a madrasa or educational institution, constitutes student management. When implementing instructional activities at madrasas, student management activities are a crucial component that must be taken into consideration. It has been adopted in the management of students at MTs Lab UINSU, but there are still some students who are not disciplined in respecting the regulations that have been introduced in madrasas, which is causing issues in the management of students. The goal of this study was to learn more about the descriptive qualitative field research approach that MTs Lab UINSU utilizes to supervise its students. It was done to gather data.

Abstract

Education policy in Indonesia over time has experienced various significant dynamics. The purpose of this change in education policy is none other than to create quality education. This research was conducted in order to fulfill the duties of the Educational Innovation Course, and aims to find out the Policy in Educational Innovation and to train writers to conduct mini research. This research was conducted in order to fulfill the duties of the Educational Innovation Course, and aims to find out the Policy in Educational Innovation and to train writers to conduct mini research. Open schools are a solution for children who are far from the main school due to geographical conditions that are difficult to reach by public transportation, due to economic factors in some communities which are weak so they have to work even though they are still of school age between 13-18 years after graduating from elementary school.

Abstract

Pola komunikasi antar budaya adalah gambaran dua orang atau lebih yang memiliki latar belakang budaya yang berbeda dalam proses pengiriman pesan dan penerimaan pesan dengan cara yang tepat, sehingga pesan yang di maksud dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Komunikasi antar budaya etnis didalamsekolah termasuk kebudayaan dalam berkomunikasi sehingga berjalan dengan baik, kemudian yang menjadi pokok permasalahanya adalah bagaimana pola komunikasi antar budaya di desa lingkungan masyarakat dan lingkungan sekolah dalam menjaga toleransi hidup bermasyarakat.
