Abstract

This study examines the effect of empowerment, self-efficacy and organizational climate on job satisfaction and performance Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic teaching staff as well as review the mediating effect of job satisfaction . The analytical tool used is path analysis (path analysis) by SEM ( structural equation modeling) using Amos , 20. The results showed that each variable empowerment, self-efficacy and organizational climate positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and performance . Job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the performance of teaching staff . as well as job satisfaction variables mediating variables influence empowerment, self-efficacy and organizational climate on the performance of the teaching staff at the Polytechnic of Lhokseumawe Keywords : Empowerment, Self Efficacy, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

he development of Mudharabah Deposits in conventional and sharia banking is increasingly becoming a choice and getting a positive response from consumers. Mudharabah time deposits are an important component for Islamic banks in collecting funds from the public as an investment. This study aims to conduct an analysis of the level of profit sharing and economic growth seen as an important factor in the development of mudharabah deposits. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely the data for the 2010-2019 quarter period contained on the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Yahoo Finance and the Central Statistics Agency. The object of research at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in Indonesia. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.  Based on the results of this study indicate that the level of profit sharing, JII stock index and economic growth simultaneously have a significant effect on mudharabah deposits. Partially the profit sharing rate and JII stock index have a positive and significant effect on mudharabah deposits. While economic growth partially has a significant negative effect on mudharabah deposits. This study is in line with previous studies and there are differences from previous studies. The results of this study can be used for subsequent studies that want to see the development of mudharabah deposits, especially in Aceh, which has implemented the conversion of conventional banks into Islamic banks.  Keywords : Profit Sharing Rate, JII Stock Index, Economic Growth, Mudharabah Deposits

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation and a form of concern for others can be realized by helping those who are in distress, the way that can be taken to help is to distribute Zakat to the needy. This research aims to find out the potential of Zakat in Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, which describes in detail the background, nature and specific or specific character of the observed subject (research subject). The study used primary and secondary data as a source of research. The results of this study concluded that the potential zakat profession from the basic salary of Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic employees in 2020, which was calculated from January to December 2020 using the assumption of Polytechnic employees according to the group that fulfills the obligation to pay zakat, namely group IV and III zakat obtained after the calculation of serdos, THR and salary 13 which is charged zakat at a rate of 2.5% amounting to Rp. 1,237,291,465 assuming that all employees who have fulfilled Criteria (Nisab) pays zakat.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memecahkan permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan digital, dan mencari solusi terbaik dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM umumnya, permasalahan tersebut adalah permasalahan berkaitan dengan pengelolaan keuangan dan permasalahan marketing terutama Marketing Digital. Metode pemecahan permasalahan dilakukan melalui pelatihan yang khusus berupa pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan yang terstruktur dan juga memperluas pasar produk dengan mengembangkan marketing Digital sehingga dapat memberi manfaat bagi UMKM pemula, besar harapan UMKM pemula mengikuti pelatihan pengelolaan Keuangan Digital secara penuh dan serius, sehingga hasil pengabdian ini dapat membantu pelaku UMKM pemula di kota Lhokseumawe dalam Melakukan Kegiatan Bisnisnya. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukan UMKM pemula di kota Lhokseumawe dapat memahami dan juga dapat menerapkan terutama pengelolaan keuangan akan menghasilkan keterampilan dalam proses Akuntansi mulai mengindetifikasi transaksi sampai membuat laporan keuangan dengan aplikasi microsoft access. Untuk Marketing Digital Pelaku UMKM dapat mempraktekannya dalam bisnisnya sehari-hari. Implikasi dari pelatihan ini adalah berdampak kepada UMKM dapat mengembangkan Usahanya sehingga akan diperoleh pendapatan yang terus akan meningkat akibat dari penjualan meningkat

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee engagement as a key factor in improving organizational performance through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. A total of 10 national journal articles published between 2019 and 2023 were reviewed using Prisma protocol. The results show that employee engagement positively influences organizational performance through several key variables, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, motivation, work-life balance, organizational support, and inclusive leadership. Employees who are engaged tend to display extra-role behaviors, such as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which strengthen organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, contextual factors such as leadership style and perceived organizational justice also play a significant role in reinforcing engagement. This study highlights the importance of an integrative and sustainable strategy in developing employee engagement as a foundation for achieving superior organizational performance.
