Abstract

The development of technology that exists today has been applied in various dimensions of life, including education, the increasingly widespread use of learning media that uses technology makes it easier for teachers to provide material anywhere and anytime. This technology-based learning media facilitates the learning process in terms of effectiveness & efficiency. The study aims to determine the views or perspectives of student learning motivation in using the Learning Management System (LMS) as a learning media. This type of research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research. This research data collection uses a survey method with observation techniques, interviews and online questionnaires or questionnaires via google form. Based on the results of observations supported by interviews and on the analysis of questionnaire data obtained from 100 students of the Network Computer Engineering expertise program in the 2022/2023 school year at SMK Negeri 1 Serang City, it shows that students have a positive perception of the utilization of learning management system-based learning so as to increase learning motivation, supported by the results of learning motivation scoring criteria with a final result of 3.48 which states that "agree" Learning Management System learning media can increase motivation and encouragement in student learning motivation in certain conditions and situations.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how much the effectiveness of the Learning Management System Platform as a Blended Learning Media on Student Learning Motivation. This type of quantitative research is pre-experimental, the research design used is one group pretest postest. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Kota Serang, with a population of X TKJ class totaling 78 people where the researchers previously conducted instrument trials, the researchers then conducted research through questionnaires., the sample in the study of X TKJ 1 class students as many as 38 people and data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis test, hypothesis testing and n-gain test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the data was normal and the results of the learning motivation questionnaire were 70.18% for the pretest and 90.26% for the posttest, while the results of the hypothesis test with the results of the Sig. value obtained was 0.000 <0.05 which means that the H0 hypothesis is rejected and the Ha hypothesis is accepted, supported by the n-gain test obtained of 0.67 (medium) for learning motivation. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, hypothesis testing and n-gain test, it is concluded that the use of the Diriku Learning Management System platform as a Blended Learning-based learning media is effective on student learning motivation with moderate criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran instructional leadership sebagai strategi penguatan supervisi akademik di sekolah melalui kajian mendalam terhadap temuan-temuan empiris dan teori yang telah berkembang. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kepemimpinan instruksional dijalankan oleh kepala sekolah dan sejauh mana model kepemimpinan tersebut mampu meningkatkan kualitas supervisi akademik serta mutu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review (SLR) dengan menelusuri artikel dari Google Scholar, ERIC, DOAJ, dan SINTA menggunakan kata kunci terkait. Literatur yang dianalisis dipilih berdasarkan kriteria relevansi, kualitas akademik, serta tahun publikasi 2018–2024. Analisis dilakukan melalui proses screening, synthesis, dan mapping untuk mengidentifikasi pola, temuan utama, serta implikasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instructional leadership terbukti memperkuat supervisi akademik melalui praktik pembinaan guru, observasi kelas terstruktur, pemberian umpan balik konstruktif, dan penciptaan budaya kolaboratif. Selain itu, model kepemimpinan ini meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja guru, dan kualitas pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Kesimpulannya, instructional leadership merupakan strategi yang efektif dan relevan untuk memperkuat supervisi akademik, meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, serta mendorong mutu sekolah secara berkelanjutan
