Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on the decision to purchase online transportation services in Lamongan. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study is consumers who use services from Grab and Cak Ed Delivery in Lamongan with a sample of 75 respondents. Sampling is carried out by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was by using the questionnaire method. Data analyzed using SPSS 26.0

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran menggunakan Analisis SWOT pada outlet Belikopi cabang Lamongan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan dskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Wawancara dilakukan pada pimpinan, karyawan dan pengunjung Outlet Belikopi cabang Lamongan. Untuk menganalisis data Triangulation, Teknik Analisis, Data reduksi. Hasil analis SWOT menunjukan bahwa strength (kekuatan) yaitu lokasi yang strategis, produk yang berkualitas dan unggulan, produk yang beragam, harga yang terjangkau konsumen, dan pelayanan yang ramah. Sedangkan weakness (kelemahan) yang dimiliki adalah adanya karyawan yang datang terlambat, masih minimnya fasilitas yang ada opportunity (peluang) yaitu meningkatnya permintaan konsumen, peluang pasar yang luas, meningkatkan pemasaran melalui media sosial, kualitas produk diakui konsumen. Sedangkan, threat (ancaman) adalah pesaing yang bergerak pada bidang yang sama, pesaing yang memberikan harga miring, dan mulai tumbuhnya kafe yang baru.Strategi yang dapat digunakan BELIKOPI Lamongan berdasarkan matriks SWOT yaitu dengan membuka cabang baru, mengintensifkan promosi pada pasar, menjaga kualitas produk yang ditawarkan, memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk melakukan promosi, dan memberikan fasilitas berupa musholla dan non-smoking area serta kamar mandi agar konsumen merasa lebih nyaman saat berada di kafe.

Abstract

The number of pre-prosperous families in Kalisari subdistrict Tempuran, Magelang regency is still many, there is a strong fact that unemployment is the main factor.Akmil, especially the Defense Mechanical Engineering Study Program, wants to take part in overcoming these problems by providing special skills training to the people of the village,so that they can provide skills that allow them to obtain jobs that are in accordance with the skills obtained from the training.Laboratory TeknikMesin Akmil defense has a fairly complete welding equipment, supported by experienced technicians and instructors can be used to support training programs especially in the field of basic level welding. The basic level welding training Program has been successfully carried out in 2017, 2018,2019, and 2020 with a very positive response from the participants who directly benefited from this training. The skill level obtained in basic welding training includes, arc ignition, 1G and 1F horizontal position welding, security, equipment/clothing and eye protection. The training in 2020 was attended by 11 participants. So that in total from the first batch of 2017 to 2020 there were 41 trainees who had participated.

Abstract

The majority of kalisari villagers, apart from being students, also work as private employees and farmers. To support mobilization in everyday life, people usually use two-wheeled vehicles in the form of motorcycles. Abnormal vehicle conditions are one of the factors causing accidents. By doing regular maintenance, it is expected that the performance of the vehicle can be maintained properly. Akmil Defense mechanical engineering study program, with concrete steps to contribute to the Kalisari village community through socialization and free motorcycle service.Free motorcycle service activities in the framework of Community Service Department of Defense Mechanical Engineering Akmil successfully met the target where there are 70 motorcycles that get free service. The implementation of motorcycle service was carried out for two days, where the first day successfully served 35 motorcycles and the second day served 35 motorcycles. In the implementation of vehicle service, there are no special complaints from the public regarding the vehicle, so that the service carried out is periodic service such as Carburetor service, Valve stel, Oil Change, addition of motorcycle tires, as well as checking and adjusting other components.

Abstract

Aerodynamic characteristics are a very important thing in the field of aerodynamic application science which is intended to obtain maximum performance from an object shape. This analysis was carried out to determine the effect of fluid flow velocity on symmetrical model aircraft wings. In this research, analysis of aerodynamic characteristics was carried out by testing an object in the form of a symmetrical model of an airplane wing that was supplied with air using a Wind Tunnel and Smoke Tunnel, so that the comparison and air flow produced could be seen. In connection with this, it is certain that we will not be separated from the topic of aerodynamics which is closely related to the characteristics of the object when flying in the air, which in the end will be able to draw conclusions regarding the aerodynamic characteristics of the object. In this final assignment, what will be discussed further are the aerodynamic parameters which in the world of aviation we usually know as the lift coefficient and also the drag coefficient. The method used is the simulation analysis method. The simulation was carried out by making a symmetrical aircraft wing model, then testing it using the Wind Tunnel and Smoke Tunnel tools. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the pressure characteristics of fluid flow on a symmetrical aircraft wing with a speed of 20 m/s and variations in angle of attack ranging from -20°, -10°, 0°, 10°, and 20° to the lift coefficient and drag coefficient and to determine the effect on each wing of a symmetrical model aircraft given speeds ranging from 12 m/s, 16 m/s, and 20 m/s which are fed by air in a wind tunnel using the drag coefficient and lift coefficient methods.

Abstract

This research is about analysis physical and mechanical character of Truck Unimog disc brake after heated with 2000C. The purpose is considerate for TNI-AD leader specifically for squad the apply and use to overcome the weakness of disc brake. Weighing 7,5 tons, Unimog mobility is fairly high, this truck with 60000 cc capacity engine can through the field very well as towing cannons truck and have reliable power to through altitude and rugged terrain. Common cause frequent fractures until crooked of disc brake part there at time the truck doing mobility with fast and long through time, and when hit by hard object in the field of Indonesia have many rocky terrain, hills, hard soil structure, as well as weakness material of that disc brake. Therefore at the Unimog truck disc brake it will be tested about microstructure, disc brake material composition and hardness. Be based the result of disc brake, evenly this material having hardness value before heated is about 236, 213 kg/mm2 and after heated is 275, 318 kg/mm2 where more and more result has gotten, and then more and more hardness too that material. And in this test a steel disc brake after heating 2000C has a greater value in comparing pre-heated it is clear that the steel brake disc is resistant to heat and friction. so that the future does not happen again broke or bent the brake disc so that it is not an accident or accident that occurred at the time of mobility and the driver can easily operate these vehicles is that the brake disc can work well then the user not to place excessive heat later also necessary maintenance and routine and periodic maintenance of the braking system, especially on the brake lining and brake disc so as to prevent damage to both the brake disc itself or on the vehicle.

Abstract

Comfort in a vehicle usually uses an air conditioning system. AC is a type of machine that works following a thermodynamic cycle, namely the vapor compression cycle. A refrigeration machine depends on the ability of the compressor to meet the amount of refrigerant gas that needs to be circulated. The compressor is a tool for pumping cooling material (refrigerant) so that it continues to circulate in the system. The performance of the car's AC compressor is controlled by the thermostat, where the thermostat signals whether it is active or not active depending on whether the temperature in the car has been reached or not.This research includes variations in cooling load with a fixed compressor rotation of 759 RPM, each variation of cooling load is tested with a fixed compressor rotation of 759 RPM using one R-134a refrigerant to determine the COP, then this research is continued by calculating the on-off time of the compressor. to save energy used.The results of the research carried out show that the greater the cooling load, the greater the compressor inlet pressure and compressor outlet pressure (∆P = P1 – P2).

Abstract

TNI-AD is an army unit whose mobility is mostly in the mainland area. In mengkaver all regions of Indonesia, requires a vehicle that is able to cross all terrain both flat terrain, and bumpy terrain that is difficult to pass by ordinary vehicles. As well as being able to transport personnel with a high level of mobility in the field of operation, so it requires a truck that is tough enough to overcome it. No less important is also the ability of the body of the truck, so that in transporting personnel and logistics must be strong and use materials made of armored are. This study aims to analyze and test the material from the content of the type of steel used in the truck body Unimog on physical and mechanical properties, when heat treated with a certain temperature.Steel type ST40 steel coating on military Unimog trucks has high hardness, can be seen from the results of hardness tests and tensile tests carried out in this experiment. The steel is broken when the steel is pulled with a strength of 5910 kg after undergoing a heat treatment process without being welded. Then the steel is broken when the steel is pulled with a strength of 4360 kg after undergoing a welded heat treatment process. Pure steel containing carbon content below 1% is a type of high quality steel, so it is suitable for use as a steel coating on the body of military vehicles.

Abstract

This research is about comparing the physical and mechanical properties of motorbike piston made in China (Kanzen) and motorbike pistons made in Japan (Honda GL). The aim is to find out which material structure is better between motorbike piston made in China and motorbike piston made in Japan. Because in field use Japanese motorbike pistons are superior to motorbike piston made in China.The piston is an engine component that changes or transfer combustion pressure into straight motion (sliding) which then, through the piston rod, piston rod and crankshaft, converts the straight motion of the piston into rotary motion. This piston has an aluminum alloy composition with the dominant elements, namely Mn, Zn, Ti, Cr, Pb, and Sn.From the test of the material composition of these two pistons, the material elements are almost the same, but the Honda GL motorbike pistons is better than the Kanzen motorbike pistons, judging from its elements. From the hardness test, it turns out that motorbike pistons made in China (Kanzen) are superior to pistons made in Japan (Honda GL) but that doesn’t mean that hard is good for the piston, then from the micro structure the piston of Japanese motorbikes (Honda GL) are better than Chinese motorbikes (Kanzen) because the crystals spread out so that they can cause cracks in the piston more quickly.

Abstract

The engine capacity of a vehicle, especially a diesel engine, is greatly influenced by the fuel used, in this case the diesel used. What is meant by engine capacity is the performance produced by the engine, including the power produced by the engine, the specific fuel coefficient, and others. Therefore, choosing the right diesel will certainly make the engine able to produce good performance but diesel consumption remains efficient. So an alternative replacement is needed when the diesel runs out, one of which is using biodiesel. Biodiesel is a fuel made from base oil or renewable oil sources that are transesterified lipids into the desired ester by removing fatty acids. So biodiesel is the closest alternative to replacing fossil fuels which are the main source of transportation energy. Based on the test experiments of diesel engine performance using biodiesel and Shell diesel, namely at 2500 rpm, 2300 rpm, 2000 rpm, 1800 rpm, and 1600 rpm, there are differences in engine performance, although not significant, but can still be used as a guideline for choosing the right fuel, especially for vehicles in the Indonesian Army and if later biodiesel is known to the wider community, it can be used as an alternative fuel and can be considered to be used as fuel for diesel vehicles in the Indonesian Army.
