Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan munculnya fenomena dalam masyarakat Kota Palembang yang disuguhi pelayanan transportasi umum berbasis online. Seiring dengan makin mudahnya mengakses internet dan mudahnya untuk mendapatkan telepon pintar maka pelayanan transportasi umum online menjadi pilihan terbaik bagi sebagian masyarakatDesign/methodology/approach – Studi ini menggunakan beberapa masyarakat Kota Palembang masing-masing menggunakan angkutan umum online dan angkutan umum konvensional sebagai sampelTemuan – Fakor keamanan menjadi pertimbangan pada masing masing jenis angkutan umum tersebut diangggap kurang penting, ini mengindikasikan bahwa baik penumpang angkutan umum konvensional berupa Bus Rapid Transit Transmusi dan berbasis online menganggap aman untuk dinaiki.Research limitations/implications – Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini adalah hanya fokus pada satu jenis angkutan umum dan perilaku konsumennya.Originality/value – Analisis diskriminan digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor pembeda pertimbangan masyarakat dalam menggunakan angkutan umum online atau konvensional

Abstract

This research aimed the impacts of promotion strategy on consumer impulse buying behavior at Matahari Department Store in PsX Palembang. The variables used in this research were sales promotion variable (X1), personal selling (X2), visual merchandising (X3), and impulse buying behavior (Y). This research was descriptive causal research. The population of this research were all of people who had ever done impulsive purchasing at Matahari Department Store in PsX Palembang, at least three times in a year. The number of respondents were 100 people. The analysis result showed that sales promotion variable (X1), personal selling (X2), and visual merchandising (X3) simultaneously had significant influence on consumer impulse buying behavior. The results of t test showed that sales promotion variable (X1), and visual merchandising variable (X3) had significant influence on consumer impulse buying behavior, whereas personal selling variable (X2) had not significant influence on consumer impulse buying behavior. The most dominant variable that influence consumer impulse buying behavior was visual merchandising variable. Overall, the sales promotion variable (X1), personal selling (X2), and visual merchandising (X3) had contributed 21.8% to impulse buying behavior at Matahari Department Store in PsX Palembang consumers and another 78.2% had influenced by the other variables.Keyword: Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Visual merchandising, Impulse Buying

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, and post-decision stage toward impulse buying simultantly or partially. The target population in this research is the customer of Butik 79 in Palembang Trade Center Mall Palembang. There are 100 respondents of the sample in this research. Sampling technique used was non probability sampling. The analysis technique for this research was multiple regression analysis. The result of the simultaneous analysis indicates that shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, and post-decision stage variables have significant influence toward impulse buying. Partially, shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have positive influence, but not too significant toward impulse buying, while pre-decision stage and post-decision stage have positive and significant effect toward impulse buying.Keywords : Shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, post-decision stage, and impulse buying.

Abstract

The study objective was to determine the influence of product attributesand brand image of the Canon digital camera purchase decision, either partially or simultaneouslyThe method used in this research is as much as 77 census respondents. Analytical techniques used in this research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results showed that the variable product attributes are most influentialon purchase decisions is variable product features. Product quality, product design and brand image does not significantly influence the purchase decision. Therefore, companies should be more active to maintain and create new innovations for its products.Keywords: product attributes, brand image, purchase decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana pengaruh harga, word of mouth dan citra merek secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Event Organizer pada UN Production, dan Bagaimana pengaruh harga, word of mouth dan citra merek secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Event Organizer pada UN Production. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Untuk mengukur pengaruh antar variabel, digunakan multiple linier regression dan untuk uji hipotesis digunakan uji hipotesis F dan t. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Harga, Word of Mouth, dan Citra Merek secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Even Organizer UN Production, (2) Harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Even Organizer UN Production, serta (3) Word of Mouth dan Citra Merek secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Even Organizer UN Production. This study aims to determine (1) How the impact of price, word of mouth, and branch image simultaneously to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production, and (2) How the impact of price, word of mouth, and branch image partially to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production. The study design used is associative. The samples used were 100 respondens. To measure the influence between variables, used multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis used to test the hypothesis F and t. Results of the study are: (1) Simultaneously price, word of mouth, and branch image have a significant effect to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production, (2) Price have a negative and no significant effect to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production, and (3) Partially word of mouth and branch image have a positive and significant effect to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production

Abstract

Perubahan paradigma pemasaran di era Pandemi Covid 19 menyebabkan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan juga mengalami perubahan. Banyak perusahaan yang mengalami kemunduran bahkan menutup usaha yang telah ada sebelumnya. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mempertahankan atau mengingatkan kembali merek yang dikelola perusahaan adalah melalui penciptaaan content marketing. Dalam strategi pemasaran, content marketing adalah sebuah pendekatan yang berfokus pada produksi serta distribusi suatu konten yang bernilai dan relevan serta dilakukan secara konsisten guna menarik dan mempertahankan audiens yang ditargetkan. Abstract

This study aims to see reports on the results of examinations, non-compliance with SPI, non-compliance with laws and follow-up checks that affect or not on the financial performance of local governments. We need to do this because there are many recent events related to the capture of local government organizers in relation to the financial management of local governments. This study uses a population of all Local Governments in the South Sumatra Province. Regional Governments consist of Provinces, Regencies, and Cities. The number of Regional Governments is 18 Regional Governments. By using secondary data in the form of financial statements consisting of budget realization reports, balance sheets, cash flow reports researchers examine the independent variables and dependent variables using multiple regression techniques. The data is a panel of data for 3 years from 2014, 2015 and 2016. The results of the research found are that the research model is feasible to use, the general influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is not strong (weak). The direction of the relationship is in the opposite direction. Thus the alternative hypothesis is rejected and the null hypothesis is accepted.
