Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the influence of brand image and service quality on customersatisfaction in Indihome North Jakarta area. The number of samples was 167 respondents using multiple linearregression sampling method. Using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program for multiple linear regression analysis. This studyuses a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey distributed from google form. The results in the study can beseen that each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the Indihome NorthJakarta area partially. Abstract

Financial literacy is essential for the younger generation since it enables them to effectively manage their resources and attain their long-term financial objectives. Therefore, young people should acquire financial management knowledge and incorporate it into their daily life. Therefore, the project intends to equip the millennial age with an awareness of financial literacy through website-based digital teaching materials that can be easily accessed online by the younger generation. Quantitative techniques, such as questionnaires, are used to collect data on the financial literacy of young respondents, particularly college students. The results of the study are freely accessible digital teaching materials on financial literacy, the content of which consists of 15 digital book page views; each material is tailored to the needs of respondents in terms of understanding financial literacy and the benefits of financial management management and planning savings and investment knowledge

Abstract

Job rotation policy is a strategy for developing employee skills by the company to improve employee performance, and this can provide refreshment and a sense of a new atmosphere for employees. So that it can provide job satisfaction or satisfaction to employees. The method in this research is a literature study by reviewing some of the results of previous research which originates from national and international articles. The research results were analyzed and used as material for discussion to determine answers to problems regarding the relationship between job rotation policies and job satisfaction which can have an impact on employee performance. All ideas from each study provide information about the methodologically desirable theory of the study being analyzed. The results of the literature review show that the job rotation policy implemented by the company has a good impact on employee job satisfaction, so it is good for improving employee performance.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine and prove the effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Job Satisfaction of geothermal Employees. The sample technique used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 93 employees is obtained. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The test results obtained in this study (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The implications of this research include theoretical and practical, that is, the information in the research is expected to add insight in the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management, as well as have an impact on companies as material for thought and consideration in solving existing problems. The contribution in this study is to assist companies in tackling problems, especially in terms of compensation, work environment, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables, in the form of: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on Profit Changes at Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015 - 2022 Period. The method used in this research is quantitative. A sample of 8 banks is used from a total population of 36 commercial banks in Indonesia. The results showed that the three independent variables had no effect on changes in commercial bank profits, either partially or simultaneously. So it is concluded that commercial banks in increasing profits do not need to focus on the three variables above

Abstract

Modal berperan krusial bagi aktivitas perekonomian pada masa era modernisasi seperti saat ini, terutama di negara-negara yang beranutan ekonomi pasar, karena dapat digunakan sebagai sumber kemajuan di bidang perekonomian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Earning Per Share (ESP) terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Metode pada artikel ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian pustaka atau studi pustaka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan dan membedakan berbagai teori, seperti yang ditemukan dalam literatur penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil review yang dilakukan dari beberapa sumber jurnal Nasional maupun Internasional, kesimpulan pada artikel ini menyatakan bahwa Earning Per Share (EPS) berdampak positif maupun krusial pada harga saham.

Abstract

Employee performance is individual because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. Performance depends on a combination of abilities, efforts, and opportunities that are obtained. This study aims to see how much the influence of compensation and job satisfaction together on the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA International Tbk - Daihatsu partially and simultaneously. In this study, the type of research used is associative research. Where the writer tries to know the relationship between two variables partially or simultaneously. This study's method of collecting data used a questionnaire with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study show that partial compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees at PT. ASTRA International Tbk - Daihatsu. Simultaneously partial compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA International Tbk – Daihatsu with a contribution of 65.9%.

Abstract

This study aimed to test hypotheses and produce empirical evidence about the effect of remote auditing, computer assisted audit techniques, and professional skepticism on audit quality. The data research were gathered using a questionnaires distributed to 100 external auditors working at public accountant firm in DKI Jakarta. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results toward the data showed that remote auditing have a positive effect on audit quality, computer assisted audit techniques have a positive effect on audit quality, and professional skepticism have a positive effect on audit quality. Meanwhile, remote auditing, computer assisted audit techniques, and professional skepticism simultaneously effect on audit quality.

Abstract

SEABank is the new digital bank that gives offer with benefit to the customers and predicting their customers capacity well. Though conventional bank also have digital system, SEABank and conventional bank have few differences in features and financial cost. Through Krippendorf content analysis, the topic will be explored moderately and easy to read. The fact that the knowledge and capabilities gap between youngsters and elders make this topic functional for different perspective for SEABank and other digital bank users. The content analysis shows us that even in the middle of dynamic in digital bank and conventional bank, financial literacy will be affected.

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Kalibaru Investama to determine how work ethics, experience, and culture affect employees' ability to do their jobs. The author wonders whether work culture, job experience, and work ethics all have simultaneous, significant effects on employee performance. The survey approach, along with a descriptive analytic methodology and verification, were used in this study. Obtaining data through distributing questionnaires to respondents. 41 PT. Berau Agrotech Cihaur personnel make up the study's sample. The method of non-probability sampling was used. Using the Windows version of SPSS 24, analysis with a traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (partial and simultaneous tests).   The research's conclusions indicate that while job performance is exceptional, work ethics, experience, and culture are all positive. It suggests in part that job performance is positively and significantly influenced by work ethics, positively and significantly by work experiences, and positively and significantly influenced by work cultures. Showing how work culture, experience, and ethics have a positive and significant impact on work performance at the same time.
