Abstract

The online learning method is a relatively new learning method for the STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli Campus. It needs adjustments. However, that does not mean it is impossible to do. This study aims to determine whether the lecturers' performance of STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli has been effective in using online learning methods. This study uses a qualitative research design. The data source is primary data, namely data obtained through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation related to this research. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation (data display), drawing conclusions, and verification of the triangulation technique. The results of research and discussion can be concluded that the performance of lecturers is less effective in using online learning methods. The results showed that the effectiveness indicator was not maximally achieved. Lecturers must enrich themselves with 3M, namely media, methods and materials. Supporting factors for online learning methods must also be improved (facilities and infrastructure, rules made by the campus, increased lecturer competence, and effective and efficient communication between lecturers, and students).

Abstract

School of Economics Mujahidin Tolitoli, is a private university located in Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, which was founded in 2001 which has produced alumni best that can compete with graduates from other universities but still have complaints from students about the performance of staff and teaching staff at these colleges. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of staff and teaching staff work discipline on the achievement of the vision and mission at STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli. In this study, the data were processed using descriptive and quantitative analysis, namely the Likert scale for descriptive needs and simple linear regression analysis for quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that the influence between the two related variables is 56% or positive, which means that work discipline determines the achievement of the vision and mission of STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli, the relationship between work discipline and the achievement of vision and mission has a unidirectional relationship. The conclusion in this study is that work discipline determines the achievement of the vision and mission of STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and job compensation on the performance of FoodpediaGroup Jakarta employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Foodpedia Group Jakarta outlet asmany as 100 employees with the measuring instrument used was a questionnaire distributed via google form. Theresearch method used is a quantitative method where data collection is carried out by multiple linear regression analysisand uses the F test and T test. The results of the hypothesis in this study are; that job training has a significant effecton employee performance, that work compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, while the resultsof the f test of both variables have a simultaneous effect. Abstract

This study's goal is to recognize and assess how employee career growth is impacted by work performance, education, training, and experience. 87 employees who participated in the study and received questionnaires received primary data collection. Both the convenience sampling approach and the non-probability sampling method were used for the sampling. The study of this paper employs a number of linear regression tests. The results of the study show that job performance and work experience have a significant impact on an employee's career development partially or concurrently, whereas education and training only have a simultaneous impact. These results demonstrate that the dependent variable, with a coefficient of determination of 0.648, has a value of 64.8% in explaining employee career progression when the components of job performance, education and training, and work experience are combined.
