Abstract

In promoting products at TikTok Shop there is Live Streaming which is the choice of many producers to make sales and direct interaction with consumers in real time. People's heavy dependence on gadgets causes the buying process to be easier through Live Streaming, so that it can lead to impulsive buying behavior. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether Live Streaming has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying? Does Time Limit have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying? And how are Live Streaming, Time Limit and Impulsive Buying in a sharia business perspective? While the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Live Streaming on Impulsive Buying behavior, to determine the effect of Time Limit on Impulsive Buying behavior and to find out how Live Streaming, Time Limit and Impulsive Buying in a sharia business perspective. This study uses quantitative research methods, the aim is to test a hypothesis that has been used. In this study using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to Tiktoktshop users in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were people in Bandar Lampung City aged 17 years and over because considering these age conditions it is hoped that respondents can better understand the purpose of the questionnaire given. And the sample used in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the research that has been done, the results are in line with the hypothesis, where there is an influence from Live Streaming (X1) on Impulsive Buying (Y) positively and significantly. Meanwhile, Time Limit (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying (Y). So Live Streaming and Time Limit together have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

Kepuasan konumen adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa seseorang yang muncul setelah membandingkan kinerja (hasil) produk yang dipikirkan terhadap kinerja (atau hasil) yang diharapkan, hal ini karna ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi karyawan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada beautyfy clinic bandar lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan analisa regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen pada beautyfy clinic. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The development of trade has provided very free space for movement in every transaction so that goods and services are easily owned and consumed by consumers, one of which is thrifting clothing which is one of the most basic needs for humans which is very important to use to cover and protect the body in every his activities. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand image on consumer trust, the influence of product quality on consumer trust, the mediating role of consumer trust on the relationship between brand image and product quality, the mediating role of consumer attitudes on the relationship between brand image and product quality, the influence of brand image on buying interest, and the influence of product quality on purchasing interest. The influence of brand image and product quality on interest in buying thrift clothes in the growing fashion industry. This research also examines the mediating role of consumer beliefs and attitudes in the Islamic business perspective. By using regression and mediation analysis methods, the results of this research can provide valuable insight for business people, especially in understanding the preferences and behavior of Muslim consumers who are increasingly consuming fashion products. The research results conclude that the relationship between brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. , The relationship between product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, The mediating role of consumer trust strengthens the relationship between brand image and product quality, The mediating role of consumer attitude strengthens the relationship between brand image and product quality, The relationship between brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and The relationship between product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of conversion of agricultural land to industry on food crop production in Cilegon. The research method used is qualitative by conducting case studies and field data analysis. The results of this research provide an in-depth understanding of the consequences of land conversion on food crop production in the area. It is hoped that these findings can provide input for sustainable management of agricultural and industrial land. So that farmers experience sustainable prosperity.

Abstract

Sumatra Island has abundant natural resources, one of which is agricultural land. The agricultural sector plays an important role in the economic structure including the level of food security. Thus, the problem can be formulated in the form of how the role of the agricultural sector and food security is to the economic system on Sumatra Island. This research method is qualitative research with a literature review methods using literature collected in various sources. The purpose of this writing is to describe how the agricultural sector and food security play an important role in the economic system on Sumatra Island. The results of the study show that the agricultural sector plays an important role in supporting food security in the economic system in Sumatra even though it is faced with the challenges of climate change and land conversion. Therefore, collaboration between the community, private sector, and government is needed to improve technology and innovation in food crop diversification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan wilayah berbasis potensi lokal sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi daerah di Provinsi Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen terkait seperti laporan PDRB, Bappeda, data BPS, dan kajian ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian dan perkebunan, khususnya kopi robusta, lada hitam, dan kakao, memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Lampung. Selain itu, sektor perikanan dan pariwisata juga menunjukkan tren pertumbuhan positif yang berpotensi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan akses modal bagi pelaku usaha kecil, infrastruktur yang belum merata, serta rendahnya inovasi dalam pengolahan hasil pertanian dan perikanan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pengembangan wilayah berbasis potensi lokal di provinsi lampung memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan infrastruktur, dukungan kebijakan yang lebih adaptif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi daerah.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan salah satu indikator utama keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang berorientasi pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini membahas evaluasi dan pengawasan terhadap pelayanan publik di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, dengan fokus pada peran Ombudsman Republik Indonesia dalam menilai tingkat kepatuhan pemerintah daerah terhadap standar pelayanan. Hasil penilaian digunakan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan perbaikan layanan serta mendorong reformasi birokrasi yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel. Pengawasan efektif terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap instansi pemerintah. Melalui pendekatan evaluatif, pemerintah daerah dapat mengidentifikasi kelemahan serta merancang strategi peningkatan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, evaluasi dan pengawasan pelayanan publik tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi menjadi bagian integral dari tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kesesuaian sistem penganggaran berbasis kinerja dengan prinsip maqashid syariah dalam pembangunan daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka (library research) untuk mengkaji berbagai literatur yang relevan, termasuk kebijakan anggaran daerah dan prinsip-prinsip maqashid syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penganggaran berbasis kinerja memiliki kesesuaian dengan maqashid syariah dalam aspek keadilan, efisiensi, dan transparansi. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam optimalisasi distribusi anggaran yang lebih adil dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam menyusun strategi anggaran yang lebih selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan keberlanjutan pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

The Smart City concept is viewed as an innovative answer to the urgent need for sustainable urban environment management. In this context, the city of Bandar Lampung, which is one of the developing cities in Indonesia, has begun to integrate various technologies with the primary goal of increasing efficiency in environmental management. This research specifically focuses on an in-depth analysis of the implementation of the Smart City concept in the context of environmental management in the city of Bandar Lampung. In addition, this research also aims to identify the challenges that may arise during the implementation process, as well as the opportunities that can be utilized to optimize these efforts. The research method applied in this study is a case study with a qualitative approach, which involves the use of a comprehensive set of data collection techniques. These techniques include direct field observations to obtain an in-depth understanding of real field conditions, in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders to gain diverse perspectives, and analysis of relevant policy documents that serve as the theoretical basis and implementation framework. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of Smart City-based technology in Bandar Lampung has begun to be implemented in various sectors. These sectors include digital-based waste management to improve efficiency in waste collection and recycling, real-time air quality monitoring systems to control pollution levels, and environmental reporting applications that enable active public participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health.

Abstract

Jember Regency is one of the strategic regions in East Java with significant potential in agriculture, tourism, and education. However, challenges such as development inequality, infrastructure gaps, and underutilized local resources remain major obstacles. This article explores the transformation of the Jember region through an integrated approach involving community participation, sustainable spatial planning, and the strengthening of local economic sectors. The objective is to unify scattered potentials into a collective force that drives inclusive and sustainable development. By identifying key challenges and strategic opportunities, this article offers policy recommendations and implementation steps to realize tangible changes in the Jember region. Regional transformation does not only focus on physical aspects, but also emphasizes the development of human resources and strengthening local institutions. Innovation in the management of the agricultural sector, the development of tourist destinations based on local wisdom, and improving the quality of education are important pillars in the regional development strategy. A collaborative approach between the government, private sector, academics, and the community is expected to create synergy that encourages equitable economic growth. Through the integration of cross-sector policies and a data-based approach, the development of the Jember region can be directed towards a transformation that is equitable, adaptive, and sustainable. Policies are needed that are not only reactive, but also proactive, in responding to global dynamics and local needs. The implementation of appropriate technology and the digitalization of public services are also important parts in increasing the efficiency and affordability of development.
