This research was conducted at Sekayu Regional General Hospital. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The method used in this study was a saturated sample of 70 non-medical employee respondents and used data analysis in the form of data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, hypothesis testing. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) How does job training affect the performance of non-medical employees at Sekayu General Hospital. (2) How does the influence of career development on the performance of non-medical employees of Sekayu General Hospital. (3) What is the effect of job training and career development on the performance of non-medical employees at Sekayu Hospital. The results of the t-test data processing show that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.039 <0.05 and from tcount > ttable or (2.107 > 1.667). Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.036 <0.05 and from tcount > ttable or (2.145 > 1.667). Based on the F test, job training and career development have a positive and significant effect with a sig. 0.002 <0.05 and from Fcount > Ftable or (6.941 > 3.130). Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the equation is Y = 9.007 + 0.175 X1 + 0.207 X2 + 2.427.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada PT Sederhana Karya Musi Palembang. Pada jabatan ABK, Masinis, OB, Keamanan, Mekanik dan Work Shop masih terbilang rendah apabila dibandingkan dengan standar gaji menurut upah minimum regional Sumatra Selatan. Selain itu kurangnya produktivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sehingga sampel penelitian berjumlah 54 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji instrumen, uji statistik, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai di PT Sederhana Karya Musi Palembang.

ABSTRAKUMKM merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia karena sejarah mengatakan pada saat terjadi krisis dunia hanya UMKM yang tetap berdiri dengan kokoh dan tetap mengalami peningkatan. UMKM dapat dikatakan sebagai usaha produktif untuk dikembangkan guna mendukung perkembangan ekonomi Indonesia karena UMKM merupakan solusi dari penanggulangan kemiskinan. Desa Alai Selatan merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di kabupaten Muara Enim dimana sebagian masyarakatnya menekuni kegiatan UMKM di bidang makanan dan minuman. Salah satu UMKM yang berkembang di desa ini yakni dengan menjual kerupuk singkong dan minuman susu kedelai dan yang menjadi mitra nya langsung yaitu masyarakat setempat. Akan tetapi, masyarakat di Desa Alai Selatan terutama yang terjun langsung dalam kegiatan UMKM masih kurang akan pemahaman mengenai UMKM itu sendiri, baik dari segi strategi, pemanfaatan peluang serta pengolahan yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi mengenai pemahaman UMKM secara luas melalui pelatihan strategi pengembangan SDM. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pelatihan secara langsung yang dilakukan saat pemberian materi pengenalan untuk memberikan dasar pengetahuan materi juga disertai beberapa contoh UMKM yang berkembang dan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada para UMKM agar dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas kepada UMKM Desa Alai Selatan serta melakukan pembuatan logo dan merubah kemasan lama menjadi lebih inovatif. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini masyarakat setempat lebih tau akan pentingnya gerakan dalam perubahan yang lebih inovatif dalam produk yang akan mereka jual sehingga dapat bersaing di dunia pasar. MSMEs can be said to be productive businesses to be developed to support Indonesia's economic development because MSMEs are a solution to poverty alleviation. South Alai Village is one of the villages located in Muara Enim district where some of the people are involved in MSME activities in the food and beverage sector. One of the MSMEs that is developing in this village is selling cassava crackers and soy milk drinks and its direct partners are the local community. However, the people in South Alai Village, especially those who are directly involved in MSME activities, still lack an understanding of MSMEs themselves, both in terms of strategy, exploiting opportunities and good processing so that they can increase their sales turnover. This community service activity aims to educate about a broad understanding of MSMEs through training on HR development strategies. This community service activity uses direct training methods which are carried out when providing introductory material to provide a basic knowledge of the material, also accompanied by several examples of developing MSMEs and providing directions to MSMEs so that they can provide a clearer picture to the MSMEs of South Alai Village and make logo and changing the old packaging to be more innovative. As a result of this community service, the local community is more aware of the importance of movements for more innovative changes in the products they sell so they can compete in the world market. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Astra Isuzu Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, documentation and observation. The analysis method used is quantitative method. So that researchers take the entire population, namely employees totaling 54 people. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. This study uses a descriptive correlation method with the aim of providing an overview of the effect of Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance of PT Astra Isuzu Palembang. Based on the data analysis conducted, it shows that the significant influence of variable X1 (work discipline) with variable X2 (career development) with variable Y (employee performance). Thus the results of the study can be concluded that the research hypothesis that there is a positive influence on Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance of PT Astra Isuzu Palembang, can be tested or accepted.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of position promotion and work environment on the work performance of employees of the Palembang City Cooperative and SME Office. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were 40 people from the employees of the Palembang City Cooperative and SME Office. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and then analysed using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of position promotion and work environment on the work performance of employees of the Palembang City Cooperative and SME Office. Position Promotion and Work Environment together affect the work performance of employees of the Palembang City Cooperative and SME Office.

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, communication and work loyalty on employee performance at the PT Bima Sakti Medica Palembang office. The selected sample was 76 respondents. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). Analytical techniques used in this research is the multiple linear regression method. Results Data analysis with the help of SPSS 27 shows that the results of the hypothesis test partially (t-test) Work Environment has a posotive and significant effect on the system Employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work loyalty has apositive and significant effect on the employee performance system. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (f-test) based on the termination coefficient value prove that the Work Environment, Communication and Work Loyalty variables together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance at Rindang Coffee and Eatery Palembang. This research was carried out using quantitative analysis and involved 50 respondents, based on the results showing that both leadership, motivation and work environment affect employee performance partially or simultaneously. Testing in the research was carried out through partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination in SPSS version 25, the results of partial testing showed that leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) were significant on Employee Work Performance at Indang Coffee And Eatery Palembang, with respective Tcounts -respectively 1.907 and 2.707 (THcount > TTable 1.679) and Work Environment (X3) Ts 3.012 (THcount > TTable 1.679) and for the test together, FCount 619.051 (FCount > FTable 3.132) this shows that there is a positive and significant influence on employee work performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Cyberloafing terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Amaris Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 51 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan cyberloafing tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis simultan (uji F) menunjukkan komitmen organisasi dan cyberloafing secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Amaris Palembang.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on the performance of PT Baris Jaya Perkasa employees. This shows that the leadership style is sometimes still very weak and still really needs attention to improve employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach using survey methods and the technique used is a questionnaire. The population or respondents in this research were 52 employees at PT Baris Jaya Perkasa. The results of this research are t count 4.092 > t table 2.010 on the leadership style variable (X1) and t count 7.043 > 2.010 on the work motivation variable (X2). In the correlation coefficient test method for the leadership style variable (X1), the value is 0, which means that the level of relationship between leadership style (X1) and employee performance (Y) is at a low level of relationship. However, in the research, the work motivation variable (X2) has a value of 0.706, which means that the level of relationship between work motivation (X2) and employee performance (Y) is at a strong relationship level. Based on the results of calculating the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be concluded that the percentage influence of the variables leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 0.519 or 51.9%, the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other variables.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier danloyalitas kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Palembang. Pengembangan karier didefinisikan sebagai proses yang mencakuppenilaian diri, eksplorasi karier, dan perencanaan karier, sementara loyalitas kerjamerujuk pada komitmen dan dedikasi karyawan terhadap organisasi. Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana datadikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 72 karyawan perusahaan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karier dan loyalitaskerja secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, pengaruh simultan dari pengembangan karier dan loyalitas kerja jugamenunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas. Penelitianini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan dalam pengembangan karier dan loyalitaskerja akan berdampak langsung pada peningkatan produktivitas karyawandi perusahaan.
