Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, product knowledge and trust partially on the intention to use the sharia banking card, to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, product knowledge and trust simultaneously on the intention to use the sharia banking card and to find out which variable most influences interest in using a sharia banking card. The scope of this research is the people of DKI Jakarta who are interested in using sharia credit cards. The variables used in this study are perceived usefulness (X1), perceived ease of use (X2), product knowledge (X3) and trust (X4) as independent variables, and interest in using (Y) as the dependent variable. This research was conducted on residents of DKI Jakarta who are interested in using Islamic credit cards. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. influence of each independent variable Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Convenience, Product Knowledge and Trust on interest in using the sharia banking card is the variable Perceived Usefulness does not affect interest in using the sharia card. Perceived ease of variable influences interest in using the sharia card. The Product Knowledge Variable influences the interest in using the sharia card.

Abstract

The reason of this observe is to analyze and decide the effect of profitability, leverage, and growth on the performance of property sector company shares, to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, leverage, growth and stock performance on the company value of property sector companies and to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and growth on company value with stock performance as an intervening variable for property sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This research is protected in quantitative research the usage of secondary facts. This research is a quantitative research conducted to see the effect of profitability, leverage, growth on company value with stock performance as an intervening variable with case studies on businesses within the belongings, actual estate and constructing creation sectors indexed at the IDX in 2017-2021. In this study the authors used secondary statistics from annual reviews and financial reports. This study concludes that there is no effect of profitability on stock performance, there is an effect of profitability on firm value, there is an effect of leverage on stock performance, there is an effect of leverage on firm value, there is an effect of growth on stock performance, there is an effect of growth on firm value, there is an effect on performance stock on firm value, on firm value with stock performance as an intervening variable, there is an influence between growth on firm value and stock performance as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to test hypotheses and produce empirical evidence about the effect of remote auditing, computer assisted audit techniques, and professional skepticism on audit quality. The data research were gathered using a questionnaires distributed to 100 external auditors working at public accountant firm in DKI Jakarta. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results toward the data showed that remote auditing have a positive effect on audit quality, computer assisted audit techniques have a positive effect on audit quality, and professional skepticism have a positive effect on audit quality. Meanwhile, remote auditing, computer assisted audit techniques, and professional skepticism simultaneously effect on audit quality.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengenalan merek, atribut produk, persepsi harga, dan pemasaran pengalaman mempengaruhi niat konsumen untuk membeli kembali smartphone. Regresi linier berganda adalah strategi penelitian yang diadopsi. 100 pengguna smartphone membuat sampel. Ada beberapa tes regresi linier yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nama merek, karakteristik produk, persepsi harga, dan pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman semuanya secara simultan dan parsial memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap niat pembelian ulang smartphone.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendapatan, lama pendidikan, dan jumlah industri terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor industri. Data yang digunakan diklasifikasikan sebagai data sekunder. Pendekatan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, serta sumber-sumber lain yang dapat dipercaya seperti publikasi, makalah, internet, dan karya ilmiah yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel untuk analisis data. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kompensasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja. Jumlah industri memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan cukup besar terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan cukup besar terhadap kemampuan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Variabel upah, jumlah industri, dan lama sekolah memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Upah, Jumlah Industri, Lama Sekolah, Tenaga Kerja Abstract The objective of this study is to determine the impact of income level, years of education, and number of industries on labor absorption in the industrial sector. The data utilized is classified as secondary data. The data gathering approach for this research involved utilizing secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, as well as other credible sources such as publications, papers, the internet, and relevant scholarly works. The research employed panel data regression for data analysis. Survey results indicate that compensation levels have a significant impact on the amount of labor absorption. The number of industries has a favorable and considerable impact on labor absorption. Higher levels of education have a beneficial and substantial impact on the ability to secure employment. The variables of pay, number of industries, and years of schooling exert a substantial impact on labor absorption. Keywords: Wage Level, Number of Industries, Years of Schooling, Employment
